Great product and service. It took me a minute to figure out how to properly connect the legs to the bar, but once I did it was easy to install. Seems sturdy, but haven't put them to use yet.

Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 49" Long - Qty 2
The crossbars came together with all mounting hardware, platforms and legs. Evertyhing arrived together in short time and was raasonably easy to assemble. The quality is good and solid, and all at a good price. A year later, they still look great and perform well. I highly recommend purchasing from etrailer.
Purchase for a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, black rails. Perfect fit.

Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars - Naked Roofs or Fixed Mounting Points - Qty 4
i George from etrailer, The rack is awesome! Strong, firm hold and nice looking. When doing surveys, I put my ladders on the rack. I highly recommend this etrailer.
I put 3 stars because its a useful functional non-harmful roof rack solution for my WRX sedan. This review lost 2 stars because the rubber top pieces get damaged upon any accessory removal or install like(bike, snowboard rails etc). Additionally, these accessories also look to be weathering quickly because of build quality. Hopefully this helps your decision! Thanks

Yakima RoundBar Crossbars - Steel - Black - 58" Long - Qty 2
Free delivery that showed up in 3 days!!! Can't beat it. The crossbars with the Control Towers and LandingPad 9 fit perfectly on my Honda Element. Had them installed in about 30 mins. Don't have my cargo box yet and wanted to test strength, so I had my 110lb wife standing on them with no issues (yes, the car was parked). Plan to take a long camping trip next week with a cargo box on top...wife will be in the vehicle:-)
works good

RidgeLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars - Flush Side Rails - Qty 4
Received this Yakima roof rack system for my flush-rail 2019 Mazda CX-5 Signature on Thursday, and installed it on Friday. It’s not the simplest installation I’ve encountered, and I’d had a number of Thule products before. I found the installation “picto-grams” not that helpful. Also the 3.5 newton-meter torque screwdriver provide would not “click”. It looks great on the Mazda, but took about 4 hours to install - getting the clips in place was an issue ; I got the outer to clip on, only to find the inner had come off its attachment clips- very frustrating.
Placed the order for the rack a year ago. I didn’t like the way it sat on the roof of my vehicle, but because I had already installed it, etrailer customer service refused to take it back. I would’ve gladly paid for the return shipping or some sort of restocking fee, but that wasn’t an option. I’ve had brand new rack and hardware sitting in their original boxes for a year.

Rhino-Rack RVP Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points - Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Qty 2
The bars went on my 2018 Kia Sorento quite easily. Something I didn't realize was that because they have to be mounted in a prescribed position when I received my Rhino roof basket the baskets mounting points don't line up at all with the crossbars. I was able to mount the front as intended but I had to basically kind of make my own mounting brackets for the rear of the basket. My design worked and looks ok but it's totally not the way I would have wanted to mount it. Had I known I'd have spent the extra money to get the crossbars that you can put wherever you want to.
Order was packaged very well and was shipped promptly; however base kit was mis-packed at Rhino Rack and was missing a part. etrailer responded promptly and I received the part I needed to install the rack system within 3 days of reporting it. After preparing my flush racks for mounting the Rhino Rack, I discovered that both vortex bars were too long to fit my 2019 Kia Sorento SXL. I disassembled one end of each bar and used a chop saw to remove 5/8 inch from the front bar and 7/16 inch from the rear bar. After trimming the rubber and drilling new screw holes in the cut ends, I reinstalled the mounting legs and installed the bars without further incident on the car. This rack system will be the heart of my hang glider transportation after I fabricate a hood rack and a rear receiver rack. Took longer than I expected but I had the time and tools to make it look factory installed and custom fit. In retrospect, and given the delays due to poor quality control at Rhino Rack and my having to re-cut both bars to properly fit the fixed mounting points on my car, I feel a fairer price for the system would be in the range of $325.00 to $350.00, rather than the nearly $500.00 I paid for it.

Yakima RoundBar Crossbars - Steel - Black - 48" Long - Qty 2
I ordered the Yakima roof rack, with the Hullyrollers for the back crossbar and the Mako saddles for the front crossbar to use with my kayak. It arrived just like they told me and I put them on my car the eveningit arrived. Got to finlly use the roof rack on June 22 to go out kayaking and it worked great. Only thing is I did not know about the air reflector piece for the front crossbar. Now I will be ordering it to help with the wind noise.
Great rack, go on fast, easy to install and work well on my VW TDI wagon. Care has to be given and follow the instructions for the install to what type of rails you have. Works great carrying the VW luggage carrier and plan on using it to carry kayaks as well. Just have not decided what kayak rack type to get yet.

Yakima JetStream Crossbars - Aluminum - Silver - 50" Long - Qty 2
The 50” jetstream cross bars were perfect for my 2019 Ford Ranger with my ARE cap. They are paired with the Yakima Skyline towers and appropriate landing pads (protip: call etrailer when you order to ensure you have the correct setup;) These cross bars are SILENT on my cap. Zero wind noise. My daughter and I installed them on a Friday (I do recommend watching etrailer’s installation video in addition to the paper instructions) and left for a 700 mile weekend road trip the next day to pick up a kayak, paddle with friends downstate then drop her off at summer camp. Even with empty Yakima Jaylows on top, no wind noise. Even with a boat in the Jaylows, no wind noise. These are the sweetest rack’s I’ve had. With the Skyline towers and landing pads, they are also easy to take off and put on. Click click done. They look good, too;) etrailer customer service for the win, too. When I originally ordered, I did not order all the items I needed for installation. When I realized this, I called and they got me squared away.

The parts were simple to install. The foam padding did drop out as I manipulated the parts, so being aware of its placement during installation was important. The neat, clean appearance of the items provides a nice look for my 2012 Kia Sorento.
Exactly what my car needed, when other places tried to sell me a drill/bolt solution - fit, solid, no wiggle.

Yakima CoreBar Crossbars - Steel - Black - 50" Long - Qty 2
One bar slid out on our first road trip. The "grip" that it slides into can't be adjusted. I am in communication with Yakima about this as Etrailer said that's the route that I would need to go. Very frustrating.
From start to finish, the folks at etrailer -- and I spoke to several people there, so it was a consistent corporate vibe -- were fantastic to deal with. There were delays in getting my product that were on the supplier side and out of etrailer's control, yet etrailer folks kept me up to date and also worked on a customized solution. My goal was to be able to carry my surfboard on the roof of our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe to the beach more than 3 hours away. But the particular model we had had no existing racks, no recessed areas, nothing to fix racks to. Not even the dealer had a solution. I was sh*t out of luck. But etrailer hooked me up. The racks did take me a while to put on, but most of that time was fine tuning to reduce “hum” while driving. I’m very happy with them. Thanks to etrailer, I have gone surfing and can go surfing whenever I'd like to.

Yakima JetStream Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 50" Long - Qty 2
The only problem I had, was when I watched the video showing how to install the rack, I did not realize that the actual installation process was a lot more complex. For example, the woman who was in the video only showed the installation one rack (I believe itg was the back rack and she gave the width measurement for that one. The front rack was already on the car and the woman neglected to say, "check your manual. The width of the front rack (may be) different than the back. She also did not explain carefully that there were three different screws that needed to be adjusted for a proper fit so the towers were properly adjusted for yoiur specific car. (My car is a 2018 Chevy Volt.) (I also bought Yakima kayak cradles from you guys, which were easy to install.) However, I blame myself for not reading the manual carefully, so when I installed the racks, they did not fit right and one of them actually fell off while I was driving. (Luckily there were kayaks on and no one was hurt. The two towers were damaged but luckily the rack and the kayak cradles were fine. I called etrailers and was told I had to contact Yakima, which I did. I explained to the Yakima customer service rep that I was at fault for trusting the video and not reading the manual carefully and after asking me to send him photos of the damaged towers he sent me two new towers for free, as well as another torque wrench, so I could work with a second person. This time I read the manual carefully and watched the Yakima video many times during the a week before I felt confident enough to try installing the racks again. This time they fit perfectly. I love both the rack and the kayak cradles. I use them to transport my two kayaks down to the Hudson River near my house and have also used them to carry the kayaks to a family camping site 50 miles away, confident they are safe and secure. But please, review the video you put out for the installation of the racks onto a 2017 Chevy Volt, and either correct the shortcomings by doing it over, with an explanation about the adjustment of the widths, and also reading the manual and finding the correct positions for the adjustment screws. (Or delete it and refer your customers to the Yakima installation video. Though it’s more generic than yours, at least the tell the customer to refer to the manual.
Super happy with my purchase from e trailers purchased yakima roof rack. Knowledgeable sales rep.Help me through the process on purchasing my roof rack Recommended to anyone quality parts

Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 46" Long - Qty 2
The Rhino Racks Vortex Aero are solid. My first drive with them was to Brighton Utah from Riverside California. They were not only secure throughout the drive and hard winds, they were also reasonably quiet. On top I attached a Thule Force L 628 roof box and it fits perfectly. The only complaints I have are how difficult it was to install the racks to my fixed points. It took several friends, a mechanic, and two days to get everything right.
Bought and installed on my 2019 Honda Fit. I’ve driven from Chicago to Big Bend in TX and to the Black Hills in SD with a cargo box attached and have had zero issues. Installation is simple enough and are easy to take off when needed.
Setting up the Thule WingBar Evo Roof Rack for Naked Roofs on your 2023 Kia Sorento
Hi, Matt with etrailer. And today, we're talking about the Thule roof rack on top of our 2023 Kia Sorento. Now, a roof rack's a really good option for the Sorento for a few reasons. One of those big reasons is if you have a family and you wanna take a trip, since we do have three rows of seating, you're probably not gonna have a lot of storage in the back of your vehicle. So your roof's gonna be a great option for that. And if you don't own a hitch or your hitch was already being occupied by something else, that's gonna be another reason to store things on top of your roof.

That way it matches the contours of your Sorento. Now I personally prefer the SkyLine system, which has the bars that stick out past the towers, but that's more personal preference because it makes it easier for me to reach the roof rack.

This is going to consist of part numbers RKY3056, these are the crossbars, and part number RKY3002, and these are the feet that are actually going to connect to your factory raised side rails. We have the front one installed. As you can see it has a nice aerodynamic shape to it and that's going to cut down wind noise and drag while you're driving. Combined with the rear crossbar, these are going to have the carrying capacity of 165 pounds, although you want to double-check with your vehicle's manual to make sure that your roof can withstand that weight. Let's go ahead and show you how the rear bar goes on. We already have it partially assembled on our table here. We'll first take our foot here and you can see it has this T-shape portion here and it'll fit into this T-slot into our bar.
Rhino Rack Roof Rack Review - 2015 Kia Sorento
Today on our 2015 Kia Sorento we'll be taking a look at the Rhino Rack Roof Rack, consisting of part numbers RRVA126V-2, which is the Rhino Rack Vortex Arrow Cross Bars. Part number RRRLKVA, which are the Rhino Rack Legs, and DK179 which is the Custom Fit Kit for our Kia Sorento. The cross bars are also available in silver, part number RRVA126S-2. The Rhino Rack Roof Rack Kit is the perfect way to carry your roof rack accessories on your vehicle's roof. Keep in mind that this has a 165 pound weight capacity, and you do want to check your vehicle's owner's manual to make sure it can withstand that much weight. These cross bars are going to be perfect for clamp on as well as channel mounted accessories, whether that's your bike racks, cargo baskets, cargo boxes, ski and snowboard carriers, or water sport carriers. The aerodynamic design of the cross bars is going to help to reduce wind noise and drag, and the locking covers as well as the locking end caps are going to help to prevent theft and tampering of your accessories as well as your roof rack. The fit kit is going to be custom cut to your vehicle, and any part that touches your vehicle is going to have a rubber portion that will help to prevent scratches or abrasions.
