Best Truck 12V Power Accessories

The outlet kit worked well. Needed an outlet to power a Brake Buddy. Mounting was not as secure as I could like. The line to the fuse adaptor can come loose. For a 20 amp line the connection should be rock solid.

Works well to power the assist breaking system because the battery has to be disconnected.

All plastic gears and holds together by a zap strap... The plastic gears were totally dry (no lubricant) and it clonks every time it does a cycle. Let’s see how long it lasts but works for now

This fan works great! I love how easy it is to hang in the back of my car!! It’s a wonderful addition to the Goldie Pearl.

It is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I needed that to replace a defective part in my camper and did not want an aftermarket product that stuck out. It could not be better thank you.

This outlet is working great. I installed it on the outside of trailer by the rear bumper to power a 12 volt macerator pump. This enables me to empty black and gray water tanks into sink drain at home. Puts 12 volt power outlet where it is needed, with quick safe weather tight connect/disconnect.

I would not recommend this product. Didn't last two months. Door fell off. Adhesive didn't stick. Wire came off of internal connection. The wire coming off was the last straw. Added two of these to my Rove Lite trailer (at the front an back bunks) so could run small inverters and charge phones and tablets at the same time. Took a couple of hours to install, but worked great.

Works perfectly love the fact we don’t have to run the generator to charge phones. I installed two of them in our Jayco camp trailer and they look like an item that would have been installed from the factory. When we are up camping there is almost always something plugged into them. Would recommend to anyone who finds themselves firing up a generator to charge up their devices.

Great product once installed, oddly wired. The wiring is pretty cheap on USB side and it has to be tied to the connectors for the 12v plug. The 12v plug has 12ga blade connectors. You need quite a bit of clearance for this into the RV wall. I used a short blue old work box in the wall, and had to cut out back clearance for this 12v section with the bladed connectors on it. In the end I had to bend the blades to keep it from contacting the RV's aluminum wall and electrical tape the whole mess. RV walls (circa 1989 in my case) are 1.5-1.75" thick. This needs a wiring re-engineering where power for both comes off the shorter USB side at 90* to facilitate the 12V plugs side depth and not making it even deeper with the bladed connectors on back of that plug.

I have received what I ordered. Probably will not get it installed until October unless I get lucky and have a mobile RV repair close by during the summer. No review until it is installed.

Easy install! Came with everything you need. Did have to splice some wire extension to get to the rear bumper.

Hi, I got the second part of my order today. I'm having to rebuild the rear half of a travel trailer we bought, got home and realized that it had rotten floors and walls and part of the ceiling. I needed a lot of parts to rebuild this twenty five year old trailer. All the plastic parts and vents were briddle and cracks in them. So I replaced every vent and all hookup fittings. etrailer had most of the parts I needed at a fair price. I looked at several RV parts sites and then ordered most of my items needed from etrailer. Then I got a phone call and they said the ceiling fan/vent I ordered wasn't in stock and would delay my order. I explained I needed some of the parts I ordered the day before I ordered them. So he offered to delete the fan/vent off the order and ship the rest. I said that was fine, or he could ship what he had and then send the fan as soon as he got it. I would have been happy either way, but I really didn't want to have to shop for another fan and I could wait on it because I had enough to keep me busy. So he split the order and sent the parts I needed and the fan showed up the following week. I would definitely order from them again.

This is a well-designed product! We needed an outlet for my wife's (passenger side) iPad and GPS. I installed this at a light outlet that wasn't being used and it works like a charm! I would highly recommend this product.

Ran this into the back of my truck for my topper to power my 12v accessories. Having multiple mounting options was a plus. The system is still running great

Nice auxiliary port. I mounted it on the drivers side kick panel of my ‘18 Equinox to plug a Patriot 2 brake system into. I was able to fish the hot line to the battery along with the 2 conductor break away cable through the firewall at the steering wheel grommet.

product received as requested in a timely manner. replaced old part perfectly, and installation went smoothly. if repair shop would have done the job right the first time it needed attention, I wouldn't have needed to do it over. Thanks to etrailer that I got the correct part.

It works fine. We plug a Q-Beam spotlight into it for nighttime navigation while fishing on 126 square mile Choctawhatchee Bay.

Hard to find product, It will fit in a standard sized electrical box for a secure and safe mounting.

Good quality .. haven’t used it yet but looking forward to it.

Really like this product. It's well made, sturdy and was easy to install. I installed on the front panel of my motorhome to power the GPS and Sirius radio. Keeps the wiring from running across in front of the instrument cluster, much cleaner look.

Great product works well for easy of installation with its mounting options and quality. The only down side of this product is it has a very bright blue power light that adds to phantom draws in a RV and will illuminate a sleeping area if the rubber cover is open.

Replacement charging center is now installed and works perfectly. The original one that had come with the trailer smoked when I inserted a USB car charger. Maybe the USB car charger had been faulty. I am glad to have a functional charging center back.

I put this in my car hauling trailer so that I could run my air compressor when needed. And also connect my battery trickle Charger when the trailer is parked in storage.

Worked great. The video review on the product was perfect. Install was easy. The videos helped paint the picture for the install.

For me, all I needed was the usb connections and socket. I removed the threaded socket and installed it into my failed outlet housing in my RV. Fit perfectly..! I am now more aware of the load on the 5v transformer. Usually only charge one device at a time - as I might have over loaded the circuit… or I had a defective unit to start. Has been working perfectly for a year now.

Solid item, installs easily in a 1-1/8" hole. The retaining nut slides on then turns to get tight, making it nice to mount since it was difficult to reach the back of the unit. Hard to find USB outlets without a light, so that's nice. No cover is also nice; many others have covers which I would have tossed. One minor complaint - the ports are not aligned similarly, one is "up" and one is "down". Not a big deal since I typically leave my charging cord plugged in most of the time. It appears it was installed wrong at the factory as the website photo shows them both facing the same way. Overall, another great product from etrailer.
