Do you have or can you make a hitch 16 inch male by female

Hello David, are you looking for a Patriot Hitches Adjustable Drop Hitch Receiver Adapter in a 16" drop? If so, I am afraid the 11" drop # PH67SR is the largest they make.
If you are just looking for a 16" drop ball mount, we do have the BulletProof Hitches 2-Ball Mount # HD2016 which has 17" or drop. We also have the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # 325-GH-317 which is a 15" drop and has seven stacked 2" receivers.
I will admit though I am not 100% clear on what exactly you are looking for, so if you can provide some more clarification, I am happy to assist you further.
