The Michelin wiper blades are top quality. Easy to install. Going forward I will order all my wiper blades from etrailer.com. All the items I purchased were nicely packaged for shipping and delivery. The box arrived fast. Thumbs up from me. If anyone has any concern about install, instructions come with the wiper blades. Otherwise, search youtube.com for a tutorial if needed.

I bought a pair of wipers for my wife's car in an auto parts store. They were terrible. I looked online and found etrailer sells windshield wipers. I went by etrailer reviews and bought these Michelins. They work great and a year later they still perform beautifully. Highly recommend them. I received product in mail. watched a youtube video. changed my wiper blades. when asked why i ordered them online??? saved me $15 on the pair and I didn't have to go look for them. came right to my door. I am a woman whom has not changed wiper blades before. I have changed batteries, tires, oil, even headers on a van but this was a new task. there were directions on the package. between them and youtube, I did it without a man!!!!~so thank you Etrailer.com!

One year later, it works pretty well! I have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, and due to the shape of the blades or windshield at times the blades will skip or make noise. But living in rainy Washington still hasn't justified buying another pair.

Held up for a year in the AZ sun. About due for replacement but 115 heat will do that to rubber.

Ordered on Thursday afternoon and they were delivered on Monday Installed in seconds and the wiper is better than the original equipment. No more scratches on the windshield!

Nice quality blades. Inappropriately packed in large box for shipping and internal packaging broke open. Needed to re-tape tp keep plastic adapter in package. Otherwise fine.

Fit and works well. Package installation instructions could be clearer but ultimately guided through the process.

Worked well at first, then after a freezing snow, the rubber froze and warped I guess and it didn't wipe clearly at all. I also had the front wipers-said they were "scrubbing" wipers...kept smearing when they wiped. Went to [store] and bought my usual wipers...much better! This was sad because I have been happy with everything else I have ever gotten at etrailer. Unfortunately, they do not take items back once they've been used or even placed on a vehicle (which I find irritating).

They had the products I was looking for, and they provided amazing service and quick shipping. I will use them again for all my trailer and SUV needs. Amazing! I highly recommend them. Great American company!

My package arrived in ok condition! Way to much much room to be shaken and be destroyed. Luckily mine arrived ok. Some of the original packaging was dented and deformed do to over sized box! I got lucky!

The product is great. But the packaging is ridiculous. 1 wiper blade at 12" long that's in a box 3' long by 6"x6" with some paper in it. talk about over kill.

Delivery, speed and quality packaging was fast and top notch. It is a great experience to shop from etrailer. The blade is a great value. I went for the cheap because I went for the expensive option before (Michelin) and it did not last or perform any better that the cheapest alternative in the heat of Texas. Make sure you watch a video for the rear wiper for the Prius as it is a little trickier to switch than the front ones.

I have installed this on my Lexus RX450h. Check out Google for help with installation. I have used the wiper and it works well.
