This hitch fits perfectly on my 2026 CR-V Sport-L AWD Hybrid. It has very close tolerances, but once it is in place, it tightens down nicely. I was not disappointed. Over the years, I have bought several trailer hitch receivers from etrailer, and they all have been great. This one did not disappoint.
My second etrailer hitch and am very happy with it. Did the install myself, which has its challenges, but can be done with a little patience and elbow grease.

In hindsight I should have moved the tailgate kick sensor as some people recommended. It still works but takes a little extra patience to activate. Otherwise 1010, would buy again.

The hitch is good quality and fits perfectly. Just got it installed at one of etrailer's recommended installers and they did a great job. Used the hitch this past weekend and worked great. Very pleased.
Great trailer hitch! Removing the 2 rubber isolaters to lower the exahust proved to be a big challenge. I had the strap set up to prevent the exhaust from getting damaged but the exhaust barely lowered when I removed the 2 isolaters. I did not need the strap and not sure why the etrailer video showed different. This made accessing the holes for fishing and securing the bolts a real challenge on my 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid. I was able to reinstall the rear isolater but needed to take the car to a muffler shop to reinstall the front isolater.I followed instructions of lubricating the isolaters and although it helped a bit, it was still a real challenge.
Clear instructions and holding up very well. I've been putting hitches of various brands on cars since 2000 and will likely get an etrailer next time.

Working perfect carrying 1-2 mountain bikes and a 1-Up trailer.
it’s been a year since I got my etrailer hitch receiver: the installation was relatively easy. In fact, I had originally tried to get a Honda tow hitch not only was it more expensive, but it was much more cumbersome for installment, which is why I had returned it and then purchased the etrailer hitch.. I highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking to add a hitch to their SUV. My particular model fit my 2025 Honda CRV..
The hitch was delivered today. The Hitch went in with ease, everything lined up as it should. The video instructions and the paper instructions for cutting the bumper are not as clear as they could be. Fortunately I am a retired professional mechanic and smog technician. I just held the hitch up to the CRV and was able to see where to cut and how much. Other than that, it installed without any problems. The Drawtite hitch 76128 did not fit. Thank you etrailer for making my wife happy.

It is everything we hoped it would be, we have been to a lot of places and have felt very secure knowing our Bosch E-bikes are safe.
Really like that it’s mostly hidden behind the bumper cover. I made my own measurements instead of relying solely on the diagram but instructions were clear and quality was very good.

I bought this trailer hitch recover online. It arrived at my door a few days later. I took it to Jensen Tire and Service and had it installed a couple of days later on my 2026 Honda CRV sport touring hybrid. It looks and fits perfectly. I didn’t have electrical installed because I’m only using it for a dual bike rack.

It fit well on my 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid. This was a two-person job for sure. The most difficult part of the process was putting the bumper back on and slipping the rubber isolaters back on the exhaust hooks. These two things took us over an hour. Besides that, the installation process was smooth.
customer service was once again awesome with etrailer, which is why I came back to purchase this receiver from my wife's CR-V. Video was extremely helpful and install went as it should. Install took about 3 hours but in total but I was also laying on a creeper under a jacked-up vehicle with my 82 year old father-in-law as my assistant.
I had an excellent experience purchasing my hitch and bike rack. The customer service truly stood out. When one of the items was delayed, the owner personally called me to let me know and kept me updated throughout the process. He even followed up afterward to make sure the second item arrived safely. It’s rare to find that level of care and attention these days. The products were exactly what I needed and the service went above and beyond. etrailer.com had a perfect fit 2" receiver hitch for or 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. Their price was extremely competitive and the installation was free. We saved hundreds over the dealer installed option. I highly recommend them for any late model vehicle. And if you don't live where driving to them for installation is practical, they have some very good installation videos for many models on their website.

Excellent ship time. Installation was pretty easy, but getting the hitch in place requires two people. There was more cutting of the splash guard than shown in the directions and the video was much more helpful than the written directions.

It’s great! I’ve had no problems and use it frequently.
With the help of the instructional video the hitch installation went very smoothly. We are very pleased with it.
Got this about a year ago for my wife's CRV. Installation was very straightforward. The only hard part was getting a couple screws in place, but the kit accounts for that and included fishing wire to pull the screws through. Would highly recommend.
The bike hitch was installed by my service station and it looks great and was told that there were no problems on installation.

Install was a bit challenging. Had to trim some of the underbody cover and the rear fascia on the touring model. Haven't used yet but looks great.
recently purchased this hitch for my 2021 Honda CR-V. The main purpose I purchased the hitch is for a hitch mounted bike rack. The CR-V isn’t very accommodating for strap mounted bike racks. As for the installation of the hitch, I would rate it as a 7 with 10 being the most difficult. The etrailer video instructions are good and cover everything I think you should know. The video shows the installation using a car lift. I did the installation with jack stands. I would highly recommend getting the exhaust hanger tool. I did have a couple of different sizes of pry bar’s but the hangers were difficult to release. Also, aligning the CR-V mounting bolts to the hitch mount points took a bit of maneuvering. Otherwise, everything installed pretty much how the video showed it. The hitch looks good as noted in the attached pictures. Overall, I’m very happy with this hitch.

It sounds like that the side brackets were knocked out of alignment. This can happen while in transit to our facility or to you. We do have a great FAQ that provides ways to move the brackets back into alignment so the hitch can be installed.

Excellent. Definitely recommend this trailer hitch. But definitely need 2 people to install it. Recommend watching the instruction video a couple of times before installing the hitch.
