This setup is built for real work and play. The two 54" Sportz Aero crossbars are made of lightweight, structural-grade, extruded aluminum that gives you strength and stability without extra weight. With a 220-lb weight capacity, it handles ladders, conduit cases, cargo boxes, kayaks, or rooftop tents with ease. The black elliptical shape cuts down wind drag while still being tough enough for long hauls.
Every trip demands something different, and the 63" RTC-style tracks make it simple to adjust. Each track has dual C-channels that let you move mounting legs forward or backward to fit your load. Whether you’re hauling wide kayaks or a compact cargo box, you can fine-tune bar placement to get the right balance and clearance. Tracks mount securely using stainless steel hardware and can be trimmed for custom applications.
The Quick Mount legs make setup fast and hassle-free. Once the bases are bolted into the tracks, you can attach or remove the crossbars in seconds using the built-in trigger system—no tools needed. Just squeeze the internal triggers to release or slide them apart to lock in place. When the legs are off, precision-molded inserts cover the bases for a clean look and to keep dirt out.
You don’t have to worry about your gear when it’s parked or on the move. The locking covers on each leg help secure the rack to your roof while keeping the system tight during travel. Stainless steel fasteners with anti-corrosion coatings and glass-reinforced nylon legs hold up against the elements so your rack stays dependable season after season.
The top of each bar includes a built-in C-channel for mounting Rhino-Rack accessories and carriers—everything from kayak cradles to cargo trays or bike racks. The rubber strips in those channels cushion your gear, add grip, and help quiet things down on windy drives. You can even cut sections of strip when needed to fit channel-mount accessories right where you want them.
