The CargoSmart Motorcycle Wheel Chock for E-Track or X-Track Systems - 7" Wide Tires # 3481731 does not have the E-clip replacements. If something were to happen, my contact said they would send you a replacement at no additional cost.
If you just want to keep one on hand, I confirmed the clips are the same on the CargoSmart Storage Bin for E-Track or X-Track - Plastic - 50 lbs - 4" x 6" x 7" # 3481721 which would be the easiest way to have one on hand and utilized in the meantime if you have the e-track on the walls as well or simply have a bracket like # SLSZ.
