Easy enough to install. Directions are clear and the video online helped a lot. The little ring on top I made to give it a more finished look around the cutout. It would be nice if B & W included a piece like this with the kit, even if made of plastic. But, very happy with it.
We use a lot with a dump trailer and a horse trailer. No issues, smooth!

Reese Elite Series Pop-In Ball Kit for Ford Super Duty and Nissan Titan XD Under-Bed Gooseneck Hitch
FordJust what I needed for my factory installed Ford 5th wheel hitch prep. Has performed well for several 1000 miles pulling my Keystone RV around. More reasonably priced than some others. I would recommend.
The hitch worked out perfectly, The chain pucks are a little small for some chain hooks, there rating is fine but to safety hooks for the rating of the fifth wheel would not fit in the holes, so I was forced to use hooks with the less rating, put 20000 miles on the ball and it was fine.

Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loop Kit for GM/Chevy/Ford/Nissan Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch - 30K
The ball did not last long. The trigger for allowing the ball to release takes away from the surface area of the ball. This lead to early wear and premature failure. I have to replace it with a B&W machined ball which is a harder steal and solid surface.
Used the Kurt gooseneck kit,worked great.Easy to install and great caae to put it back in when not in use.

The kit arrived in two days. The quality is very good. All the parts fit as described. We were able to install it in a few hours without a lift. We plan on pulling a 14,000 # trailer to move farm equipment. This trailer will replace an old 12,000# pintle hitch trailer. I would definitely recommend this kit to others.
2005 Ford F-250 Super DutyI like the hitch but when ai am pulling my trailers, and I am moving them around at low speeds it seems that there is a good amount of movement in the hitch and the feel in the truck. I’m not sure what that is but I have used trucks that didn’t have that feel in them but mine definitely does. We followed all directions and torqued all bolts to the required amount. Maybe someone can shed some light on what that maybe. Thanks

B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs
The hitch is beefy and seem to be very strong. My guess is the truck frame will give before the hitch. Great quality. I very happy! I'm an above average backyard mechanic and found the installation doable, but a little of a challenge. Differently need a help. My wife was a big help. I use a 2X4 across my bed and a ratchet strap to lift and hold the center section in to position. I also had to reposition my exhaust pipe where it goes over the differential to get some clearance. Also, I had to drill out one of the square holes in the tailpipe L bracket to receive the factory bolt.
Seems to be as described. I haven’t yet used it to tow anything, but the instructions were accurate. Installed on my 2003 f-350. It did take quite a bit longer than I thought. Started around 1pm and got wrapped up around 6. At first it didn’t look like things were lining up right, but everything moved into place as I snugged bolts down and torqued as the sequence in the instructions say. I love how it sits flush and is so user friendly once installed. I have used the same type of hitch on a truck at the fire station, so I’m familiar with how they work and they have always been great for me and others. I just dropped a star for how long the install took compared to their estimate. I’m not new to turning wrenches either, but it didn’t look like things were lining up at first.

Reese Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit
My hats off to etrailer for their fast shipping. Placed order on Dec. 17 mid morning and had the order on Dec. 19. I installed this on a 2019 Ford F350 SRW. The installation was fairly easy once the bed is removed. Reese says in the direction you will need an EP 24 plus sockets to remove the bed bolts but I had to use an EP 26 socket. Also the one thing I found miss leading is how etrailer states to get the max capacity out of the hitch is you need the inner frame brackets welded to the frame which is true but you also need another bracket kit 308862 which I did not realize until I look at the installation directions. I would suggest ordering a set of bed bolts and retainer nuts before you start just in case plus they say you are not suppose to reuse them. My 8' bed had 6 - 114mm and 2 - 130mm. The 2 longer bolts were near the tailgate and have different size retainer nut

B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit for Ford, GM, Chevy, and Nissan Titan XD Underbed Gooseneck Hitch
The local Ford dealer wants $375 for a gooseneck hitch kit that's nowhere near as nice as the B&W one. This is my fourth B&W product and this latest hitch kit doesn't disappoint. I have 2", 2-1/2" and 3" Tow & Stow hitches from B&W, and this is typical made in the USA B&W quality, and the hard case is a nice touch.
Using this hitch to pull a horse trailer with a Chevy Silverado with the factory puck system. Couldn’t be any easier to use and has performed flawlessly. Worth every penny.

Reese Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Ford Super Duty - 25,000 lbs
Will try to keep this as real as it gets out there. 2015 F250 XLT Crew Cab 8' Bed Ordered the Reese Elite Gooseneck and Barger 90 degree wiring harness. Received the gooseneck hitch and harness quickly. Free shipping got here in two days. Item came in two boxes. The rails were poorly packaged. Box was basically open and beat to hell, leaving markings on the rails' paint. Didn't bother me, but might others. The pucks were loose in the box and were lucky they did not fall out. The second box with the ball, ball mount, harness and misc. hardware was packed so well it took about 5 minutes to take off all the staples and then each product was individually boxed inside. Wish they would treat the rail box with the same care. Instructions are ok. Used the online install video instead. The video is slightly simplified as getting the nuts on the bolts is a slight challenge for a one man install. I was able to do the entire installation by myself with the exception of the four rail-to-frame bolts. Getting these snugged up to the point of being able to torque took two people simply because the nuts are hidden on the backside of the rail...particularly the driver-side front...which is slightly behind the gas tank, but still accessible. My F250 is factory lifted 4-5" so I did not have to remove the rear wheels, nor did I have to remove the spare tire or heat shield. Lower trucks will need the rear wheels pulled. Installing the ball mounting plate took some doing. Got one bolt on then decided to actually install the ball into the plate from above pulling the plate tight below. I used vice grips to basically keep the plate mounted tight rather than trying to lift it from underneath with one had and bolt it with the other. For me the most time consuming part of the project was getting the darned bed bolts off to lift the right side. Broke the T50 bit they supplied and then two others. Finally gave up and ground off two of the remaining bolts...and ordered replacements. Tip for those doing this on their own, you may want to spray the bolts from under with PB Blaster the day before you intend to install. I forgot and the issue was likely that the bolts were rusted. The wiring harness was a breeze, although I wish a shorter version was available. (Perhaps I missed it). Had to loop/zip tie about 2-3' under the bed. Connecting between the factory connectors did require me to pull the mounting plate. Was a bit tight to just slip the new connector in. Also, working the harness thru the hole in the bed side was a bit tight. Install probably took 10 minutes after getting the holes drilled. Total install time for this slightly skilled guy was about 3-1/2 hours...after the bed bolts fiasco. Oh...and did it all with a cast on the left arm. Ha! Now to see how she tows!
Besides removing the bed of the truck and needing to grind off the bed bolts. The installation of the hitch was easy and a very heavy duty product.

Curt Above-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Fifth Wheel Rails - 3" Offset - 25,000 lbs
Hardest part was removing the fifth wheel hitch from the cross bracket due to it being so heavy. The gooseneck adapter was a breeze to install and works flawlessly.
Hitch works great. I have a plastic bedliner, and the plate would lay on top of the bedliner. I was unable to secure the plate to the fifth wheel rails, so I cut out the section of bedliner causing the problem, and the gooseneck plated mounted up just fine.

Nice clean look. Most importantly didn't have to lower exhaust. centering the hitch in the bed was easy because of the template provided. Although install did take longer than what was noted, it was fairly simple. Would definitely purchase again.
I have had a few different GN hitches over the years and this model is top notch. The installation was straight forward and the drill guide made the location of where to drill effortless. If I had to pick a place where improvement could occur, it would be the resistance of the safety chain loop springs. They ensure rattles don't occur, but getting the chain loop inside can be difficult at times. Overall the construction is very robust. The nice touches such as the rubber cap and the price point make this a great option. I would repeat the purchase.

Great hitch. Used it several times to haul my cattle trailer no issues. Very easy to install with minimal tools. Everything fit well. I have a rubber bed mat and the rubber hitch cover is almost the exact same thickness making the bed %100 usable when the hitch is in storage. It also does a great job of keeping dirt out of the hitch.

hitch itself fit good, Didn't really like the mounting design though. Kit requires one big bolt and a u bolt "Are supplied" that holds it on truck. Seems it could be made more secure with better designed mounting brackets,but overall kit fit well and is working for what i need.

This was not to difficult to install. The most nerve racking part was cutting a hole in the bed of my truck. So far the finish is holding up to the weather and none of the bolts have come loose. Now, I just need to get a Gen Y or Reese Goosebox for my 5th wheel to eliminate the giant hitch in the back of my truck!
About a year ago i purchased this and i honestly have not put it to use. However, i did get an email from the company asking me about my experience and it was just a nice thing to see. So, my experience installing it went very well. Online directions from the company made it a breeze without any questions. I think the whole process took 2 hour with my dads help. The hardest part for me was cutting the heat sheild off the exhaust because i didnt have the right tools.

etrailer did great with the shipping, and the quality of fabrication of the hitch is great, however the coating is no good. B&W should start having their parts galvanized. Powder coating does not hold up to this application. Especially when you coat smooth bare steel surfaces. I installed my last B&W hitch and same situation good fabrication poor coating. 10 years later it is the only rusty part of my frame. Other than that great product.
Did the install myself following your video. The turn over ball works great and easy to flip even in frigid temps after being exposed to elements.

This system is going to be a great solution if you didn't get the puck system from the factory and you wanted one, or if you're looking for a truck on the market that doesn't have one, that's not the end of the world. You don't have to look for a truck that has it just to be able to get these same features. This system is going to be almost identical to the Ford factory puck system. You're gonna have the four pucks on the outside, which will accept your fifth wheel hitches, and then you'll have the gooseneck hole in the middle so that you can drop a gooseneck ball in there and be able to tow gooseneck trailers.

As you can tell, most of the main components are going to be underneath the truck here and that's going to give us full bed access up top.You can tell it doesn't really take up any room. And that's probably one of my favorite things about this hitch is that we're going to be able to use our entire bed. Now our ball at the base of it is going to have a square design.

You should be able to cover just about any camper and most heavy duty industrial loads whether it be heavy equipment or whatever else you may load up. Now the Hide-A-Goose is an interesting system. A lot of times on your fifth wheel, you're gonna have a lever on the side of the truck and that's gonna allow you to lock and unlock the ball in there. Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Ford F250 we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with custom installation kit, that's gonna be part number BWGNRK1117. Here's what our B&W Gooseneck looks like once we have it installed and this is gonna allow us to tow a Gooseneck trailer safely and securely down the road.One of the biggest benefits to this kit is that when we're done towing our trailer we can actually unhook, remove the ball, turn it over, and we can store it upside down in the hitch that way we have full bed access. Now the way we're gonna be able to remove or put our ball in is if we come to the handle here on the drivers side, we're gonna pull it all the way out, and then push it towards the front and we'll lock it in place. Then we'll be able to remove the ball and once we have it in the position we want we can bring the handle back just the same and we'll lock it in.The safety chain loops are gonna be recessed down and they're spring loaded so when we lift them up we're gonna have plenty of room to even get those large, oversized hooks in place. Our hitch is gonna have a 7,500 pound vertical load limit along with a 30,000 pound gross trailer weight rating. Now with those numbers in mind you want to double check your truck's owners manual and make sure it can handle pulling that amount of weight.

Today on our 2016 Ford F250 we're going to be taking a look at the B&W Turnover Ball Underbed Gooseneck Hitch, part number BWGNRK1111. Here's what our gooseneck looks like fully installed. It's going to be great because it's going to allow you to tow all of your gooseneck trailers. Now, when it's in the locked position the ball's going to not be able to come out, and that's the position we're going to use when we're towing. Now, in the unlocked position, we can remove the ball and we can flip it over. Now we have full access to our full bed. Now here, we have our spring loaded safety chain loops, so we're still going to be able to put our safety chains on, but they're not going to interfere when we're loading anything up in our bed.
