Even filtered water can pick up contaminants in your RV lines. This UVC faucet adds a final layer of protection with UV light at the tap, giving you water that's not only filtered but purified right before you drink it.
Even with filtered water, RV plumbing can carry bacteria and viruses. This Blu Technology UV faucet adds protection right where you pour, neutralizing 99.99% of harmful microorganisms with ultraviolet light as the water flows. Inside the faucet, a special LED produces UV light, which is a powerful part of the ultraviolet spectrum. As water flows past, the UVC light penetrates bacteria, viruses, and protozoa such as E. coli and Giardia, damaging their DNA so they can't reproduce. The result is cleaner, safer water right at the tap without adding chemicals or changing the taste.
Status lights on the faucet show you exactly what's happening in real time:
If your sink already has a spare faucet hole, this faucet drops right in. If it doesn't, you'll need to drill a 5/8" hole in the sink or counter. All you need is a drill and a wrench to mount it, and once it's in place just push the tubing on and plug the power cord into a wall outlet. There's no wiring and no complicated plumbing required.

Hi, everyone, Stephen here with etrailer. Today, we're looking at our Blu Technology RV water purification faucet. Now, this is a built-in UV LED light and it uses a single-handle lever to operate, so a very nice faucet here today, folks. So, lemme just start by saying this is stainless steel and it has some weight to it. I'm actually pretty impressed with the weight and the quality of the faucet itself. So, as you can see, single handle, turn it off and on, and then, of course, you can move your spout like you normally would.
But what's neat about this one is, you can change out the spouts, depending on which one you need to fit your specific needs, and you could have a taller one or you could use the shorter one. You get to choose which one you wanna use, so pretty nice design. As you can see, you have a plug coming out the bottom here. You have the tubing here that comes with it. This is gonna go inside of your PEX T fitting here and that would get screwed in place, and this will go in line on your current water hookup.
And then, of course, you have a power cord and adapter here to plug in here. And that UV light, whenever you have water running through here and you have this on, it's gonna change the color of this ring around here. That actually lights up four different colors and it's gonna let you know that it's got power, it's on, it's purifying, or it's time to replace the cartridge and everything. So, a very nice option here for you if you're looking for an extra water purification in your water system. Again, this spout can turn 360 degrees, so you can swing it whenever you need to, where you need to.
It's a tool-free setup, so as long as you have standard quarter-inch tubing and the cutters to cut that if you need to cut or whatever, depending on your length, I don't think you'll need to, but just standard tools. So, again, you're gonna have to tap into your wire line obviously, or get a qualified plumber to come hook that part up. But other than that, you get everything you need to thread it into and tighten up onto your sink or wherever you wanna install it. Now, this is gonna eliminate 99.99% of bacteria, viruses, and microorganisms using the integrated UVC LED light to disinfect the water. And this is what it would look like roughly set up whenever it's installed on your sink system, whether you're using an RV camper or whatnot.
Folks, that's gonna wrap up our quick look together at this Blu Technology RV water purification faucet with built-in UV LED light. I'm Stephen with etrailer. Reach out if you have any questions about this or any other products, and have a good day.
