TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front
These tiedowns were great. They fit my 2023 ford f350 4wd crew cab perfectly. They bolted on using existing holes and they included wire feeders to feed the bolts through all the holes. Everything was included in the kit and installation was pretty simple. Probably took an hour or so. Directions were very good and easy to follow. They hold my camper down very securely and are adjustable for various widths. Also easy to drill different hokes for custom widths. I highly recommend this tie down for this model truck.
Delivered fast. Way easier to install than I expected. Video plus instructions made it easier to understand. They fit perfectly.

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Rear
I have been very happy with these tie-downs. They are VERY easy to install, require no drilling or modification to the hitch and hide away nicely when the inserts are removed. ~9,000 miles with our camper so far and no issues. These are on a 23 F250 PowerStroke short bed.
These tiedowns were exactly as advertised and fit my 2023 f350 4wd crew cab perfectly using preexisting holes and mounts. They even came with wire feeders to feed the bolts through the holes on the frame. Instructions were very good and easy to follow. Can adjust the width of tie down and can also drill new holes to customize the width. I highly recommend these.

4 stars, just cause of the written instructions. Could be clearer. Product Review: F2016, 2012 Ford F250 extended cab 8' bed I really like the Torklift front tiedowns. I didn't feel I had the skill to fab the front tiedowns. The rear however, are rather simple. 2 1/2" 1/4" wall square pipe slips inside the factory hitch receiver. I used 27" lengths. The factory Ford hitch receiver curves towards the rear axle. Drilled and tapped thru receiver and pipe to hold it. Happy with the quick service from etrailer.com!
Awsome product with a perfect fit!

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Rear
I really don't write reviews often but when everything is perfect is worth the time. I am a repeat Etrailer customer so it didn't surprise me that my shipment was complete and received in two days. These TorkLift frame mounted camper tie-downs are high-quality, heavy duty and powder coated. I put a full set on my new 2016 Ford F350 SRW 4 X 4 and will be using them with a Lance 855S truck camper. Installation went flawless without any drilling or adjustments. Instructions were clear and to the point. The most important benefit to the product is that your camper is held to your truck by the frame and not the bed and bumper. This reduces camper sway, movement and stress on the truck body. As far as appearance the tie down arms are removable for when the camper is not in use. This sure beats drilling holes in your truck bed, bumper and attaching brackets that permanently stay on the truck. Hats off to etrailer and TorkLift!
Awsome product with a perfect fit!

TorkLift Talon Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Aluminum - Rear
I had a question on installation and E.Trailer customer service answered the question and solved my problem. They are going to work great with my Northern Lite truck camper.
The rear mounts were easy to mount. The only problem the package was missing 4 flat washers. I also just received the Front mounts. They were a little harder to mount by myself. Some advice is to watch the install on [video]. I ended up using a floor Jack to hold the mounts.

No worries about securing the camper to the truck using the Torklift tie-downs. Third camper/truck I have used these on and would not consider any other option.

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Rear
Easy to install. Very strong and love the idea the mounts are hidden when not in use. Had bedrail tie downs before then upgraded to forklift. Etrailer was there with excellent customer care/support. Above and beyond. Will definitely use etrailer for any future needs.
Got a 2003 Chevy 3/4 ton with a Palomino slide in and the Torklift products hold it all together. GREAT PRODUCTS

TorkLift Talon Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Aluminum - Rear
Worked great.
Excellent product. Good customer service. I will always use tork lift products from now on. etrailer is an excellent vendor as well. I upgraded from happy jack camper tie downs. I like the aluminum talon tork lifts for their easy installation, zero corrosion liability, and unimposing appearance when not in use.

HappiJac Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Bed and Bumper Mount - Front and Rear
After one week on truck, in Southern California, components are discolored and rusting. What’s up?
The only think I didn't like is that the 3/8" frame bolts (connecting to the frames that the truck bed sits on) use lock washers instead of nylon lock nuts (nylocks). I feel these could come loose over time so I used nylocks instead. Otherwise it was a great installation. Installed on a 2007 F250.

TorkLift Talon Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Aluminum - Front
Ordered both front and back set for my 2023 F250. All good except one of the bolt holes for the front drive side is missing. Called etrailer. Option 1 - return (we'll see). Option 2 call torklift. Called torklift and left a message - we'll see what the response is. Viewing etrailer website, this is the proper fit. Viewing torklift website "There are no fits available". Photo included.
Excellent product. Easy to install and take down.

I purchased the Torklift Talon front and rear TC tie downs and love the fact they are lightweight but yet very strong. Being aluminum powder coated is great being in a salt air environment so no rusting like the steel versions do.

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Rear
The hardest part of the installation was removing the frame bolts from the truck that are reused. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and each piece fit perfectly where it was supposed to go. You don't need to be a mechanic to get these installed, but the proper tools are a must, along with a good chunk of an afternoon.
Kate was very helpful and professional Waiting for notification of my return

Brophy Slide In Camper Tie-Downs - No Drill Bed Mount - Qty 4
I used these to mount a vintage 1970 Avion C-11 to a 1993 D250. They worked great and were much stronger than I expected - and it was a huge cost savings (and a much more attractive look) than some of the frame mounted options of more than $1000. There were some oddities that I noticed. It was impossible to mount them exactly the way the instructions suggested because of where on the wings near the cab,. The brackets also could not stay on with the camper unloaded because they would hit the jack mounts, meaning they had to me bolted in after the camper was in the truck but before lowering the jacks, making the access to the bolts a frustrating 'feel for it' experience.I'f suggest the manufacturer secure the bolt so that you don't need to hold both sides when tightening/loosening, and also refine it to need less turns to do so. It took me 2 hours to mount the first time, and not much less when removing them with the limited access. The pads also came off in the first use. I gave it a 5 star because I realize there are limited options for older campers and anything universal is going to have issues with some thing - so that's just my input and experience. Overall pretty reasonable for the price and functionality.
Order arrived quickly, priced ok. Box was broken open by shipper NS the 4 T-bolsts bolts ere missing. Etrailer shipped ou the missing parts a few days later, but in the meantime I fashioned t-bolts I could use for my trip. Many customer comments on this camper Brophy tie-down match my experience. Etrailer follow up was great, but surely must be aware that their packing is sub-standard. Perhaps zip-tying the T-bolts to larger pieces would eliminate the loss even in case of breakage. Functionally the tie-dows were easy to install and seem quite adequate for off-road use of my in-bed camper. Will continue to use etrailer because of their excellent customer service.

Brophy Slide In Camper Tie-Downs - Extra Clearance - No Drill Bed Mount - Qty 4
Easy to put on they work perfectly very solid I have a 20-22 palomino SS 1251 truck camper Badland Edition doing a great job thank you a bunch
Overall, great design and build. The only change would be the T-bar being larger overall (L&W). It can be tricky to find a good spot in the truck bed wall to place the T-Bar. We had to craft some 2x4's to provide a flat surface (2002 F-150). The exterior attachment points do extend significantly outside of the bed of the truck. The dimensions image does not show this full dimension (Inner bed edge to outside attachment point. On our F-150 and Northstar TC800, there was not enough room to back the truck by the camper legs with these mounts installed. And, we cannot install them once the camper is on the truck.

Brophy Stake Pocket Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Bed Mount - Qty 4
Put these on my 2002 F350. I have used torklift in the past and could never seem to get the camper (very light, 1100#) from moving around in the bed. I think that was due to the length of the chains and the angles they were at. With the Brophy's everything is good and tight. It can flex a little and sometimes does off road, but it is rock solid like a part of the truck 99% of the time. I have had none of the horror stories about it deforming the bed sides or anything like that. I would buy them again.
These appear to be well-made. I had a hard time drilling the holes, as the tubes that go in the stake pockets are rounded on the side that faces into the bed. The resulting slipped hole broke a couple of the sheet metal screws provided, luckily I had plenty of spares in my misc. hardware bins. The diagram shows both screws per bracket on the inside of the stake pocket. For my 1970 F250, I found it sturdier to do one on the inside, one on the side of each pocket, offset in height a little. Most of the problems I had were my own fault, though, trying to do this by lamplight as it got darker outside. I will point out for future users and to the team that writes the instructions: The instructions are very clear with a good diagram. Many of the other reviews say these twisted or bent on dirt roads, or bigger campers bent them, or they didn't fit the vehicle. There are very clear, concise guidelines about what not to use them on, including "Not for off-road use" The only problem with the instructions was this: For the hex bolts that go from the top through the bed rail, it says to use an 11/32 bit. The bolts provided are only 5/16. 11/32 is bigger than the hole in the brackets for these bolts. A 5/16 bit worked just fine, and was more readily available at my local hardware store. I will add pictures when we go to pick up our camper. For now, these seem more than adequate for the size, weight, and style of truck and camper we use.

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front
They do exactly what you think they'd do. I actually had to swap them from one truck to another (went from an double cab to a crew cab) and TorkLift actually sent me a whole new hardware kit. The hardest part is fishing the bolt/nut setup on the driver's side as the gas can is in the way, other than that it's easy peasy.
Bought front& back frame mount tie-downs & fast guns, love this setup. Not hard to install, all holes lined up, no drilling, especially like the spring wire that helps you install the bolt in the frame rail by the fuel tank. Good job etrailer for getting me the right parts
Setting up the TorkLift Tie Downs on your 2012 Ford F-350 Super Duty
Ian with etrailer here. Today we're gonna be taking a look at our Ford F-350 and these nice torque lift frame tie downs. So this rear set of tie downs is gonna be for our super hitch original here. It does just mount up directly to the hitch using those two rear bolts and then it does have a shank that's gonna slide into this main tube. It does have some adjustability, so if you've got a little wider camper, this does have a two set of settings that you can put the pin through. It is just this little retention pin here that's got the clip attached to it so that way that doesn't get lost.
TorkLift Frame Mount Front and Rear Tie Downs DIY Installation - 2001 Ford F-350 Super Duty
Hi there, Jesse here with etrailer. Today we'll be taking a look at and I'll show you how to install the Torklift camper tie downs on our 2001 Ford F 350. These tie downs are gonna help keep your in-bed camper safe and secure. These are just the framework for tying down your camper really. Once you get these installed, you'll have a turn buckle connecting to your camper and that's gonna keep it safe and secure. With this kit, it includes both the front and rear tie downs for both sides, and that's really nice because that's gonna evenly distribute the weight of your camper.
