Question:
What is the weight limit if this product and can I use the single slots e tracks in the floor 2 0f them or should i get about a 2 foot one. Going in a toy hauler with 3/4 flooring plus laninate flooring on the surface. I also have installed tie down in the floor at woider poaition D rings but they will not hald the wheel chock in any way. There for the e- tracks i will possible use for the chock. Will be holding a Harley Fat Bob 2009.

I reached out to CargoSmart and found that there is no weight capacity rating for the CargoSmart Motorcycle Wheel Chock for E-Track or X-Track Systems # 3481731 since it is only meant to stabilize your motorcycle. The limiting factor would be the E-track in this case.
Assuming you are using the single slot E-track tie-down points like the Snap-Loc E-Track Tie-Down Anchor # SLSB you shouldn't have any problems. Although I do not know the capacity of what you have, each of these has a safe working load limit of 1,000 lbs. It looks like your 2009 Harley Davidson Fat Bob weighs about 670 lbs so it should be more than enough to handle the bike.
If you would feel better adding the 2' E-track, I recommend the Erickson Horizontal E-Track # EM59150. This has a safe working load limit of 2,000 lbs and will also provide you with additional tie-down points should you need them.
I have added some video reviews for your reference.
