While this hasn't been tested you could technically use the Patriot Hitches Adjustable Drop Hitch Receiver Adapter # PH67SR with your snow plow blade, but you'll want to keep in mind its weight capacities (700TW/7,000GTW) and ensure you're not overloading it.
