According to Draw-Tite, trailer hitch # 36450 will fit all models of the 2009 Saturn Vue including Redline models and hybrids. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.
If you plan on doing some towing the correct ball mount is # 36061 and you can use pin and clip # PC2. For a 1-7/8 inch diameter ball use # 19256, and for a 2 inch ball use # 19258. For trailer wiring use # C56026, installation instructions linked.
The other hitch you referenced, 36479, does not fit a Saturn Vue.
