Best Way To Lower A Weight Distribution Hitch To Work On a Lifted Vehicle

Can this be used on a vehicle with a lift that uses a weight distribution hitch?

My recommendation is to use a replacement drop shank like the Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank # EQ90-02-4400. This shank is capable of up to 9" of drop and will work with weight distribution hitches that have a 1-1/4" vertical hole center spacing. If you let me know exactly how much drop you need and what weight distribution hitch you have I can find you the correct shank for your vehicle.

The Patriot Hitches Adjustable Drop Hitch Receiver Adapter # PH67SR has not yet been certified to work on weight distribution hitches. For that reason I would not recommend this as a solution.
