Hello David, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Rear Axle # TFR350SDJ will indeed fit the 2026 Ford F350 4x4. Both our site and the Timbren site confirm this.
It looks like you were looking at the # TFR250SDJ which are for an F250, so that is why it says they will not fit your F350. I can assure you the # TFR350SDJ will fit your truck and work great though.
