The Erickson Round D-Ring Tie-Down Anchor # EM59110 doesn't come with the hardware so you'll need to source those locally and be sure the hardware fits the 1/4" mounting hole diameter.
The hardware isn't provided because this can be installed in a variety of floor types so it's best to get hardware designed to secure to your trailer floor style.
