You can use the CargoBuckle G3 # IMF18804 on a vehicle, but you will need to use enough straps so that the combined WLL (working load limit) of all the straps used exceeds the weight of the car.
Each individual # IMF18804 has a working load limit of 1,167 lbs. Four of the straps would be good for 4,668 lbs. It is recommended that the straps be used in multiples of two, so if the weight of the vehicle exceeds 4,668 lbs, you would add two more straps. To secure a vehicle, using a axle strap like # 58505 for each tie down is recommended.
