Hi everyone, Steven here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at our TecNiq, six inch, oval, high visibility, reverse light with a nice tinted lens. Folks, you will need a grommet, sold separately, to mount this. If you need a new grommet, we can get you one here at etrailer.com. Just reach out to us. And as you can see, I'm just kind of loosely getting this wired up back here. Bear with me here. It's wanting to fall off, but basically as you can see, you will need a pigtail, it's sold separately. I'm just using a little test box here with some jumper wires. There we go.
And this is a great light. Like I said, it's got a tinted lens. It's very nice and bright, so it's gonna be great for being able to see behind you when you are backing up. It's built to handle the weather, vibration. It uses a tech seal urethane and that's gonna protect those internal circuits from moisture and harsh use.
This does comply with all FMVSS 108 standards as well for reverse lighting, so you can be sure that you're gonna be safe and in compliance as well. So let me go ahead and get this unwired so you can kind of see that smoke lens a little better. So again, it's a tinted, I call it smoke. It's more like a smoke color I guess, if you will, but it's tinted. Again, it's a tri-pole hookup.
You will need the T 99 harness sold separately. That's item number TN47PV, if you need that. And this drops into industry standard openings with rubber grommets, giving you that flush look. And it also is a shock dampening install with that gasket, or that grommet rather, when you put that in there. So again, folks, order one, order 17, however many you need.
