Question:
I need a 50 amp twist lock female to a 30 amp twist lock male. I need to reduce from the 50 amp power on the rear of the trailer to a 30 amp twist lock power cord. I use the trailer in CO and do not need 50 amp because I dont use the ACs @ 8500`. Am I chasing the impossible? Looking forward to your reply.

I have an option for you, but there is not an adapter that has a 50 amp twist lock female plug, and a 30 amp twist lock male plug.
By using two adapters you will be able to get the two plugs you need. I recommend the Mighty Cord RV Power Cord Adapter # A10-3050HDVP which has a 50 amp twist lock female plug and 30 amp male plug, and adding the Power Grip Generator Plug Adapter for RV Power Cord # CAM55333 which will convert the standard 30 amp male plug to a 30 amp twist lock male plug.
The # A10-3050HDVP is 12" long, if you need a longer option you could use the 18" long # CAM55582, or the next option would be the 25' # A10-3050EDBK.
I included videos for all of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
