Erickson E Track - EM59136

  • E Track Straps
  • 12 Feet Long
  • 1000 lbs
  • Erickson
  • 2 Inch Wide

The ends of this blue logistical strap from Erickson are designed to fit into the vertical or horizontal e track on your trailer. Ratcheting buckle tightens and locks strap in place to secure whatever you are carrying. 3,500 lbs Max load.

Features:

  • Blue polyester strap comes with e track ends
    • e track (sold separately) mounts in trailer along walls or floor to provide secure, adjustable tie-down points
    • Ratchet strap attaches to e track to secure loads
  • Ratchet tightens tie-down strap to secure your cargo in place

Specs:

  • Strap dimensions: 12' long x 2" wide
  • Maximum load (break strength): 3,500 lbs
  • Safe working load limit (WLL): 1,165 lbs
  • 90-Day limited warranty

Note: Tie-down straps must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the straps being used. For example, if you are using straps with a WLL of 500 lbs each to tie down a load weighing 1,000 lbs, then you need at least 2 straps to safely secure that load. It is recommended that you always use straps in pairs.

  • Mounting Suggestion For E-track To Aluminum Utility Trailer
For your Aluma 6810 HBT trailer, I recommend the Erickson Horizontal E-Track - Zinc Coated Steel - 2,000 lbs - 5' Long - Qty 1 # E19148 along with the E-Track Backing Plate - Zinc Plated Steel - 6" Long x 6" Wide # e96RR. This will save you the expense of the dual track and will allow you the flexibility of plates between the braces or around them. This track also comes in 4 foot # EM19147, and 2 foot # EM59150. I recommend using the E-Track Plastic End Cap # ET8730 to finish your tracks. For...

  • E Track for 16' Enclosed Cargo Trailer With Workbench Bracket
Hi McCamer; what I would do is make a sketch of everything you're wanting to use the tracks for to see what would work best for you, horizontal or vertical tracks. If you want to use the # E19148 to attach the table bracket # 3481744 they will have to run horizontally. Instead of E Track, I recommend using the X Track # 3481788 which will allow you to choose how you want to mount the tracks since they work in both orientations. This ads a lot of versatility overall as you mount things...

  • B and W Biker Bar for Harley Street Glide and Ultra Models
Hey Donnie, for all three of your Harleys the correct Biker Bar would be the part # BWMC2301. BUT we don't have a solution for the Indian. They only have options for Harleys at this time. I wish they would make options for other brands as this does come up. So to transport it you'd need something like E-Track # e95VR, Wheel Chock # 3481731, Tie-Down Ring # 59131, and Strap # EM59136. Think that would work for you?

  • Option to Carry Kayaks with E-Tracks Inside Cargo Trailer
I am not aware of an e or x-track accessory that is designed specifically for carrying kayaks but we do have options for this assuming the tracks are on the walls. I recommend using a few CargoSmart Large Rotating Flat Hooks part # 3481701 to suspend the kayaks and then a few Erickson E-Track Straps with Ratchet part # EM59136 to hold them in place. The Erickson E-Track Tie Down Ring part # 59131 along with some standard ratchet straps can be used as well.

  • Will Biker Bar Fit 2022 Indian Chieftain Limited
Hey Paul; B&W hasn't tested the 2022 Indian Chieftain Limited but it may fit the # BWMC2304. To find out if it will fit you will have to take some measurements. A two piece motorcycle tube frame is needed for the Biker Bar to clamp onto. The diameter of each frame tube must be at least 1.125" and no more than 1.5". Check that there is nothing hanging down below the tube frame, such as a motor, transmission or exhaust. With the rider sitting on the motorcycle, the distance from the side...

Hi Eric; B&W doesn't have specific fitment information for a 2011 Harley Superglide Custom. However, you may be able to use the B&W Biker Bar # BWMC2304. Hi Kristi, B&W does not make a Biker Bar for your Indian Super Chief Limited, so to transport it you'd need something like E-Track # e95VR, Wheel Chock # 3481731, Tie-Down Ring # 59131, and Strap #EM59136.

  • Recommended Tie Down Anchor for Aluminum Trailer
The Brophy Swiveling D-Ring Anchors w Backing Plates and Hardware - Bolt-On - 2,000 lbs - Qty 4 # RR6K-4 are a great choice if you're in need of fixed points on the floor of the trailer and don't care much about flexibility of spacing for different sized cars. If you're looking for a bit more overall flexibility then I recommend using Erickson E-tracks like the # E19148. These tracks will allow you a wider variety of tie down spots along the trailer floor, so it will just make the overall...

  • Will the etrailer Horizontal E-Tracks Work for Securing a Vehicle and Does Every Hole Need Be Used
The etrailer Horizontal E-Tracks like part # e42VR are a great option for securing vehicles especially when combined with the Erickson E-Chock Wheel Chocks part # EM09162-2 and Erickson E-Track Strap with Ratchet part # EM59136. I don't really have an exact answer for you in regards to the number of screws needed as this has been difficult information to get from the manufacturer sicne there are soo many variables but the closer you are to the weight capacity of the track, the closer you...

  • Are the Erickson Horizontal E-Tracks Strong Enough for a 5,000 lb Vehicle
Yes, the Erickson Horizontal E-Track part # E19148 will be plenty strong enough to secure your two rock crawler buggies. The tracks are each rated at 6,000 lbs max break strength and 2,000 working load limit. I assume you would have a track under each wheel so these figures would then be doubled. With that in mind, the weight capacity of these tracks in is regards to pull strength. The full weight of the vehicle should never be directly pulling on the tracks unless you were to hang them...

  • Recommended Solution for Tie Downs on Floor of Suretrac Aluminum Trailer
I do have a solution for you, but I think welding something to the floor is going to really limit where you can place things to have them tied down. I don't think you're going to be able to get away from the issue with galvanic corrosion since most tie downs are going to be steel, you can still use a steel system on the aluminum floor as long as there is some sort of barrier between the two surfaces-rubber, plastic, wood, etc.. With all of that said, I've got 2 options for you to consider....

  • Best Versatile Tie-Down Options for a Cargo Trailer
I am not sure how many of the Erickson E-Track systems you have seen but it really is your best bet when it comes to versatility and functionality. Not only do they have the Horizontal E-Track, like part # E19148, but they also have Vertical E-Track like part # E19146. You could install both types of track on your cargo trailer (if it is enclosed) and then move the attachment points around by either using the Erickson E-Track Strap # EM59136 or using the Tie-Off w/ D-Ring # E59143 along...

  • E-Track Recommendation for Securing ATV to Utility Trailer
E-track can easily attach to the wood floor you have in your open utility trailer. This is a very common style of trailer that is used with the E-tracks. I attached a couple review videos that show etracks installed in a similar trailer as yours and what they use to secure the cargo. The etrack sections like the part # E19148 would be more than adequate to secure your ATV. The # 59131 is a great anchor to use, or if you want a strap that attaches directly to the etrack we have the # EM59136...

  • Mounting E-Track for Hauling Motorcycle on 8 x 5 Trailer
That's a great question. I believe your installation method for the Erickson Horizontal E-Track # EM59150 sounds like a great plan as long as you have the tracks facing the direction of travel. Basically the E-Track was designed around this and that is the most safe way to secure cargo. To secure your 900 lb bike you can either use the Erickson E-Track Tie-Off w/ D-Ring # E59143 with your current ratchet straps or you can update to the Erickson E-Track Strap with Ratchet # EM59136 which...

  • What Does Working Load Limit Mean for E-Track
Good question and the 2,000 lb working load limit (WLL) of the Erickson Horizontal E-Track such as the 5 foot # E19148 is the safe limit for the weight of the cargo the track is helping secure. To simplify, it is the cargo capacity that the track can safely handle so you do not want to exceed it. However, the 2,000 lb limit is per track, so that means if you put down two tracks horizontally, your WLL would go up to 4,000 lbs. This track cannot actually be welded on, it needs to be secured...

  • Enclosed Trailer Wall Reinforcement for Installing Erickson E-Track
To install an 8-foot length of Erickson E-Track # E19135 inside your enclosed trailer I do recommend first mounting some plywood to your interior wall studs. A piece of plywood that is larger than the E-Track's 5-1/8-inch width will spread the load across more of the trailer structure. For instance if you first installed a 1 x 8-foot piece of plywood across the studs that would allow more fasteners to be used than with the E-Track rail alone. Then you could mount the E-Track to the plywood...

  • Hardware Recommendation for Securing E Tracks to Plywood Trailer Floor
Securing the Erickson E-Track # E19148 to 3/4 inch plywood should be sufficient. To secure the track to the plywood, you can use screws, or rivets. Using 1/2 inch screws would be a good length with 3/4 inch plywood. You will want to attach screws at least every other mounting hole. For tie downs and straps I would recommend either the E-Track Tie-Off Ring # 59131, or E-Track 2 inch D-Ring, part # E59143. Also available is the Erickson E-Track Strap with Ratchet, part # EM59136.

You can attach directly to the BoxLink cleats or hook directly to the interface plate with a bungee cord, S-hook, or E-track fitting. I have attached a link to multiple options for tie downs. • Which Way Should E-Tracks be Mounted to Secure Dirt Bikes in a 5' x 10' Trailer?
The Erickson Horizontal E-Track # E19148 can actually be mounted either way. For your setup, however, I suggest going widthwise. This way you can mount the dirt bikes side by side while strapping all the fronts along the same track as well as all the rears along another track. This will be the most stabile way to load all the bikes. If you do not already have some tie down straps, the Erickson E-Track Strap with Ratchet # EM59136 will secure everything very nicely. These are 12 feet long...

  • Can I Use the Erickson E-Track Wheel Chock with 180mm Wheels
When you convert the width of your 180mm tire into inches, it's going to be 7.08", and the E-Track Wheel Chock # 3481731 is designed to handle a maximum of 7" tires and you're going to be right at the cusp. Since we're dealing with 1/100ths of an inch in this case, I do believe that you'll be able to make it work, but it's going to be a snug fit. I do recommend also using the Erickson E-Track Straps # EM59136 to further secure your bike in this setup, as well.

  • Can the E-Track be Used to Secure an Outboard Tiller Motor in an Enclosed Trailer
You can mount E-Track both horizontally, with part # E19148, and vertically, with part # E19146, but you would almost need a stand if you are wanting to keep your tiller motor upright. If you were to solely use the E-Track equipment your motor would just be suspended in the air and would swing back and forth with the tie-downs. I recommend finding a way to mount your motor on a type of stand and then using straps like part # EM59136 to secure the motor to the side of your trailer.

While we do have separate E-Chocks available like the # EM09162, they require E-Track rails like the # e65VR. Unfortunately, the E-chocks with the E-track slots are only available with the # EM98CV tie-down kit. There is also no way to substitute the straps in the kit.
