How to Remove and Reinstall Anti-sway Cradles on a Thule Spare Me Spare Tire Mount Bike Rack

Question:
I am having difficulty attaching the anti sway cage on the Spare Me Thule bike rack for my 2005 Honda CRV. Are there left and right cages? Can you provide more specifics for attaching?

The anti-sway cradles on the Thule Spare Me bike rack, # TH963PRO, do need to be positioned a certain way, but there is not a left or right. I have made short video that shows how to remove and reinstall the anti-sway cradles on the rack for you.
