Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer with Mounting Brackets for Class A Motor Homes
This installed in less than an hour, 2006 Monaco La Palma Roadmaster Chassis. I used a 1/2 cordless 1100 Ft lb. impact to remove the spring u-bolts, came right off. The rest is as the instructions say. I took for a road test and drives a straighter. etrailer shipped and I had in a couple of days. etrailer is the best for me. Tools for this is 1/2 drive 15/16 deep socket for the axle U Bolts, 3/8 drive 3/4 inch for the shock bolts and a 3/4 open end wrench, and a 3/8 drive 9/16 deep socket for the tie rod U Bolts. Easy to do yourself.
Thanks for the fast shipment of this order -- This stablizer was installed on a 07, Monaco Camelot, with a Dana Axle, & air bags -- Your web site states that the RBK6 will not fit a Dana axle -- I called Roadmaster, & they said it will fit, & it does --The The steering stablizer install was not a tough job at all -- The only problem was loosening the nuts that hold the axle, & the bolts not being long enough to add the bracket -- I do have air tools, & I heated the nuts with a plumbers tourch -- It took longer to free the the nuts, that it took to do the rest of the install -- On the test drive, no adjustment was needed -- Very pleased from order to install -- William Willard

The package arrived in a timely manner, just as promised. The installation went as described in the instructions and everything fit well. It improved the handling quite a bit. I already had installed “Sumo Springs” last year (worked great) and the sway bar controlles the sway even more. One thing I can add is, get a long 1/2” drill bit (8” long) to help with drilling the front bracket holes. The drill chuck on my drill, hit the link tabs, causing me to drill at a slight angle (horizontal holes). The biggest problem I encountered is that the bar contacts the exhaust pipe (1/4” gap) and makes noise when driving (see photos) . I have a diesel and the exhaust pipe is about 3” in diameter, which doesn’t help. I’m trying to figure out how to resolve this issue. I will update when I do.
This is the best upgrade we made on our 2017 mercedes Thor motor coach. Prior to installation it was a bear to drive in wind or even going around turns. This sway bar made 100 percent better drive. Well worth the money

RM Reflex Steering Stabilizer w Mount Brackets for Class C M
First thing, this stabilizer is a huge improvement!...and I would now consider it a "must have" item. RV: 2007 29ft Four Winds - Express Van 4500 chassis Install was easy and quick, approximately 1-hour to install myself. After install, I made a test run on the freeway, and I can say it is night & day difference. I got to 70 before I knew it and it’s so smooth. The steering now gives you so much confidence, and you feel you have complete control. Feels like driving a large SUV. Before this, when you were at 50+ MPH, there was so much wheel-play in the steering wheel. Now it is completely gone.

Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-5/8" Diameter
First, Eric was a great help throughout the purchasing and installation. I watched the tutorial numerous times and set up my tools. I bought a 3/4 inch torque wrench at Harbor Freight and a 4 ft galvanized pipe at Home Depot. I followed the instructions and the tutorial to the letter. The bar and mounting plates are heavy, so be very careful. This job isn't for a beginner, but if you are somewhat mechanically inclined, you can install it. The 300 Ft. Lbs torque of the 8 nuts took everything out of me. LOL...I adjusted the end links twice, and it leveled out great. Now, I will do a test run and see how it improves the handling of my motorhome. Its a 2022 Entegra Vision 29S.
The Anti Sway Bar completely removed impact of Semi Trucks passing us on the highway. It also significantly reduces issues with wind. Even reduced sway related to rough roads.

The group at etrailer are absolutely great. UPS lost my order out of the box and delivered me an empty box. Called in to etrailer and they took care of the claim with UPS empty box was delivered on Wednesday I had a replacement on Saturday. Totally a five star service
Sway bar installed easily and at least helped my Tiffin Allegro drive predictably now. I cannot say exactly how much because at the same time I installed a rear track bar and replaced all four shocks with Koni golds. Together the package made the rv drive much better eliminating side to side sway and porpoising.

Did not fit our 2014 Sunseeker with air bags. It contacts the rear differential. We contacted etrailer and right away they emailed us a label to return the item, and placed an order for a Hellwig anti sway bar which fit perfectly. They're customer support is top notch.
Fairly easy install. Drilling the hole in the frame was decent started with a 17/64 pilot hole then the 17/32 final hole. Take your time and let the drill do the work. Do be aware of the hole placement on the drivers side as there are brake lines and wiring there.

The anti sway bar helped a lot, but my Fleetwood could use a little more help. Probably needs the front end too. I installed the model made for coaches a year or two newer and it went on much easier than the unit requiring frame drilling and coil spring recounting. I ordered both to cover myself, didn't open the kit for older chassis and sent it back - for full credit, except for shipping, which is fair. Trailer met each promise - product, dates, and return of the unused unit. 5 stars for service 3 stars for eliminating the sway. ETrailer provided EXCELLENT videos for installation, and did everything they said they would! My wife is happy and I'm her hero. That's always worth 5 stars!

The guarantee to fit my 2016 F150 Ford was not correct. Mounting brackets to frame were too small. I had to contact Roadmaster and they expedited the correct brackets to me and everything bolted up properly. It does help with sway and especially with body roll on cornering.
Absolute love this sway bar. Truck feels very planted and stable. Purchased to improve towing stability consistently tow 20” cargo trailer at near gvwr. I can literally feel sway bar engaging as trailers sway or making corners.

A very nice upgrade. The bar appears well made. A definite handling upgrade.
It's not the same as a good pair of shocks. My 2008 durango still sways when going over uneven roads. However it does help it in a small way.

I received my front anti sway bar (RM-1139-140) around noon on the day it was promised. The package was undamaged and all parts were contained within. After lunch I installed the bar in less than 30 minutes, which included the removal of the factory bar. I installed it by myself from the ground. Simple install although I did deviate some from the instructions to make it easier for me as the bar is heavy. Instructions say to attach the bar to the axle with the bushings and saddle clamps first, then bolt the endlinks. Instead I bolted the endlinks first then simply swung/rotated the bar to the axle and attached with the saddle clamps. I did not have to lift the heavy bar to the axle as the weight was already supported by the endlinks. Easier if doing the install alone in my opinion. About a week prior I had installed a Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer ( RSSA-RBK9). These 2 items greatly improved the steering and sway problems which were extremely bad in my 2013 Winnebago Vista 26HE. So bad that I considered the drive extremely stressful and dangerous. With these 2 parts added the drive is now 80 to 90 per cent improved. Very happy.

Hey there, Jesse here with Etrailer. Today we'll be taking a look at and I'll show you how to install the Hellwig adjustable rear anti-sway bar on our 2024 Toyota Tacoma. If you're looking for a way to tighten up the rear end suspension of your Tacoma, this sway bar is a good way to do that. It's gonna be a little bit thicker than the factory sway bar and that means it's gonna be stiffer. And what a sway bar does is it essentially connects both sides of your vehicle, all those suspension components. So that's gonna eliminate any kind of rear end sway that you might have, and it's gonna just tighten up your truck's performance all around.
Installation: Hellwig Adjustable Rear Anti-Sway Bar on a 2023 Toyota Tacoma
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at installing the Hellwig rear sway bar on a 2023 Toyota Tacoma. Tacoma's are pretty comfortable trucks to drive normally and just kind of daily driving it, you're not gonna get a ton of sway in the vehicle just with factory suspension. You'll have a little bit, but nothing that really constitutes any suspension enhancements but ours today, we can have this set up for over landing. So we have a ladder rack back there. It's gonna be loaded up with a rooftop tent and that's where we're really gonna get that top heavy feel. So as you go around corners with all that added weight, the truck's gonna wanna sway side to side and that's where adding a rear sway bar comes into play.
