  • Recommended Stabilizer Jack for a Aluminum Trailer w/ Low Ground Clearance
Hey Tony. With that short of a ground clearance, I recommend the etrailer Scissor Stabilizer Jacks w/ Handle and Drill Adapter item # e56VV. These extend from as little as 5" to as high as 24" and have a 5,000 lbs capacity. This kit comes with a handle and a convenient drill bit attachment that makes adjusting them quick and easy. Since your trailer has an aluminum frame you'll want to put plastic washers or a cut a piece of plastic to put between the jacks and the aluminum. Polypropylene...

  • Recommended Stabilizers For Ramp Door On Toyhauler
Hey Dayne, We do not offer any jacks that were made to be ramp door supports for toy haulers, but most of the time people will use stabilizing jacks # TJ01RT-HD mounted to the bottom of the ramp door. This will fold up pretty compactly when not in use, and can be folded down and adjust depending on the levelness of the terrain at your campsite. Do you normally camp at a campsite? or do you boondock?

  • Smallest Diameter Trailer Tire with At Least 1,800 Pounds Capacity and Parts for Building a Trailer
Assuming the trailer is as single axle and only has two tires the smallest we carry is a 205/75-14 size tire. The Kenda # AM10235 measures 26.3 inches in diameter and has a weight capacity of 2,200 pounds at 75 psi. You also want to make sure the wheel has enough capacity. If you can tell me your bolt pattern I can recommend a wheel as well.

  • Can Stabilizer Jacks TJ01RT-HD be Used With Trailer Frame Running Front to Back
Hi Carlos; thanks for the photo and that's a smart question, but your trailer frame running front to back won't make a difference in the effectiveness of the Stabilizer Jacks # TJ01RT-HD. They can absolutely still be used on your Geo Pro G15TB with that frame configuration to help stabilize your trailer.

  • Total Extended Length of TJ01RT-HD Stabilizer Jack
The fully extended length of the # TJ01RT-HD stabilizer jack would be 18 inches, which represents the 'A' Dimension in your photo. The 'B' dimension would simply be the height above the ground of the underside of your trailer when its level. The Atwood stabilizer jack is meant to hold up or stabilize the trailer, not lift it up off the ground.

  • Recommended Replacement Pop Down Stabilizer Jack for a 2003 Thor Tahoe Lite Travel Trailer
Hey Kevin, are you looking for stabilizer jacks like the Stabilizer Jacks # TJ01RT-HD which pops down. This particular jack has a 650 lb lift capacity, 6 1/4" of travel, and each jack can support a maximum of 1,000 lbs. If you're looking for something else, please feel free to drop a comment and let me know and I'd be happy to help.

  • Is There A Shorter Stabilizer Jack Than The 11-1/2" TJ01RT-HD?
Hey Tom, The etrailer stabilizer jacks # TJ01RT-HD are going to be the shortest that we have at 11-1/2" fully retracted. We do not carry any that are shorter than that. Now when they are retracted the are able to fold up for storage so they are not just sticking off of the trailer full time. Are you needing shorter due to clearance issues?

  • Jacks for Front of 2021 Bushwacker Plus 15FK
Hey Terry! Scissor jacks like the Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jacks # UF48-979002 will work well for front stabilization on your 2021 Bushwacker Plus 15FK. If you want to use a drill to run them up and down you can also pick up the # UF48-979005. If you're looking for a really simple stabilization option the Stabilizer Jacks # TJ01RT-HD will also work. That is a cool little trailer, any big trips planned with it this summer?

  • Square Tube Stabilizer Jack Needed For An Aluma Tandem Axle Trailer
Hi Felix, I have two options that might work for your trailer; the first one being the Stabilizer Jacks # TJ01RT-HD. These mount under the trailer and are a bolt on installation. The second is the Square Drop Leg Stabilizer Jack # SJ-R208, which would require welding the channel your frame. Welding to aluminum requires a lot of skill so the cost for this can be pricey. You might want to just weld on brackets to the channel and then bolt that to the frame to avoid the high cost. Do...

  • What Size Pilot Hole to Drill for 3/8 inch Diameter Screw
If the screws are fastened with nuts then a 3/8 inch size hole would work fine but if it's a self tapping screw I'd go with a pilot hole that's about 1/16 inch smaller in diameter.

  • Is Movement Normal with Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel HItch
Hey Carissa, it looks like back in June you bought the Demco Autoslide 5th wheel part # DM44SV from us. All fifth wheel hitches have a little bit of play with the slider hitches having a bit more since there are moving in the hitch. I would say you are most likely fine and the movement is normal but that depends on how much movement you have and where you see the movement?

I went out to our warehouse and got the following dimensions for the Stabilizer Jacks # TJ01RT-HD in the stowed position. I have included an image below so you can see the points I measured from. The overall length is 12-3/8" long, 4-3/8" tall and 3-3/8" wide.

  • Correct Installation Hardware for etrailer 6-1/4" Stabilizer Drop Leg Jack
To install the Stabilizer Jacks - 6-1/4" Drop Leg Travel # TJ01RT-HD you'll need to get 7/16" mounting hardware. In the attached review/installation video we use #14 self-tapping screws to mount these jacks into the frame of the trailer. If you jump to the 3:14 minute mark of the linked video you'll see how we install this on a trailer.

  • Replacement Stabilizer Jack for 2021 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 7 174BH
For a replacement jack for your 2021 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 7 174 BH I recommend the Stabilizer Jack - 6-1/4" Drop Leg Travel - 18" - 650 lbs # TJ01RT. This jack same mounting hole dimensions as your current jack at 3 inches apart on center. It has a 650 lb capacity per jack and extends up to 18". It is also sold as a set of 2 ,including the handle, which would be the # TJ01RT-HD. These would also be a great addition to the front of your travel trailer. I have attached a picture showing...

  • Recommended Weld-On Drop Leg Stabilizers For A UTV Trailer
We carry a few different weld-on camper jacks to help stabilize your trailer and allow you to easily get your equipment off the trailer. The real question is going to be how long of a jack do you need? The Square Drop Leg Stabilizer Jack - 18" Travel # SJ-R208 you were looking at would work for your needs but we have a few other options that are a bit more compact to ensure you have plenty of clearance. Starting out small we have the etrailer Stabilizer Jacks # TJ01RT-HD, which have a...

  • Can etrailer Stabilizer Jacks be Installed on Enclosed Aluminum Trailer
The Stabilizer Jacks # TJ01RT-HD are actually a universal fit so while they are typically used for travel trailers, there really is no reason why you shouldn't be able to install them on an enclosed trailer. With that being said, I recommend reaching out to your trailer manufacturer to see what they recommend doing for this since you do have an aluminum trailer. Some aluminum trailers are just fine to bolt things to while other manufacturers don't recommend it.

  • Mounting Orientation of TJ01RT-HD Stabilizer Jack
There many possible ways to mount a stabilizer jack such as the # TJ01RT-HD you looked at. Mounting them in the orientation shown the diagram would tend to work a bit better to stabilize the trailer against side to side movement, while having the jacks parallel to the trailer frame members would do a better job stabilizing against fore/aft movement. However, mounting them as shown in the diagram would be pretty effective against movement both ways from normal movement in the trailer. The...

  • Recommended Stabilizer Jacks for Rear of 7k Enclosed Cargo Trailer
The Stabilizer Jacks # TJ01RT-HD you were looking at are what I would recommend for your cargo trailer. These are simple but effective and at a great price. The support capacity per jack is 1,000 lbs which will be fine for your trailer since they aren't holding all the weight, only stabilizing.

  • Replacement Swing Down Stabilizer For 18' Aluma Trailer
We do have a couple of alterative solutions, however we do not carry a replacement that match those dimensions. Instead, I recommend replacing the entire swing down stabilizer with the Stabilizer Jacks # TJ01RT-HD which measures 18" extended, 11" retracted and has a maximum weight capacity of 650lbs. Or You can use the Stallion Stabilizer Jacks # 288-01892-2, which measures 22-1/4" extended, 15-1/4" retracted, and also has a maximum weight capacity of 650lbs.

  • Stabilizers Needed for 6x10 Cargo Trailer for ATV
I recommend just using some stabilizer jacks to help keep your trailer from tilting while you're loading your ATV. You can use something as simple as the Ultra-Fab Stackable Stabilizers # UF48-979003 (Qty 2) or # UF48-979004 (Qty 4), OR you can use something a little more permanent like the Stabilizer Jacks # TJ01RT-HD. All of it kind of depends on what kind of ground clearance you have. I have attached some review videos for you to check out.

I have attached a photo of this drop leg that has the dimensions noted you can check out. You would need to measure the dimensions of the upper leg on your trailer to see if this would be a match.
