Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box - 16 cu ft - Matte Black
Excellent car top carrier (not that I've had many to compare it to). Easy to install and remove, sturdy, and fits well on our Toyota Siena. Opening it is a little tricky, as sometimes the top sticks to the bottom a bit. Adds a lot of extra storage to our car, great for when we go camping. Great experience with etrailer.
Excellent roomy cargo box. My wife’s luggage even fit (see photo). Fit the top of my Forester like it was meant to be there and the hatch opens without obstruction. Great shipping by etrailer.com via Estes freight shipping (almost overkill on shipping).

SportRack Vista XL Cargo Box - Roof Mount - 18 cu ft - Black
After a year of dependable use the SportRack Vista XL Cargo Box continues to perform to my needs, wants, and expectations. The 2 attributes that shine the most are ease of access/cargo loading (rear access vs. side) and ease of off/on (lightweight and access to the U-bolt hardware). While the overall quality of the materials and hardware are not quite "Excellent", they're darn close. For my needs I'm very happy with this cargo box and the price point makes it a better option the the more expensive brands. It may not be as cool and groovy as a Th*** or Yak*** box but it gets the job done.
The Roof Box was as described and fit great -- Nice. Shipping however was not good, trucker dropped it and the skid at the foot of the driveway -- It looked like it had been crushed and dropped. There was some slight damage, but we accepted it as complaining would be more trouble than it is worth. E Trailer should vet their carriers better -- no care taken with this shipment.

Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 Rooftop Cargo Box - 14 cu ft - Black
Perfect fit on my 2014 Jetta Sportwagen. Lets me accomodate my lighter weight camping gear and leave the heavier stuff in the car. Very secure and aerodynamic and had very little impact on my mileage. My only issue was I could never find the serial number on my rocketbox.
I've taken one 1500 mile trip so far with the Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 mounted on my RAV4. I found the box to be quiet and not to have much impact on gas mileage. I lost maybe 1 mpg with it mounted to my flush mounted Whisperbars. I drove through some very heavy rain and had a minimal amount of water inside under a thin rubber mat I had placed on the bottom of the box; none on my luggage got wet. This box works great to give me more carrying capacity when traveling with my two crated Dobermans.

Thule Pulse Alpine Rooftop Cargo Box - 11 Cu Ft - Matte Black
my rooftop carrier! It was perfect for our golf clubs. etrailer was wonderful. Great communication and it arrived on expected date.
It was what I expected with a feature that I didn't expect. The quick mounting clamps make it very easy to attach.

Thule Pulse Medium Rooftop Cargo Box - 14 cu ft - Matte Black
I can see why people consider the box a bit flimsy, especially when you do not have it secured to the car and nothing is inside. That’s normal. For this to weigh 34 lbs and yet to be wall sturdy and provide waterproof conditions that the bag cannot, it has to be lightweight. Once we attached it to the car at 4 points, it wasn’t going anywhere and was instantly sturdy. I wouldn’t roughhouse with the locks or opening it up and down with force however. Also, 14 cu for a sedan is plenty. Anything larger and you are looking to push the limits.
Bought this box to hold camping gear while on a cross country road trip. You can put quite a bit of stuff in it. Held securely to roof rack and kept contents dry. I liked that the key could not be removed if lid wasn’t completely closed. Minimal affect on gas milage.

Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box - 18 cu ft - Black Glossy
This rooftop cargo carrier is exactly what I wanted. Well made and super easy to install. Thank you for the fast service.
The box is big (XL), shiny and sleek. Looks great on our 2021 Subaru Ascent. It weighs about 40lbs, so I was able to simply lift it up and onto the stock Subaru cross bars by myself with a bit of effort going towards balance. Then it was just a matter of attaching the clamps by hand tightening them. I don’t think it could get any easier. The locking mechanism is very assertive and secure. The box is big and can hold just about anything you’d need on a road trip. However, on a midsize SUV like the Ascent, it seems like the perfect size, not too small, not too big. It’s a good fit. Unfortunately, my small 2 car garage is too low to accommodate the vehicle with the box in place. Overall it’s a very refined and well thought out package.

Thule Force XT Sport Rooftop Cargo Box - 11 cu ft - Black AeroSkin
This is a great car-top carrier. It is light and easy to install and move around. The opening and locking mechanisms also work well. I drove 5 hours with it in the rain and no moisture made it inside. eTrailer was also great when ordering. The freight company lost the first one and eTrailer simply sent me a replacement. Great company to work with.
Great product from a great company I bought this rooftop box for my daughter last year when she moved from Georgia to Oregon. It held well even in ran and snow. This is my second Thule rooftop box. I wish I had bought the first one from etrailer. They have great prices and great customer service.

Trunx Rooftop Cargo Box - 18 cu ft - Black
Save your money and do not buy this product, it's poorly manufactured to say the least. 1), the plastic gauge is way to thin making the final product to flimsy. 2) while the order information asked me for make, model and year of vehicle it did not match factory rail specifications. The factory roof rack system for Honda CRV is not adjustable and the 22 inch spread identified for product does not work for Honda installed roof rack systems. 3) lastly, the hinge design on this unit is poorly designed and will not align without modifications to bend the tabs so that they properly align with the slots. Once again, do not waste your money on this product.
I am not completely satisfied with this product, although it holds things ok. Made of plastic that is very flimsy/flexible. Would be better if it was rigid plastic. Also find the support holders are a bit difficult to put onto the little pegs (can't really see them do to being inside). Purchased for our make and model and still had some difficulty installing. Was not pleasant and I usually enjoy doing projects.

Inno Shadow 16 Rooftop Cargo Box - 13 cu ft - Matte Black
My original INNO box I bought back in 2013 and during a wind event in Colorado, it sounded like a Teradactyl landed on my car and ripped open the top. I spent a month researching boxes and still chose the INNO. This is the new and improved version of what I had before. I like the metal clamps that hold it onto the crossbars, instead of the plastic claws on the former. It also is just a titch taller, longer, and wider that will be an asset with skis during the winter and camping equipment during the summer.
I use this box about twice a year when I drive from Missouri to Florida and back. It lets me pack most of our stuff on the roof so we can keep the 3rd row up and fit 4 adults and 3 dogs comfortably for the drive. The only thing I would change is The box has hand knobs with nuts inside them and the nuts fall out. Easy to put back in but it'd be better if they just didn't fall out.

Rhino-Rack Zenith MasterFit Rooftop Cargo Box - 14 cu ft - High Gloss Black
I just ordered my 2nd cargo box from e- trailer. I really like this box and have ran it on multiple vehicles. Definitely recommend
This was a great experience from start to finish. etrailer: After placing the order, I called regarding shipping and quickly got the answer to my question. The box shipped by ground freight, and arrived almost a week before the original scheduled delivery date. The Rhino arrived perfect with protective wrap, and all the required parts. Rhino Rack: This thing is awesome. Unless you jump up into the $1000+ price point, your rooftop carrier options are limited. My two requirements were to fit my skis (181 & 183 cm) and to allow my tailgate to open fully. The Rhino delivered! Bonus that both baby strollers fit as well (Instep baby trailer and Vista Uppababy). Only a week in, but so far the Rhino box and MasterFit clamps seem solid. The ratchet/locking mechanism on the clamps is just ok, you don't have to twist too hard to over power the lock or feel like you are stripping something internally. The hinges are beefy, but don't take up a ton of storage space. It opens from both sides, and you can't remove the key unless it's locked, which is nice for those of us that don't enjoy picking up our stuff on the highway. Also, if you're like me and spent way too much time on mr-box.com, you'll be pleased to know that this thing doesn't look lame. It's pretty sleek, somewhat low profile, with a touch of Euro. It's not too wide, even on the narrow rails of the A4 Allroad there's extra bar space. I could probably squeeze an upright kayak rack, small ski pinchers, or for the ten of us in the world that own RoadShowers...the RoadShower 4 fits no problem. I definitely recommend a Rhino from etrailer.

Inno Ridge Rooftop Cargo Box - 8 cu ft - Gloss Black
Amazing box. We added it to our lambo for rallies. Used sea sucker mounts.
So I really needed something that was both small but still had lots of room to fit on top of my ND Rf Miata and this was the perfect size. So the method to attach it is quick and pretty easy and I'm able to do it myself without really needing a second pair of hands which is convenient.

SportRack Horizon Rooftop Cargo Box - 16 cu ft - Black
Excellent box with moderate difficulty putting it on the roof. Once it's installed on the car it's great. Not too much wobble at highway speeds and keeps everything inside dry. Nearly no wind noise as well. Only gripe I have is attaching this to the roof bars. The far side connectors are a bit hard to reach.
It takes up most of my Subaru Imprezas roof. It will definitely hold everything we need it to. Communication from etrailer and shipping co were great. Installing the cargo box was super easy.

Inno Wedge 660 Rooftop Cargo Box - 11 cu ft - Gloss Black
Super easy mounting system. We like the low profile; it still fits skis and snowboards for 4 ppl no problem! Looks great on our Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. Minimal wind noise (any roof box is going to have that). We throw an old rubber yoga mat in the bottom to prevent stuff slipping inside and that works great.
Looks amazing. Little longer than I expected. But it’s amazing thank you.

Inno Box 2020 Rooftop Cargo Box - 14 cu ft - Matte Black
Originally purchased this for a Snowboarding trip but had to cancel it last minute, but I did end up using it for a golf trip. I was able to fit 3 full sets along with a couple travel bags. Having a CX-5 this was a bit too big for my roof but was able to position it well enough to be able to still use the rear hatch. Whether fully loaded or empty the carrier is not even noticeable while driving.
We have used our Inno roof box on a few long trips and I am very happy with it. I like how low profile it is and the fact you can open it from either side which makes packing it much easier. Doesn't seem to negatively effect MPG that much either.

Test Fitting the Inno Gear Case Rooftop Cargo Box on a Frontrunner Slimsport Rack - 2021 Toyota RAV4
Hey, everyone, it's Evangeline right here at etrailer. Today, we are taking a look at the INNO Gear Case Cargo Box mounted to the Front Runner Slimsport Rack on our 2021 Toyota RAV4. The Front Runner rack is sold and installed separately onto this vehicle. First off, the INNO Gear Case 720 is a different type of roof-mounted box. It's more of a cargo case than anything. I personally like the design because it's more of a square, easy to carry around, very portable case, but you are gonna lose out on some features.
Mount: Inno Portable Rooftop Cargo Box with Platform Rack on a 2021 Toyota RAV4
Hey, everyone, it's Evangeline here at Etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at our small cargo quick base system for your roof, and we're gonna take a look at how it fits our 2021 Toyota RAV4. So this is part of the Inno quick base system where, as long as you get an Inno quick base, you can mount your different cargo accessories to your roof or to your hitch super quickly and easily. Now, this is gonna consist of two components where we have our quick base tray for the roof and we have our gear carry six cubic foot cargo box. So this is gonna be one of my favorite kits available here at Etrailer just because it makes for a very portable system. It does sit on the smaller sides in terms of cargo space, but that's just what you get for having something that's very easy to move around.
How to Install: Thule Force XT Sport Rooftop Cargo Box on your 2019 Toyota RAV4
Hey everybody, welcome to etrailer.com I'm Bobby and today we're taking a look at the Thule Force XT Sport Rooftop Cargo Box, here on our 2019, Toyota RAV4. So this can be a very decent way of getting some of your gear out of your vehicle and on the top of your roof, that way starts freeing up a lot of leg room, a lot more storage item for stuff you don't really primarily want on the outside of your vehicle. This can be excellent for stuff like ski's, a little bit of coolers in there, duffle bags for sure, whatever really accessories we wanna get on here, we definitely can. Now, with 11 cu ft, still a pretty decent size here, and I like how it's not taking up too much room though with our Toyota, Rav4. So, even though it is a little high-profile, sits up a little tall, it's not over, you know, dominating our entire RAV4, here. Definitely doesn't look out of place, which I do like to see.
Install: Inno Wedge Plus Rooftop Cargo Box on a 2017 Toyota RAV4
Hey everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today we're taking a look at how the INNO Wedge Plus roof bounded cargo carrier fits on the 2017 Toyota RAV4. So your RAV4 is a SUV with a lot of adventure in a smaller vehicle. And there's lots of things you can do with this car, but what if you're planning on going and hitting the slopes You've got your skis, you've got your snowboards, or maybe you just wanna ride the waves and you have a smaller surfboard. You can't really store them inside your vehicle without filling it up with the snow, sand, or water. So a great place to keep them is on your roof, and that's where the INNO Wedge Plus can come in handy.
Mount: Yakima SkyBox 21 Rooftop Cargo Box on a 2017 Toyota RAV4
Today we're taking a look at the Yakima SkyBox 21 Rooftop Cargo Box on the 2017 Toyota RAV4. So, this is an extra large box. Awesome for if you need to carry around a lot of cargo. And for those larger boxes, this is gonna be good for suitcases, large bags. But also your longer skis and snowboards. Now, with a larger box you may wonder if it will fit on your RAV4.
How to Install the Inno Box 2020 Rooftop Cargo Box on a 2017 Toyota RAV4
Right here is a 2017 Toyota RAV4. And we're gonna be taking a look at the Inno 2020 rooftop cargo box. So this is gonna be for you if you haul some of those skinnier items like a snowboard or some skis, but you also want to get some cargo in there as well. It has a decent amount of height to it. Set up: Yakima GrandTour Lo Rooftop Cargo Box on a 2017 Toyota RAV4
Hey, everybody welcome to etrailer.com, I'm Bobby and today we're taking a look at the Yakima GrandTour Lo rooftop box here on our 2017 Toyota RAV4. So this is gonna be an excellent way of helping you manage a little bit of your cargo that you wanna bring with you, and primarily, could you find yourself skiing and snowboarding, this just might be the rooftop box for you. Why is that Well, we do have some pretty nice features here with 15 cubic feet and 165 pounds of weight capacity, and boasting enough room for up to 215 centimeter long skis and snowboards, this is gonna be a great little rooftop box for you. One thing I like about it too, pretty low profile, if you're comparing this to something like the regular GrandTour you can see, not as much room going towards the top, and really maximizing the length we have here today. So, with a 91 inch long exterior length here you can see, quite large. However, it does look pretty good here on the RAV4.

Hey everybody, Zach here, @etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at the Inno Shadow 16 on our 2016 Toyota RAV4. This is gonna be a pretty solid roofbox if you're looking to get some stuff on the roof protected. Sometimes baskets are a really nice option if you've got taller gear, but if you've got more sensitive items, this is a really nice option to keep it out of the elements when you're going down the road. I personally, when I travel with my family, I always have a roofbox on my roof. It just frees up some space in the back of the car.
