High quality hitch receiver and easy to install. Did not have to trim anything on my Pathfinder. Fast shipping and excellent customer service (had an issue with the weld nuts on my vehicle being rusted, and customer service was very helpful).
Easy and straightforward to install! We have owned it a year now and used it many times without issues! Great product, and customer service. Highly recommend if you are looking for a trailer to pull!

Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2"
I purchased and installed the Curt class lll hitch and 4 pin wiring harness on my 2016 Infiniti QX60. Installation was easy and went smoothly, thanks to the Etrailer video’s. There were no surprises and I am extremely happy with the product, installation process and the exceptional customer service Etrailer provides. Ordering was easy, I received it literally the next day and customer service followed up to make sure I had everything I needed. Would highly recommend Etrailer.
This is a perfect hitch for my needs on my 2020 Infiniti QX60. I’m just using it to carry two bikes only not pulling anything with it. Installation was simple I did modify the metal hanger that the rear bumper facia connects to using the pushpin. It’s a real clean installation, looks like it came from the factory. Very glad I bought this and installed it myself. The dealership wanted $450.00 for the hitch and installation, wasn’t going to happen. etrailer thanks for all the videos on the installation on the QX60, they were extremely helpful. etrailer Rocks!

I have an 01' Pathfinder. The hitch went on perfect, just as the instructions showed. No problem. We have hauled some very heavy loads on the trailer with no problems. The price was great for this great product. Next time I need a trailer hitch I'll do this again. Happy happy happy.
Box it was shipped in could of been slightly bigger to accomodate size of hitch. Also could of put some type of protection covering the mounting plates as they were poking out the sides of the box and the paint was chipped off. Covered it with black high temp paint. Hence the 4 stars. Would give a 5 srar, but I need to be honest with the rating. Other than that, installation was a breeze. Didnt have any help, but do highly recommend it. Took me about 2 hours to install only cause I was having issues pushing it up into place, kept getting stuck. Once I finally got clear with a few good whacks with my 2lb rubber deadblow hammer, bolting was easy and torquing was a breeze.

Decided to update my hitch that was really rusted. This was a breeze to install. For the 97-04 QX4 or Pathfinder you’ll need to lay the charcoal box out of your way to access drivers side bolts. (Red arrows in picture) Quick shipping, outstanding fit and finish. Nice upgrade and price for added piece of mind. Maybe my 3rd order from etrailer with zero complaints. I have now been recommending etrailer to others.
Super easy install watch the videos on how too do it 1 hr worth of work but 20 min too install new receiver. Wd40 and a breaker bar too get off the old bolts

Fits perfectly! I have a 2018 Pathfinder and this hitch is the perfect fit. Uploaded some pics for reference. I did NOT need to trim any part of my vehicle. Installation on the video appears much easier than real life (assuming you have the tools). The hitch is heavy, especially when you are operating from the ground and cannot put your vehicle on a lift. After some frustration, I took it to pep boys, they installed for $80. Package arrived on time and in great condition. I primarily bought this so I can attach bike rack, but may use it for a trailer in the future.
I purchased this hitch for a trip out west, the order was processed and shipped to my house in a week. Worked great, i will be using it for the remainder of my car’s life. The only drawback was that the supplied bolts weren’t the same thread as my Nissan Pathfinder. I ended up removing the stock tow hitch (no longer needed) and used the bolts from that, the purchased the remaining bolts from the dealership.

The quality of the product and associated hardware is excellent, the instructions are absolute trash. They state that the only vehicle part that needs to be removed is the exhaust system, and that is just to be loosened and lowered. To gain access to the required holes in which to pass your forward mounting carriage bolts through, you might as well drop the gas tank. Even then, there’s internal framework on the passenger side, so you can’t even use that access hole. Another review of this product states the exact same complaint. I had to modify one of the grade 8 carriage bolt into a T bolt just to get it to work in the forward passenger side mounting location. Hopefully the structural integrity is still there. I wish that Curt Mfg would put as much effort into their instructions as they do their products. But you know what they say… wish in one hand.
Tow package was perfect fit for my 95 Pathfinder. Needed slight drilling for a couple of holes in the frame but not a big deal. Wiring package an easy fix. Very happy with the ordering, delivery and quality of product. Will continue to use etrailer for my trailer needs.

Very nice hitch. Powercoat is nice and thick so corrosion won't be an issue. I tried to order one that would fit in the factory opening in the bumper ,but as you can see it fits below with some minor trimming.
High quality hitch

My order was shipped immediately and arrived quickly. I took the hitch to my local mechanic to install. It didn't exactly bolt on as advertised, but I was expecting this because another review reported issues on a 1997 QX4 install. The mechanic had to, "do a little work with the angle grinder." He and I agree it's a well made, solid hitch.
Hitch frame came bent, ended up having to hit it with a hammer for it to slide in. Said it fit my car but I had to drill holes in order for it to fit. Overall, disappointing. Never would have bought it if I knew it would be this much trouble. Wth

Shipping was fast and arrived in 2 days. I took my time installing it and took about 1.5 hours. It was extremely easy to install and if I did it again would probably take 1/2 an hour. I didn’t have to remove the muffler and still had access to the bolts. Overall, satisfied!
etrailer was great. UPS was a little iffy. Trailer hitch made it to Knoxville (30 miles from my house) sch for delivery next day. Instead of coming to my house, it goes to Walton, KY, then goes to Nashville, then Knoxville a second time and then my house. Missed my installation appt. So, five stars for Etrailer. UPS, which is normally very good, not so much this time.

Well made, well finished and heavy duty product! If you are even halfway handy, you can install this yourself. Like anything, fitting is exact.
Product was all there but arrived with shipping damage. Might want to think about how to keep the heavy items from moving in the shipping carton or protect the outside edges with cardboard or something. I'll touch up the paint but wanted to give some feedback, you guys seem pretty receptive to input. Other than that there was good communication through the whole process. Fast service. Thank you.

I am an accountant by trade so I enlisted a friend to help me with the trimming of the lower bumper panel. It took us longer than the video to install but overall I am very happy with the hitch receiver. The packaging on delivery was damaged and open but there was no damage (all bolts & washers accounted). This is not my first hitch receiver. I rated this based on price, quick delivery and the quality.
The holes were something else to get lined up. Got 5 out of the 6 bolts in. Good instructions. Sturdy product

Hitch went on without...."A Hitch!".... Thomas was the most thorough and patient salesman i've had the pleasure of working with over the phone long distance... ever!!.. nailed the solution for my 2011 Ford E350 SuperDuty van... And got the hitch to me in just a couple of days...loved that I could see down to the minute progress of my sale/shipping and each of the individual staff members that were handling each aspect until it went out the door....just wow!! Couldn't be more pleased!!
Well made hitch and simple to install.i installed it by myself a year ago. I put an aftermarket step into the reciever as both were cheaper than buying a step bumper. This route gave me the ability to pull a trailer should the need arise. Also no signs of rust yet.

This hitch receiver is well made and it fit my 2007 Nissan Frontier perfectly. It looks good too! The installation was an easy, 30-minute process.
Had my mechanic install this a.m. Much easier on a lift. Fit well and handled my trailer easily. Great price and shipping time.

Ordering was a breeze. Delivery was quick. Installation went smoothly. Couldn’t be happier. I bought the unit for carrying bicycles so did not bother with the wiring harness.
Great so far. Recieved hitch but haven't installed it yet. But the product looks very well made and no damage from shipping.

Fantastic hitch- very solid/ well made and works exactly as it should. I installed it myself, and I am not someone who works on cars- it was advertised to fit our 2018 Nissan Murano and everything lined up perfectly. I borrowed a tourque wrench from my neighbor to finish tightening the bolts to specifications. Glad I did it myself- this one looks a lot nicer than the ones I've seen that are installed by Uhaul.
The entire 'etrailer' experience was GREAT. I selected the proper product, read previous customer reviews, and placed the order. The hitch arrived in a few days. Five bolts and 12 minutes later, the unit was installed on my 2020 Nissan Murano, WITHOUT any special tools, additional labor, or modifications. I'm 70 years old and did this in my own garage. Completely satisfied 'etrailer'customer.

This is an excellent hitch for the Outback. I have towed several moving trailers and a lawnmower trailer regularly. The hitch didnt miss a beat. Also it seems to be resistant to corosion and has generally held up well. Great purchase.
I've had this hitch for about a year now and it has given me zero problems. I've had a bike rack attached to it for about a year now too. The hitch handles the weight of the rack and a couple bikes with ease on long trips down highways and bumpy roads.

Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class IV - 2"
Robust construction, nearly perfect fit. Installation was straightforward.
I received this hitch with some chips down to the metal. So I repaired these. Alll holes lined up except one. The hitch was bent 1/2 inch on one side. So with a steel rod, wood blocks, and a pump jack, I bent the hitch into place. All the extra work is why I gave this hitch a 3 star rating. I now have a 5 star hitch that works great with my Thule bike rack.

Hitch went up super fast and straightforward.
The good: Arrived quickly. This is my second order from etrailer. I’ve been impressed with their customer service and product. The bad: Hardware package had fallen out which messed up my install schedule. etrailer got a new hardware package out quickly but I was out of town. I wish I had checked package immediately because I didn’t notice until install day. Installation still hasn’t happened due to scheduling conflicts. I was leaving for a 2 week mountain bike trip and wasn’t able to mount my rack.

Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4"
The bolt holes were in the exact correct spot. Initially I could not get the bolts to thread. I guess this is to be expected since the car is 17 years old and no bolts were in the holes. I used a M12 tap with generous amounts of lithium grease to clear the threads. Everything worked fine after that.
Hitch fit my 2017 Toyota corolla SE perfectly only issue I had was the threaded holes that were on the frame of my car had so much dirt and grime in them. The bolts would not start so I had to buy a tapping kit to drill in each hole so the bolt would go in smoothly

Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2"
Nice hitch, install was kind of a chore. Took about 3.5 hours messing with everything. I did have to bend one side of the hitch to make one of the bolts go in. This took some time. I get it’s probably a manufacturing/engineering thing but my suggestion would be to put some troubleshooting tips in the instructions on how to safely bend one side. Also the driver side panel cut out is incorrect. Needs to be cut farther North if you’re looking at the picture. Other than that, I’d say I’m glad I purchased and it’s a good product, just needs instructions update. I did install this hitch by myself and used jack stands to hold up both sides to make it easier.
I live on acrea I was not notified that the delivery had come until 12:30 at night had to get up out of bed in my pajamas and drive my UTV down to pick up the trailer hitch by the road the box was pretty trashed I'd get the shipper one star product itself is very well made nicely painted although there was a few scratches from the rough shipping.
Curt Trailer Hitch Complete Installation - 2024 Nissan Pathfinder
Hi everyone. Jesse here with etrailer. Today we'll be taking a look at and I'll show you how to install the Curt Custom Fit Class 3 Hitch on our 2024 Nissan Pathfinder. Adding a hitch onto a vehicle like the Pathfinder is really gonna open up a lot of possibilities. It's gonna give you extra storage space on the back of the vehicle, whether it be a cargo carrier or a bike rack or something like that. And you also have the ability to do some light duty towing with it.
How to Install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver on a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder
Hey, guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today, we have a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder and we're gonna be taking a look at and I'm gonna show you how to install the CURT Class 3 Two-Inch Hitch Receiver. Adding a hitch receiver to the back of your Pathfinder is gonna allow you to tow a small trailer if you add some wiring with it. It'll allow you to haul those cargo carriers or bike racks on the back to free up some of that space inside and put it outside on a rack. This hitch will feature a two inch by two inch hitch receiver tube opening. That is going to be the most common size of hitch receiver, which is going to allow you to pick up a lot of different accessories.
How to Install: Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver on your 2022 Nissan Pathfinder
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver on a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. Now this is what your hitch is gonna look like when it's installed in the vehicle and the best part about it is it's a hidden cross tube, meaning the main portion that bolts up to your vehicle is hidden behind the rear fascia, leaving only the receiver hanging down. You also have a nice bracket here so if you do plan on towing, mounting up your 7- or 4-pole makes it nice and easy by being able to bolt it up to this bracket. Now this being a 2-inch by 2-inch is really nice because it's kind of the standard size throughout the industry. You're gonna have plenty of options available, so whatever life throws at you, you'll be able to find an accessory for that. Now, when putting your accessories in place it requires a 5/8 pin and clip.

Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look and installing the Curt trailer hitch receiver on a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. So you get all the uses of the hitch without really taking away from the look of the vehicle. And this one being a two inch by two inch is really nice. It's kind of the standard size for a lot of hitches. And so as far as accessories go you really have a lot of options.

Therefore, we get a very factory like finish. Now, what we can see, the receiver tube, it has a nice black powder coated finish, which is going to do a great job of helping the hitch hold up to rust and corrosion, being that it is on the underside of the vehicle. And it also, again, helps it blend in more due to our black plastic panels here.

You also notice that there's a small hole just to the rear of our hitch pin hole. And this allows us to use a J-Pin.

Rob here, detroit.com, and today you're going to be taking a look at the Curt class three custom-fit trailer hitch receiver on our 2018 Nissan Pathfinder, and this is what our hitch is going to look like. Once we have it installed, it's going to have a really clean, almost factory look to it because the crosstube's going to be completely hidden behind the bumper, and all we're going to see is that receiver tube sticking out. So it's not going to distract from the looks of our Pathfinder and we're going to have pretty good ground clearance. Because again, that crosstube's going to be completely hidden behind the bumper. It is a class three hitch, which means it's going to give us that two inch by two inch receiver tube opening. So a really wide variety of options when it comes to accessories. Now the way we're going to mount any of our accessories, this is the hitch pin hole here on the side.

So the floating cargo door hatch area, we don't have to worry about running our leg into it.This hitch does have one unique feature that other hitches don't have, which makes this a great candidate for towing trailers. We have this electrical bracket that's welded on to the receiver which serves as a mounting point for any of your wiring harnesses that you may have.On the side of our receiver you'll find two pin holes. The larger diameter one, that's your five eighth industry standard hitch pin hole, they use a pin and clip to secure your hitch knotted accessories.

Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver here on our 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. So, here's what our trailer hitch looks like installed. It has what's known as a hidden design, meaning that the cross tube is actually gonna be tucked up behind the bumper here. Now, this does a couple different things. Number one, it provides us with the best ground clearance, because the receiver tube sits closely to the bottom edge of the bumper fascia. And number two, it provides the best overall aesthetics, because we have more of a factory look there, with most of the trailer hitch being hidden.
Step-By-Step Installation Tutorial for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver on a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder
Hey everybody, how's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the CURT trailer hitch receiver, here on our 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. So this is what our trailer hitch is gonna look like installed, but something I really like about this particular one, is that it has a hidden design. So, what this means is the cross tube that attaches to the receiver in each frame bracket, is actually hidden up behind the bumper there, therefore giving us the best overall factory-like appearance. It's also gonna provide the best ground clearance because the receiver tube is tucked up nice and tight underneath the bumper. So if we take a closer look, we're gonna see a durable black powder coated finish, which is gonna help, one, blend in with the bumper well, and two, it's gonna help protect it from rust and corrosion, being that it's on the bottom of the vehicle here. We're also gonna have a nice rounded collar on our receiver tube opening.

Today on our 2017 Nissan Pathfinder, we'll be having a look at and installing the Draw-Tite Max-Frame 2 inch trailer hitch receiver, part number 76031. Here's what our hitch looks like installed. As you can see, it's nice and tucked up underneath our rear fascia here, giving us optimal ground clearance and hiding most of the body of the hitch underneath the fascia itself, giving us a nice, clean look. On the side of our hitch here, we'll see our standard 5/8 of an inch diameter hitch pin hole and towards the rear, we'll have our J Pin stabilization device hole. J Pin stabilization device will take some of that annoying shake, play and rattle out of what's inserted into your receiver such as your bike rack or your cargo carrier. Down on the bottom here, we have some nice, large, easy to use safety chain loops on a plate welded to the bottom of the receiver and the frame. Off to the driver's side, we have this nice attachment point here that's welded onto the hitch, giving us a place to mount our 4-pole flat trailer wiring or our 7-way RV wiring, or whatever other trailer wiring that we have on our vehicle. This hitch features a 900 pound max tongue weight rating and a 6,000 pound gross trailer weight rating.

Today on our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder we'll be looking at our best hitch options. Starting at the top, we have the Draw-Tite class 3 hitch, part number 76031. On the bottom we have the CURT class 3 hitch, part number C13126. Here are our two hitches. Now the biggest difference that we have between our two hitches here today is how they're going to look on the vehicle once they're installed. If you note, our CURT hitch here is a straight construction across the frame, whereas our Draw-Tite hitch drops down. Now this is where our Draw-Tite hitch will be exposed underneath our vehicle, whereas our CURT, the entire frame of the hitch is hidden behind the bumper cover.
