Custom DK Fit Kit for 4 Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack Legs - Fixed Mounting Points
It works, yet for the price I expected more precision manufacturing than what I got. Several screw threads had rough spots and there is no way to tighten the nut on the underside of the metal bracket on one leg. It would have been nice for the instructions to mention the wrench for that nut is a 10 mm. And whatever made the designers think the regular user would have the type of torque wrench they require?
Fairly easy installation. Read the instructions thoroughly before hand and get familiar with the parts. Take care when installing mounting studs onto car itself so as not to strip or cross thread them. Once installed they look great.

Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars - Naked Roofs or Fixed Mounting Points - Qty 4
i George from etrailer, The rack is awesome! Strong, firm hold and nice looking. When doing surveys, I put my ladders on the rack. I highly recommend this etrailer.
I put 3 stars because its a useful functional non-harmful roof rack solution for my WRX sedan. This review lost 2 stars because the rubber top pieces get damaged upon any accessory removal or install like(bike, snowboard rails etc). Additionally, these accessories also look to be weathering quickly because of build quality. Hopefully this helps your decision! Thanks

SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack for Naked Roofs - Square Crossbars - Steel - 45-1/2" Long
Easy to assemble and, solidly built. Very easy/fast to mount/remove after assembly. The instructions are not all that clear for assembly of the combined sr1003 sr1116. I hope this photo will help. Note that the rubber feet remain on the back bar that crosses the car, but the hook that goes under the door frame is transferred to the sr1116 front to back extender bar.
The rack was fairly easy to put on, do NOT over tighten the rectangular nuts on assembly. They are easy to strip. There are now backup nuts on all four bolts on our unit. Be careful to assure that the rubber pads are correctly positioned on the unit's "feet" before tightening it down on your roof. It looks good and on a recent trip from CT to TN and back, we got the best fuel mileage we've gotten since we bought our CRV over a year ago so it sure doesn't create a lot of drag! Once mounted it is sturdy and not unattractive although the side clamps do distort the door gaskets a bit which increased the wind sound level a bit. I think it is a good value if you are careful mounting it.

Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 46" Long - Qty 2
The Rhino Racks Vortex Aero are solid. My first drive with them was to Brighton Utah from Riverside California. They were not only secure throughout the drive and hard winds, they were also reasonably quiet. On top I attached a Thule Force L 628 roof box and it fits perfectly. The only complaints I have are how difficult it was to install the racks to my fixed points. It took several friends, a mechanic, and two days to get everything right.
Bought and installed on my 2019 Honda Fit. I’ve driven from Chicago to Big Bend in TX and to the Black Hills in SD with a cargo box attached and have had zero issues. Installation is simple enough and are easy to take off when needed.

Yakima RoundBar Crossbars - Steel - Black - 48" Long - Qty 2
I ordered the Yakima roof rack, with the Hullyrollers for the back crossbar and the Mako saddles for the front crossbar to use with my kayak. It arrived just like they told me and I put them on my car the eveningit arrived. Got to finlly use the roof rack on June 22 to go out kayaking and it worked great. Only thing is I did not know about the air reflector piece for the front crossbar. Now I will be ordering it to help with the wind noise.
Great rack, go on fast, easy to install and work well on my VW TDI wagon. Care has to be given and follow the instructions for the install to what type of rails you have. Works great carrying the VW luggage carrier and plan on using it to carry kayaks as well. Just have not decided what kayak rack type to get yet.

Landing Pad 11 for Yakima SkyLine and Control Towers - Qty 2
My experience with etrailer has been excellent. There was going to be a potential delay in one of the products, but their customer service promptly informed me, half the price of some of their competitors so can't really complain. In the end they got the part ahead of schedule and was able to ship in a timely manner. I will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.
At first, a little tricky to install, as the kit comes with hardware for a variety of applications (different length/size bolts, etc). But after a quick look at the directions and identifying which bolt to use for my car, install was a breeze. I love this Yakima setup because I can remove the bars/towers and leave the landing pads with a cap. Makes it great for taking the canoe out on weekend trips, but not taking the fuel-economy hit during the weekday commute to work.

Rapid Traverse Feet for Thule Crossbars - Naked Roof - Qty 4
The whole experience was freakin awesome. * Ordered on-line, delivered when promised, all packages were in excellent condition, and all parts were accounted for - no shortages, THANK YOU! * The Thule roof rack design, quality of materials, comprehensive instructions were really impressive. Everything went together without a hitch and really looks good installed. * We plan on carrying our 12 1/2' SUP's on the roof rack when we head out to the lakes. * It saves us time as our SUP's are inflatable, however it takes a bit of time to pump them up once we get there. Now it's just loosen them up and we're ready to go. Great job etrailer, I would definitely buy more products from your organization!!
Etrailer helped me out of a jam as I could not find the Thule parts I needed. They not only had the parts but got them to me in a few days! Made my trip to Lake Placid possible! Fantastic communication and customer service.

Thule Roof Rack Review - 2014 Hyundai Accent
Today on our 2014 Hyundai Accent we're going to be test fitting the Thule Traverse Roof Rack System. We're using the 58 inch square bars, that's part number THLB58, the Traverse Foot Pack System, part number TH480 and the Thule Fit Kit, part number THKIT1657. I've already pre-assembled three of the foot packs. I wanted to show you on the fourth one exactly how to get these put together. We're going to open the cover on the end and we're going to have two things that we need to add that come out of our foot pack. One's going to be our clip that goes around the underside of our roof line. The other is going to be the pad. This is what mates to our roof surface and keeps us from having any scratches or anything like that. As you can see the shape of the part that the pad fits on here is going to be in this same shape as the pad on our foot pack.
Thule Roof Rack Review - 2014 Hyundai Accent THARB53

I want to show you how the fourth foot pack is assembled just so you have very clear instruction on that.
DIY Install: Yakima RidgeLine Roof Rack for Flush Rails on your 2013 Hyundai Accent
Today on our 2013 Hyundai Accent were going to be test fitting the Yakima Round 48-inch Crossbars for Yakima Roof Rack System using part numbers Y00408, Y00699, Y00635 and Y00124. With the roof rack already assembled well set the front crossbar onto the vehicle. Well then check the Yakima Fit Guide for the included instructions to determine the measurement from the front part of the glass to the first part of the Q tower. Well measure the passengers side first part of the glass to the first part of the tower, 4 inches, and then well move to the other side where we will do the same. We need to make sure that we get the crossbar perpendicular to the vehicle to ensure the tower gets a good fit to the vehicle. Once we have established its position, well go ahead and clamp it down and secure the crossbar to the vehicle.
