The harness does not appear to have the plug that hooks into factory oem harness. See attached photos of the connector [grey] please confirm.

For your 2002 Ford F-250, the wiring harness you are seeking with both 7-way and 4-way connectors is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way and 4-Pole Flat Connectors # C55774 or the Reese # 74682. Either of these will connect to your factory wiring harness to give you both of the trailer connectors you seek.

Thanks for the photos. What you will need is the Ford Replacement OEM Tow Package Wiring Harness, 7-Way # 118242 to get your wiring harness and then # HM40975 or # 30955 (based on preference) to get both your 7-way and 4-way trailer connections.
