The CargoBuckle Mini G3 Retractable, Ratcheting Tie-Downs, # IMF103745-86, would work well to secure your 700 pound motorcycle. If at all possible, bolt the tie-downs to the metal part of the frame. If you have attach it to the wood bed, I recommend adding a steel backing plate on the underside of the wood for support.
You could also add some D-rings, like # RR5K, which comes with a backing plate. You may also need adapter # IMF14086 to use with these D-rings.
You could also use straps that have hooks on each side to avoid bolting one end to the trailer. Something like # 34413 would work well. We also have motorcycle tie-down assist straps, # 06303. I have included a link to a video review for you.
