Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
I was sent additional mounting materials that don't correspond with my hitch or my bike rack. See the photo below. Are these materials for my Swagman STC2 Bike Rack Item #S64670?
Very stable and simple to use bike rack that works great with my road bike AND with my 29" Big Rippers. It makes loading and unloading the bikes a snap and they are safe and secure for traveling once loaded and secured. I have already logged over a thousand miles hauling bicycles with this rack and highly recommend it. I am a big fan of Yakima roof racks but, honestly, wish I would have went with this setup for my bikes from the beginning.

Swagman XC2 Bike Rack for 2 bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
This is a well designed rack. Adding and removing bikes is quick & easy. Just set the bike on & slide the padded hook down onto the bike frame to secure it; no straps required. If only one bike is transported, it does not interfere with opening the trunk on our Tesla Model 3. With 2 bicycles the trunk cannot be opened. For 2 bikes the Swagman model that can tilt might be worth the extra 22 bucks. This rack uses a bolt in the receiver hitch instead of a pin. This locks it securely preventing it from moving in the hitch & rattling. It also requires a wrench to remove it, good for theft prevention but one more thing to keep track of. For storage on the vehicle the top bar folds down. For storage in the garage, the left & right bars fold up & you can hang it using one of the hooks.
So far so good. The rack wiggles a bit, but that is expected. I have it on my 2007 Corolla and I have hit 65+ on the highway with it and have not had a problem. I would recommend getting a locking pin. The one included is threaded, which aside from security, makes it harder to take the rack on and off. I would also look into a DIY way to secure the wheels better. I am using some bungee straps which do the job no problem. The two bikes I carry are at the racks capacity.

Saris Bones 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms
So far really great! I love the stability my bike has on the rack, fit for my 2021 Honda Civic, and the quality of the material engineered into the design to prevent damage to the cars paint/parts.
Works great even using an electric bike like my Aventon Soltera.

Hollywood Racks SR1 2-Bike Carrier - Spare Tire Mount
This HRSR1 bike carrier will not fit a 2023 Jeep Wrangler JL UNLESS you remove the stock Liddy Light and associated bracket. Upon discovering this, I was able to locate an aftermarket kit which allows for the relocation of the light to just above the rear camera. The kit was easily installed and the bike mount was installed just as easily as the directions explain. The new location of the light is partially obscured with the bikes mounted and, although not ideal, it is adequate and certainly better than total removal. I was unable to find any mention of this situation in the install instructions or reviews prior to purchase of the rack. I just wish I had been aware of this before purchase. I would have rated 5 stars for this product were it not for the slight hiccup. Kudos to etrailer. It is always a pleasure to do business with them. They are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
JeepIt's sturdy even off-road, and it's simple to take on and off. I've had to use my spare tire twice since owning this rack, and although I have to remove my bike and loosen the bike rack bolts a bit, it comes off and goes back on with minimal effort, which is nice when you're on the Alaska Highway and it's snowing. I've carried my full-suspension bike on this rack for 35k miles all over the U.S. and Canada. I like how my bike fits close to the tire, where I lock it. My tailgate opens without the bike touching the side of my Jeep. Great bang for the buck.

Saris Bones 3 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms
My previous rack had a metal frame, so I was slightly skeptical about the plastic frame on this rack, but after a year, I can say that it has done the job holding my bike securely in place. I don't have to worry about rust either which is nice.
WOW... Outstanding product, well-engineered, quality materials, easy to install, works as advertised, and a perfect fit to my 2016 KIA Forte5. Not cheap... but, you get what you pay for... can't imagine a better bike rack out there. Great bike rack!

Swagman XTC4 Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Rack is very sturdy and heavy duty. Instructions were terrible. Locking hitch pin would not thread correctly and ended up damaging it. Thankfully the threads on rack were fine and I was able to use the non-locking threaded pin. Would like a replacement locking pin ASAP
For the price, it's a good-quality, sturdy bike rack. I have used it about 5-7 times with no issues. I only used it for one adult and two kids' bikes, but I am sure it can handle four bikes as advertised. It's great that the rack folds upwards when it's not required.

Swagman Chinook Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Works for my fat tire bike. Once it's set up, it's easy to install and remove. I had to cut out some of the plastic cladding on the underside of my bumper on my 2014 Subaru Outback. Good value. I've had no issues.
GI love the Rack, it is easy for me to handle, (as a 89 yearold rider.), two bikes ride and fit very nicely. Like how it folds down,and how it folds to open the tailgate . Great quality for the money, I would highly recommend this rack

Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms
First rack I've ever purchased I misplaced the end bar used to lock the bikes onto the rack. Can I buy another one?
Audi SQ5Loving my bike rack it looks really stylish on my SQ5. It’s super easy to install, I don’t even need any help, so win win. It’s also sturdy, I have travelled multiple times from ATL to FL without any issues. The only problem is the bottom bar has a hard plastic, which rubs at the bottom of my hatch below the plate. I fixed this by cutting a pool noodle to protect my car by adding it to the bottom over the hard plastic. And added rubber stoppers under the top straps to stop shafting on the trunk spoiler. All and all good buy!

Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount
Extremely well made hitch rack. Fantastic service from etrailer.com
Works well for transporting two 29" wheeled mountain bikes. However, after one year it's starting to rust in several areas (see attached photos), and the front wheel arms are becoming increasingly difficult to raise and lower. Finally the locking cable is extremely rusty as you can see in the attached photo. I'm not sure how durable this rack will be long term.

Swagman Trailhead Bike Rack for 3 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting
My previous bike rack was a hitch mounted Yakima. It was sturdy but not well suited for my low Subaru Impreza. It stuck out too far and hung too low so that I had to inch my way down the driveway or over speed bumps for fear of it bottoming out. A roof rack or a rear window mounted rack was not suitable since I wanted to be able to also carry two kayaks. First, I tried to modify my rack by shortening the part that sticks out of the hitch. I tried to saw off about 6 inches so it wouldn't stick out so far but the steel was much too hard. I ended up ruining several metal-cutting blades on my power saw before I gave up. I looked for other rack options. There weren't many out there. But eventually, I found something that met my needs. I purchased the "Swagman Trailhead 3 Bike Fold Down Bicycle Hitch Rack" in 2013 from eTrailer.com. The part that enters the hitch curves up to increase clearance from the ground. It is sturdy and sticks out far enough so I can still open my trunk hatch without having to lower the main vertical bar on the hitch (though I could if I wanted to). It isn't often I am really excited about a piece of gear but this hitch rack has made me worry-free when I transport my bicycle(s) via car. The only thing I don't like is that it is advertised as being a 3 bike carrier but it only fits 2 hybrid bikes. Maybe it will fit 3 skinny racing bikes but for the average rider, don't expect to fit on more than 2. But my experience is that is the case for all bicycle racks.
Nice heavy duty rack. Putting it together is quite simple if you read the instructions. I like the ability to use both a 2" or 1 1/4" receiver. etrailer is very easy to deal with.
How the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack Fits on a 2024 Honda CR-V

Our bike rack is going to be a two-platform style bike rack, individually rated for 60 pounds each, meaning that our e-bikes are going to fit on it. As well as you can tell, there is no frame contact, which means that our carbon frame bikes, as well as our alternative frame bikes, are going to fit very well onto this rack. One of the really cool features about the GuideRail is it actually has a tilt-away feature. So holding onto our blue lever here, just holding onto our bike for a little extra security, we are able to tilt this away, allowing us access into our trunk. So that way we have our bike shoes back here, our helmets, maybe a water bottle or something.

The On-Ramp is a platform style bike rack and this one holds the bike in trays. You can slide the bikes back and forth anywhere along these trays so long as the wheel straps reach the wheels and our frame clamp here can wrap around the frame. It's gonna be really more of a cradle with a strap around it than a clamp.

With this being a Hanging-Style Bike Rack, that does present some limitations. This isn't gonna be the best fit for carbon frame bikes because hanging by the frame here isn't good for those more fragile frames. This one holds it in these cradles with two straps over the top, and one around the side to limit our side-to-side movement, acting as an anti-sway cradle.

The Skaha is a platform-style bike rack, holding up to two bikes in these wheel cradles and holding them primarily by our front tire using the wheel hook. Because it uses the wheel hook, we don't have any sort of frame contact here, making this a good option for carbon frame and alternative frame bikes, and with a 60 pound weight capacity per bike, it can handle some e-bikes too. At the bottom of the bike rack towards the front end here, there's gonna be a green lever. This is what we can use to tilt the rack down, releasing the mechanism there, and lowering the rack down.

Now the Monorail is going to be a platform style bike rack. Platform means that it's going to sit on top of this tray in these wheel cradles and this one is going to be a really great value option in my opinion. It can hold up to 60 pounds per bike, two bikes each and it's going to have no frame contact holding the bike by the front tire here using this wheel hook and the back tire with a wheel strap. No frame contact makes this a great option for carbon frame bikes and alternative frame bikes making this a very versatile rack in terms of what bikes it can work with.

This is gonna rotate 360 degrees, move around the mast on the back here, and allow us to meet the bike where it is, that makes it a great option for alternative frame bikes. And with this being an e-bike rack, it can support up to 70 pounds per bike, so some of our bigger e-bikes can fit on here. The one thing I would steer away from is carbon frame bikes, because frame contact already isn't good for the carbon frame, and especially a clamp like this where we're putting a lot of pressure around that frame.

This is gonna be a two plus two rack, so you can quickly remove this extension if you wanna convert it back to a two bike rack or add the extension if you wanted to turn it into a four bike platform rack. So the Transfer is unique because you can carry around multiple bikes, but it still has this open space in the middle to make it easier to load those bikes up. And if you have it folded up against the CR-V, you still have a lot of visibility in the back. So focusing on this bike rack with this car, first, we're going to tilt it away. So if you needed to open up your hatch and grab whatever you needed, what I do is I put the arms up to the side that way it can step into that goal post design, and then it's easier to hit that lever to bring the rack down. Unfortunately though, because the Transfer doesn't tilt down that much, if you did want to open up the hatch fully on the CR-V, we are not able to do so.
