The Replacement Mounting Hardware Kit for Westin Sportsman Grille Guard # 40-126PK will be in the installation instructions of part # 40-1265, which I've attached. This is a fit for 2003-2006 Sierra 2500HD-3500 as well as 2007 Classic 2500Hd and 3500 models. I've attached a photo of part of the attached installation details to assist.
