There was one option of a tailgate with a relocation kit we used to carry for the backup camera to make it compatible but that manufacturer stopped making the tailgates. It is possible to make your own if desired.

I recommend starting with the # VG-15-4000, and then using a small camera system like the Rear View Safety Backup Camera System with Flush Mount Camera # RVS-7707721 or the Rear View Safety Backup Camera System - Mirror with Monitor # RVS-772718 with this same camera. This is one of the more rare flush mounted cameras that will allow you to run the wires through the tailgate to give you a really clean look. You can mount the camera inside the composite tailgate or attach it to the outside.

The outside lens diameter of the camera is 1.15 x1.18x 1.54 inches according to my contact at Rear View Safety.

There is not a specific backup camera system compatible with a 5th wheel tailgate, so each application will be customized, but it is absolutely possible and has been done. If you don't want to go that route, you can use the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System # HM50002 which will mount just under your tailgate if you want that style instead.

There isn't a specific camera available for this tailgate. You'll just need to install one separately like what Jason mentioned above.
