Best 1993 Chevrolet Tahoe Towing Mirrors

Easy installation, doesn’t interfere with any of the stock mirror functions. Looks great (very important) can’t imagine putting on those plastic frame rubber strap ones on my Tahoe. Works way above expectations, able to see the back of trailer and either lane on both sides. No vibration even at interstate speeds. I pulled the trailer twice without them, couldn’t see anything until they were near the front of the trailer. They can be removed as easy as installing, and come with a great storage bag with pockets for both mirrors. Tow vehicle is a 2016 Tahoe LTZ, travel trailer is a 27ft. model.

First and foremost, the item was not packaged, it simply came in the original box with just a label stuck to the outside. Further more, it wasn't even taped closed. The mirrors clip on well, but the view down the trailer is limited due to the size of the mirror.

Best towing mirror I've ever had. Easy install. Minimal mirror shake when in use. No worries about it falling off. Looks great, almost like an OE mirror. Truly a cusom fit. Highly recommend!

I have a 2005 Chevy Tahoe. We purchased a new travel trailer and I needed the mirror extensions to see around the edges. The mirrors are molded specifically to fit around the factory mirrors. Once attached, the tabs keep them in place. It can take a little effort to get them on and off, but it is not complicated. The driver's side mirror works great. I attached a small convex mirror to the lower, outside corner to give some added visibility. I have great confidence in my visibility on the driver's side. The passenger side mirror is a different story. I thought both mirrors were supposed to be flat, but the passenger mirror seems to have a curve to it -- the image seems to be enlarged. It also has so much vibration that it is hard to see. there is a set screw to adjust the vibration, but I am still not seeing much value in that mirror. I rely on my passengers to verify clearance. I continue to fiddle with it in the hopes that I just haven't tuned it in yet. Pros Easy to install and remove Foam padding prevents scratches to factory mirrors Driver's side mirror does the job Cons Passenger side mirror has magnification and stability issues Despite the issues with the passenger side mirror, I am pleased with the purchase.

These mirrors were recommended when we purchased our travel trailer. The dealer usually cares them in stock but had sold out. They had several other styles but our sales rep said these were the best and gave us the information and what to look for online. Easy to install and remove, great visibility and looks great. We are thankful that our sales rep. knows the best and recommends it even when they didn't have it.

Purchased the snap on mirrors for my 2007 Chevy Tahoe. They work great, snapped on in minutes and look like factory installed. Shipped super fast and were on my Tahoe just in time for pulling my camper to vacation. Next time I'm in the market for accesories, I'll check with etrailer first.

Product met and exceeded my expectations. Instructions were good and straight forward. Mirrors were great, they were a little hard to adjust, especially the passenger side, since they had to be adjusted while I was driving to get the right view. But once adjusted they stayed put and were a great help, since this was my first driving experience pulling a camper.

I am a new travel trailer owner. These mirrors are really great. They fit my 2014 Tahoe like a glove. I only rated 4 stars because I have not finalized installation. If I can figure it out, I would rate 5 stars. By the way, customer service was superb! I will order more product from etrailer.

Good afternoon, i received the Custom Towing Mirrors the other day and they arrived unharmed. When i looked at each mirror i recognized that the plastic portion of the mirror was injected molded, that is not a bad thing. But having over twenty-five years of injection molding experience i have to wonder and question the manufacturer’s quality inspection system. The flaw that i see is on both mirrors because it is the point or ‘gate’ as it is known in the business, where the molten plastic comes into the mold to fill the cavity. In each case the area is marred by what is known as ‘splay’, which by no means lessens the functionality, but does take away from the beauty of the finished product. Quality control should have never let these items out of their hands, unless of course they really do not give a hoot! i do think your products are worthy of better presentation. We loved the mirrors , they stayed in place and did not wiggle around going down the road . We have since sold the Chevy Tahoe and moved up to a bigger truck and trailer but I would buy again if needed . We have purchased other item from you and have always been very happy with service and product.

These fit well on my 2001 Tahoe. I haven't had a chance to take the travel trailer on the road. I will update review when I have done so.

I did a very careful search on the etrailer.com website. I entered my vehicle model using the form features available on the website. The search returned this product as one that would work with my vehicle. Unfortunately, the mirrors did not fit my 2017 Chevy Tahoe. I’m entering a poor review based on my shopping experience. When I contacted customer service at etrailer.com, I receive a response informing me that I could send the product back but that I would have to pay the return shipping. If the error had been mine, I would have found this acceptable. Since I feel the error is a result of the search feature on your website, I think it is a shame that I have to pay the return shipping. As such, I do not plan to shop at etrailer.com and I plan to share my feelings with my fellow camper friends.

Mirror wobbles within housing I purchased these mirrors for my Ford F-250. The mirrors wobble within the housing so much that nothing can be seen in the mirror, rendering them useless. The Chevy Tahoe version of these mirrors are well built and work perfectly, however the Ford F-250 version are useless.

Easy installation,simple product. Does it's job for safety's sake. Has a little vibration in the mirror, but serves it's purpose.

Be aware. The pad coming with those mirrors is way to small. There will be spots, where the inner of the mirrors touches the plastic of your real mirror. It will strach them! Tried to pad the mirror more from the inside. But its not possible to get such a thin pad like the one coming with these mirrors. In this case, they get to thick and dont fit anymore. Currently on use on a 1995 Chevy Suburban (aftermarket mirrors).

have not used yet but product appears to be as advertised. On 2019 Tahoe mirrors barely fit, with taper on mirror my only concern is straps sliding down taper on mirror which would loosen the straps and cause the mirror to either fall off or have to stop and refasten.Time will tell

These are Quality Mirrors, very sturdy. Took me about an hour on the first side, (learning curve) but the second side was 1/2 of that. Makes the truck look great and can't believe what a difference they make for field of view. As for function my truck was set up for the turn signal and power mirrors and they work great.

The service from etrailer was great like always. These mirrors are for our 03 Yukon for towing a travel trailer.They are condsiderably larger than the OEM mirrors in the collapsed position, the once extended they are almost twice as long. The only problem I had is the directions are a bit generic and tell you to pry the power window switch panel from the door panel to access the wiring. The picture supplied shows the lock panel being pried off which is correct but the power window is screwed in from the backside so the door panel needs to be removed and then reach behind it to remove the wiring.

Good quality, lots or 'reach'. Had to modify in order to fit Chevy Tahoe. The inside upper tab on the driver side had to be shortened to avoide interference with the tahoe mirror glass( the 4 tabs on the strap on mirror fit between the tahoe mirror shell and the mirror glass). A tab on the passenger side also interfered with the tahoe mirror glass. The tab would have had to be cut too short in order to avoid interference. I left it to bear on the glass putting strain on the tahoe adjustment mechanism. Both mirrors seem to be secure.

The mirrors are easy to mount and the ratchet is a nice feature. My 2015 tahoe factory mirrors are small so there's not much room for the straps to grab on to. Will be towing with them soon hopefully it' ll work out.

Exceeded expectations as a add on to the factory mirrors for both a Chevy Silverado truck and a Ford F150. It appears the extension is a perfect match and functional solution for trailer towing without the expenditure of new mirrors. Etrailer was not only the greatest value for this product from any internet site or regional store supply, but they also beat their date of delivery by six days on a UPS business delivery. I will definetly use etrailer for future purchases!!

I bought the towing mirror to replace one that got damaged. I like the mirror and was pleased that I found the replacement at etrailer.com. The site was easy to use and the order was quickly filled.

This was exactly the mirror I was looking for to match the existing Driver's side. The product has been improved since my last one which blew off from being loose anyhow while this one is engineered better and gives a good view of the blind side of the trailer and right lane. Good for corners and space back ins!!

The company was fast and gave lots of updates for shipping. Once i received product my concerns were met. The straps are BARELY long enough to connect around my mirror. Once it is straped properly the tension on straps pulls them right out of the retaining clip. I ordered these because i have a 11 silverado just like what was in the product pictures. Save your money and get something else because theres no way these will make it down the highway they will barely stay on just sitting here. Kinda disappointed because i bout these for our first camping trip this weekend but these will not work. Seems like a good company just crappy product.

So-so construction and design. With one modification they're more than acceptable. The arms and straps will slip and loosen if installed on triangular or tapered housings. Mirrors that have backs nearly parallel to the mirror face, and have upper and lower mirror edges that are nearly parallel are not affected. Adding a peel and stick plastic wall hanger to a tapered housing will stop the strap from slipping and loosening. The ball and socket mount is good and tight, but the stud on the ball is loose in the arm. I think most of the jitter and vibration others report is from this sloppy clearance that the stud screw can't tighten enough. I'll be addressing that as well. A nice option for those of us that a) don't tow a majority of the time and don't want full time extended mirrors, and/or b) tow with multiple vehicles and prefer to have adjustability to fit our 'fleet'.

Received the mirrors and installed them the same day. They feel good and I don't have any trepidation concerning them staying on while traveling. Bought them for my 2017 Tahoe for when pulling a camper trailer, the factory mirrors just don't have enough viewing for backing up. Have not traveled with them on yet but think they will greatly enhance the viewing the car and trailer.
