The blue screen on the monitor for your Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera # HM50002 indicates that the unit is receiving power but it's not getting a signal from the camera. I'm wondering if the recent car wash may have knocked a wire loose. I recommend inspecting the wiring coming from the camera to make sure they are securely connected and there aren't any damaged sections that need to be replaced. Check to make sure the camera still looks to be in good condition and there isn't any visible damage.
If this does not resolve the issue please let me know and I will be happy to look into this further.
