Best Jeep Grand Cherokee Tie Down Straps

These are the best rubber protected strap buckles out there. When securing kayaks, I loop around the rack then throw the strap, buckle first, over the truck. Have yet, in many years, to brake a truck cap window.

Good, quality product and a good value. Looks and performs just as pictured and stated. I needed a custom solution to secure 5 gal Jerry Cans. After fitting and rigging, I did cut the straps to the length I needed and heated the ends to prevent fraying. Worked like a charm - already in use! Especially love the buckle protectors, this was a huge factor in considering my purchase. Would love to have a 1.5" wide version this :)

Perfect for strapping down a paddle board to a roof rack. Rubber wrapped cinch buckles do a great job of protecting the board.

Bought the Rhino Roof Cargo carrier for the top of my Kia Soul, looks great. Proceeded to load it up and after almost hanging myself with the rope I was using to tie it all down, decided to order these straps. Strong and Simple to use and much better than rope or duct tape, which I also have used extensively with sticky and mixed results. Get the straps : )

I love these straps. I use them to strap my canoe on top of my Rhino Rack

Used one pair to mount a shovel and another pair to mount an axe to the bed rack on my pickup. Are still working great a year later.

After searching the web for weeks, I was ecstatic to find these hooks! I'm sure I'm not using them for the purpose intended, but they look great holding my axe on the wall. My only gripe is that there is only one way to secure it to the wall. I'm sure at dead center is the optimal spot for mounting, but perhaps consider adding so diagonal screw holes on either side, that's where I ended up putting my screws in. Other than that the product easily exceeded expectations!

perfect item for my Rola storage bag, I lost the originals, these replacements are even better.

The tie down straps are well made, with the ends doubled over and sewn. The metal is stout and I could not been it with pliers. The loop of the S hook with the strap is closed so the strap cannot slip out. I got the straps to hold down a freshwater tank in my van, but the straps were just a little too short for that. I will find some other uses for them.

Cheap strap material so thin it is unsafe and twists to the side. Dont buy these

They work great. I have them on my truck rack and they have carries Fire Extinguisher, Shovel, Axe and other things from Indiana, Baja Mx, and all through Idaho.

Very tough and rugged, has held up well. I used it to replace the fabric straps that hold the bimini top in the engine compartment of my boat. When the old straps were not being used, I had to carefully tie them back to prevent them from being caught in the engine fan belt. This strap is much easier to fasten and unfasten because you simply stretch it until one of the slots fit over the big hook. The second smaller hook acts as a safety, especially when the strap isn't holding anything. I no longer worry about loose straps getting caught in the fan belt.

When I found this strap product at etrailer I knew that I possibly had found the bracket support I needed for a filter housing. The 2 straps were secured to a metro shelving unit with ss bolts, washers, and nuts with the attachment points to the shelves and not the posts. The straps snugly hold the 15" stainless steel housing for the filter without any marring of the surface. The price was right and the function is spot on for my needs.

Six of these are used to strap on two 13.5' tandem kayaks to the roof rack of a Chrysler Pacifica. Travel is in central PA and to Outer Banks, NC. Weekly use. Well worth the money!!!

The product itself is perfect for what I needed and I will end up purchasing the appropriate attachments for the high-lift jack in the future. It is nice that the box actually indicates not only the installation instructions, but also the part number you need for that application. Downside, and reason for only 4 and not 5 stars probably isn't the fault of eTrailer, but when I ordered it, it stated I would (and still shows it) receive it in 3 days. I was planning on having this on my Jeep in preparation for an upcoming snow storm. Unfortunately, it was delivered WAY past the expected delivery date. Oh well, I will have it for the next time.

I love these clamps. They hold fast to the roof rack and don't spin. I use them to hold my AX and Shovel on my off road camper. They can be a little difficult to mount by your self but I cannot question the design because they do exactly what I want. I have traveled to Texas, West Virginia, North Caroline, Georgia and Florida without giving my tools a second thought.

Great clip for small tools in cargo trailer. Easy to install in any configuration. Etrailer was a recent find for me as I was searching for these clips and believe it or not, they were not ever present in local stores. Out of all of the advertised Quick Fist Mini clamps out there, etrailer.com was the only one that had the photo of them with the 4 mounting holes like my application needed.
