Best Forest River Surveyor Travel Trailer RV Cargo Carriers

Excellent piece of equipment. I carry two 5000w generators on it & have travelled over 3000 miles around the U.S.. Carrier is still like new except for a little rust from traveling through snow & salt up north. I always check to make sure bolts are tight, but no issues . Kate from etrailer is a fantastic rep of the company & highly recommend getting in touch directly with her,rely on what she tells you , she speaks the truth. I love this company & Kate for being such an asset.

Added this cargo carrier to transport a generator. Works great. Holds the generator plus a couple gas cans.

The 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper-Steel- Folding - 500 lbs Item the carrier is now over 1 year old and a great addition to our travel trailer. I did install a pair of bumper supports as it is only attached to the bumper, which is only welded to the trailer frame, if the weld breaks you can lose it while driving down the road. The other thing I did was add a pair of trailer directional lights on the cargo carrier. First it does extend out 2 feet from the back of the trailer and if you put something tall in the carrier it can cover one of the directional/brakes lights on the back of the trailer. Those two additions definitely give you peace of mind in not causing a roadway accident.

Looks well-built easy install had a tough time with the bumper supports my trailer had welded brackets in the way but made it work. Overall, would highly recommend this product. Great customer service had some missing parts Lauren sent them to me very quickly. Thank you, Lauren!!!

This rack is stout! I've mounted a 10k watt inverter generator to it, along with welding a custom bumper on which to mount the etrailer rack... & it is absolutely rock-solid. The build quality of the etrailer cargo carrier is top-notch. I highly recommend it!

This is a great rack. I bought it for our 3500 watt generator, but bought the larger rack so we can store more items along side it. Well built product. There was a small issue with incorrect bolts for the extra bumper supports included, and Amy at etrailer took care of it promptly! Will buy from etrailer again.

I put this on a v nose cargo trailer, which I did not think it work. It did work, but I had to replace the manual jack. The product works as advertised and is very sturdy. Totally happy with it.

This is our 2 nd Stromberg purchase from e trailer. I would not own a tow behind camper with out one! I’d give 10 stars if available

Solved some storage problems for my rv, just gotta drill a bunch of holes in the bottom to let water drain out. Don't store anything in the bins that can't get wet.

I mounted this on my toy hauler XLR about a foot from the entrance door works well had to drill holes into the bottom of the storage container as water from the rain will fill it up. The two rubber hinges that are riveted to the container lid pretty much suck rivets and the rubber strap will not hold in place need to make a hard mesh strap that will hold in place. Holds up to 100 pounds I can fit my 50 amp fifty foot cable inside one side and all my water hoses and filters in the other. I also fabricate a flat piece of metal and added a slots to slide it into for security.
