I installed my hitch on my 2015 venza. I have 10.5 inches of clearance un-weighted . I will be installing a rack and 2 bikes next. Seems low. ?

The 2015 Venza doesn't sit particularly high so 10-1/2" of clearance with the # 75663 installed sounds typical. If you're worried about clearance for a bike rack like the # INH120 you could use the Patriot Hitches Adjustable Drop Hitch Receiver Adapter # PH67SR to raise it up. This is adjustable with a max rise of 11" so clearance won't be an issue. It also does not reduce your tongue weight capacity by 50% like most adapters.
