Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this etrailer lock set. Now this kit does include a hitch receiver lock and a high-visibility yellow coupler lock for your 2 5/16-inch ball couplers. Both use the same key, so you're not gonna have to be worrying about which key works what. One key runs the show here.

And the bright color is gonna stand out as a clear theft deterrent, and it's gonna make it easy to see your trailer is locked, while one key is going to keep the process fast and simple. Now for this coupler lock, this is going to fit most Americana, most Airstream, rather, trailers made in 2020 or later. And I'm also showing you a photo there of this coupler lock in action, what it's gonna look like when it's actually locked onto that coupler. So again, this is going to work with your standard ball couplers for 2 5/16-inch balls. And the maximum coupler width, including the lip, should be 4 1/2 inches, with a maximum lip thickness of 5/16 of an inch.

And the couplers must have a flat bottom lip, and so you'll just slide the coupler in, push that pin up, lock it, and then that'll lock that pin into the coupler so this will stay securely on. So this is going to be very easy to use. And then coming to our receiver lock here, this is gonna work with your 2-inch trailer hitch receivers. So you'll use the same key, and then what you do is you're just going to turn this counter-clockwise like you're loosening a bolt. And then once that's loose, that's gonna come right off.

And then you'll slide this through. And then when you're ready to lock this back up, you will just reverse the process, turning this clockwise. And then once it is tight enough, it's secure, remove the key and then just replace that cap, and it'll keep that keyway nice and protected. So let me get my ruler here. Go over some measurements.

Looking at that inside pin length, or the span inside to inside, it looks like we're sitting right at about 2 5/8 inches. The overall length is six inches. The pin diameter is 5/8 of an inch. And of course this is in a chrome finish. And then to top everything off, you're gonna get this really nice, durable, hard shell case to keep everything in one place. And it's formfitting, so I'm just going to drop the coupler lock in there and put the receiver lock in there. The keys go right there. And we have a little bit of foam padding in there so that coupler lock won't get scratched up. And then just close that, latch it, and then you're good to go. So everything's in one place. All of your locks will stay protected. They're not gonna be flopping around inside the trunk of your vehicle. So this is really a nice addition.
