Swagman Truck Bed Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - Fork Mount - 9-mm Skewer
I bought this bike rack because I didn't want to have to remove my bed cover every time I wanted to take our bikes on a trip. This rack works perfect because I can roll up my cover and this thing just clamps across the bed. Taking the front tire on and off is kind of time consuming but when I travel with my brother who has a hitch mount rack, it takes him just as long to unload his bike as it takes me to unload. The wheel mounts tighten easily and the bikes appear secure during long drives, so I don't worry about them coming loose. Of course, you'll want to wrap a bike chain around the bike and rack if you plan to leave them out to make sure no one can steal the bike (although it would be missing a wheel)
It worked well, but not without doing some "tweaking". When set down on the bed rails the locking pin would not line up with the hole in the bar so it took some filing on the hole to get it to work. Also the axle mounts would not set flat on the mounting pads so that also took some work with a file to get them to mount flat. Once I got all of that done it works fine.

The only thing I had to add when transporting was a strap around the tires on my tailgate as a precaution & to prevent any movement. Received this tailgate cover very promptly, two days ahead of scheduled delivery date, and just in time to use yesterday. Cover was dry easy to install ( no directions required) and fit my tailgate well. I particularly liked the included Velcro tie downs and access pocket, which allows you to utilize your tailgate release. As you can see from the attached photo, it easily accommodated 4 additional bikes w/ front wheels still attached, and allowed me to transport 7 total bikes of varying design. Our 4 hr drive showed no indication of movement and the cover stayed in place securely. Great product!

Swagman XC2 Bike Rack for 2 bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
This is a well designed rack. Adding and removing bikes is quick & easy. Just set the bike on & slide the padded hook down onto the bike frame to secure it; no straps required. If only one bike is transported, it does not interfere with opening the trunk on our Tesla Model 3. With 2 bicycles the trunk cannot be opened. For 2 bikes the Swagman model that can tilt might be worth the extra 22 bucks. This rack uses a bolt in the receiver hitch instead of a pin. This locks it securely preventing it from moving in the hitch & rattling. It also requires a wrench to remove it, good for theft prevention but one more thing to keep track of. For storage on the vehicle the top bar folds down. For storage in the garage, the left & right bars fold up & you can hang it using one of the hooks.
So far so good. The rack wiggles a bit, but that is expected. I have it on my 2007 Corolla and I have hit 65+ on the highway with it and have not had a problem. I would recommend getting a locking pin. The one included is threaded, which aside from security, makes it harder to take the rack on and off. I would also look into a DIY way to secure the wheels better. I am using some bungee straps which do the job no problem. The two bikes I carry are at the racks capacity.

Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount

Very stable and simple to use bike rack that works great with my road bike AND with my 29" Big Rippers. It makes loading and unloading the bikes a snap and they are safe and secure for traveling once loaded and secured. I have already logged over a thousand miles hauling bicycles with this rack and highly recommend it. I am a big fan of Yakima roof racks but, honestly, wish I would have went with this setup for my bikes from the beginning.

The Hollywood Racks Truck Bed Bike Carrier - Fork Mount - Bolt On, is just what I was looking for to be able to build a bike rack for carrying one of my bikes on my motorcycle. It was easy to mount and it holds my bike in place while riding on bumpy dirt roads, city streets, highways and even when I hit some twisty country roads. It's really easy to load and unload my bike when I get to where I want to ride. I use a velcro strap around the quick-release and the fork arm as an added safety as well as a couple tie-downs from my bike handlebars to my motorcycle passenger pegs to help distribute the weight on my rack. If you want to build your own DIY bike rack I totally recommend the Hollywood Racks Truck Bed Bike Carrier - Fork Mount - Bolt On.

Swagman Tailwhip Tailgate Pad for Mid-Size Trucks - Up to 4 Bikes - 54" Wide
No difficulty putting the pad on my Tacoma tailgate by myself. I have an E-bike with a larger than normal down tube but the straps on the pad were sufficient in length to get around the tube and firmly affix the bike to the pad. 1st transport was about 25 hwy. miles and all went well. Good access to tailgate handle and back up camera if needed.. Satisfied with the purchase.
Very satisfied with this product! It is plug & play out of the box, it takes 1-2 minutes to install, and it fit my Honda tailgate like a glove. The cover is lightweight yet fully protects my trucks finish. The Swagman is an excellent value.

Swagman Upright Bike Rack for 1 Bike - Roof Rack Crossbars - Frame Mount
Great product for the price. Pretty easy to set up. Only issue I have is my mountain bike, which is an XL frame with 27 inch wheels, is pushing the limits of the base. Wish this rack was just 4-5 inches longer that way you have the perfect overlap amount in the middle without pushing the current frame to the limits. With that said it does hold my bike just have to find the sweet spot. But this fits my son’s youth bike perfectly!
As always with products I buy from e-Trailer, this item is exactly as advertised and works perfectly. Easy assembly, I bought 2 but only installed one until I check the fit with my rooftop carrier.

Thule Insta-Gater Pro Truck Bed Bike Rack - 1 Bike
I was not sure this rack was right for me when I ordered it, but the Thule reputation convinced me, and I’m glad I pulled the trigger on it. This fits nicely in the bed of my truck, and secures my bike quite well. I have to drive about 25 miles via mountain roads to get to my paved trail…curvy roads with elevation changes…and I have zero worries about any calamities… For a single bike situation, it’s a great solution that keeps the bike in the bed, not on the back bumper.
Linda and I recently ordered two Aventon Pace 500 NextGen E-bikes from [bike store] in Madison, WI. Not wanting to just toss our expensive new bikes in the back of the p/u when they arrive next month we promptly ordered the Thule Instagator from etrailer. Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Gunmetal Gray
This bike rack has worked well for our family of 4. It allows us to safely and securely carry all 4 bikes through the mountains of Colorado with our Hallmark Milner truck camper. Strong and durable rack that barely moves when driving. etrailer's customer service was outstanding. The rack was initially delayed and after one phone call to check status a warehouse manager quickly solved a minor issue and got the rack shipped. etrailer was fantastic in managing this transaction with extremely limited staffing. etrailer is the first place I check for anything recreation as I've never had anything but stellar service.
Excellent rack, a year later still in great condition. No movement at hitch when driving like other racks. Love the extra bar to work on bike in parking lot. Cracked a part on the rack when backing up accidentally hit it, I called the company and they immediately sent out new part no questions asked and rack is like new. Easy to access the drop and raise bar even with bikes on .A note that with larger mountain bikes only three really fit on the four rack without adjusting handle bars. Thule GateMate Pro Tailgate Pad for Mid-Size Trucks - Up to 7 Bikes - 53" Wide
It has 7 different areas to strap bicycles down but there is definitely not room to strap 7 bikes down from what I can tell. The straps were a little tricky to feed under the tailgate and pull up at the same time with only one person. Overall it works pretty well but it appears to only have enough room for 4 MTN bikes.

The Claw Fork Mount Bike Rack for 1 Bike - 9-mm Skewer
Holds my bike securely in the back of my truck. Quick and easy to loosen or tighten. Recommend to anyone making their own bike rack.
These are very nice fork cleats, powdercoated steel and neatly welded. I did need to drill them to 3/8" mounting holes as my bed rail takes 3/8" hardware and these come with 5/16". Once that minor step was complete I was able to bolt them to my bed rail easily. I would recommend these over aluminum fork cleats to anyone putting together a custom bike rack.

Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Gray
We love this bike rack for its ease of use and solid construction. Bikes are quick and easy to load in and lock down tight. The hitch-receiver tightening system works great for a wobble-free rack and the hinge and locking lever work smooth and solid. It looks nice too.
So after much research into bike racks, I decided on pulling the plug on the Kuat Sherpa 2.0. I've looked into the Kuat NV and other brands, but they were just too much for my needs. If you've got "regular" bikes and not the heavier eBikes, then this rack is perfect. I wanted a hitch rack that was user friendly and not overly complicated. I have a mixed bag of bikes and this rack can handle them all, from mountain bikes, street bikes, and BMX bikes. I like that this rack comes with an adapter piece for 20"-24" wheels. Assembly of the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 is really a no-brainer. I think it's only 4-5 bolts really. Everything else is ready to go. The anti-rattle hitch ball mechanism is simple to use with just a twist of the dial, easy. The tilt pedal/lever is also easy to access should you need to open your hatch, a solid "click" assures it's in place. So far, loving this rack. Fit and finish is superb. This will accommodate many size bikes, but for smaller bikes may require an adapter bar.To remove the bike you want to release the straps on both wheels. Press the lever up and pull the hook up. You can now remove the pin here to lay this flat for easy removal.

We already have a bike installed on the rack, let's take a closer look and show off some of the features.The first one being is the fact that it can tilt away from the vehicle with all four bikes attached. How it does this, we'll come to the front here and remove this pin at the base. There we go. And what's nice about this is the fact that we just have this lever at the front, that you just simply push down. That releases it, and we can tilt it forward.

Let's take a closer look and show off some of the features. A prominent feature of this bike rack is the fact that this can tilt away from the vehicle with all four bikes still attached.
