For the D-ring installed on the wall, what is the max length screws to use on an enclosed cargo trailer?

The answer to your question depends on the walls of your enclosed cargo trailer. We have no way of knowing what material is there or how thick it is. You need to choose a length that ensures it won't go through the side of your trailer. What I can tell you is that the # 3481765 has a .43" mounting hole and CargoSmart recommends using the largest grade 5 bolts that will fit the hole.
