Longview Custom Towing Mirrors - Slip On - Driver and Passenger Side
Can't find something that fits this good! I have a 2002 Ford Ranger and am pulling a '67 Shasta Compact - the trailer is not very big, but these new mirrors are going to add a LOT of extra visibility when it comes to my husband telling me how to back up - HAH! And when they are on, they look like they came with the truck. The added mirror size is impressive and you can manually adjust the mirror.
These mirrors fit my 2001 Ranger XLT Extended Cab with manual side mirrors perfectly. As usual Etrailer shipped promptly and kept me informed through the shipping process. Dick Berry

K-Source Universal Towing Mirror - Clip On - Convex Mirror - Qty 1
After years of replacing mirrors from other sources I purchased a pair of these. There fantastic, plenty of adjustments. Got covid on vacation, really sick and did not properly install mirror. Not broken but scratched badly from asphalt at 55 mph. Purchased a replacement, scratched one is my spare.
These mirrors are good, but not great. I bought these because nothing else fits my 2004 Ford Expedition. They allow me to see around my trailer much better than the factory mirrors, but the have a slight vibration driving down the road. They also make a very noticeable noise from the wind going between the factory mirror and this product. Finally, one of the straps came off when I tightened it a bit too much, but didn't break. The picture below was done in humor (I took my trailer through a drive through, thought it was really funny, and had to take a picture. The picture is a good shot of the mirrors.)

K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Pair
These worked great on my wife's Yukon. Installation instructions were clear and direct. They held up very well traveling 75 mph down the interstate; No jostling around or coming loose. I loved the additional two mirrors. Having the three total different angles while pulling a trailer was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this setup.
ordering was easy. the product was delivered quickly and without damage. I have a 2023 Colorado Z71 and was concerned about how the towing mirrors were going to attach to the tapered factory mirrors. the fit is superb. no movement during use so far.. I would recommend these to a friend.

After reading lots of reviews on several mirrors, I decided to buy the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors. Oh how I wish my truck could use the ones that slip over the existing mirrors! I was prepared for a fight, based on reviews, and boy did I get one! I truly needed a third hand when figuring out how to attach these. I was bound and determined that I could do this on my own. No mirrors were going to defeat me! I did ask my husband to come look at them. He started to help but I shewed him away. After a lot of words that don’t normally come out of my mouth and a few tears, the first one was on! Then I had to go do it again in the other side! I’m pretty sure the neighbors heard me yelling. But I persisted! Lo and behold, this 67 year old Grammy did it! It was clear they would not stay on by themselves, so I grabbed a couple of bungee cords and wrapped them around the housing and they aren’t going anywhere. I have left them on my truck. No way I’m going thru that every time we return from camping. I will take them off at the end of camping season. Delivery was really fast. I was disappointed that one box was brand new and the other was smashed and taped, an obvious return. I would have been very unhappy if there was a piece missing or if something was wrong since this was my first purchase with etrailer. Overall, the mirrors work, they do not shake and I find I don’t use the truck mirrors now. Very happy with my purchase.
Fitted on 2024 Toyota Tundra SR5 CrewMax Cab w/ Stock Mirrors No vibration issues with either mirror. Turned left and right side clip on mirrors vertical so the did not overlap truck mirrors. Right side no problem with attachment and was able to adjust truck mirror. Could also see father back along right side of a 24’ travel trailer than just looking in truck mirror. Don’t expect to see behind on right side any vehicles tucked up close. Left side mirror attachment had to be modified so I could adjust truck mirror without interfering with clip on mirror lower L “hooks”. I put a rubber blocks under the lower L hooks so they were low enough to get under truck mirror glass yet still clamp to truck mirror housing. A picture tells the story. 7,000 km/4,200 miles later and neither mirror has loosened or moved. No vibration or distortion. Yes, I ran 2 zip ties as safety “chains” from the back straps to truck mirror arm just in case, they’re barely snug. I recommend these.

CIPA Universal Fit Towing Mirror - Clamp On - Adjustable Length - Steel
Mirrors work exactly as intended, greatly improving rear vision when towing our pontoon behind our 2014 Tacoma. Store nicely in the compartment under the rear seat.
Excellent product. Easy to put on. Took them off, put them in my camper storage. Next trip out, when I put them on, I did not even need to adjust them! The mirrors are slight contour and slight magnification, which makes them easy to see. There is virtually NO vibration during travel. (I have had others that shimmied so bad you could not see a thing.) I flip my driver side mirror in frequently to check my mail box, so it is not very stiff. So I ran a small bungee from the clamp to the grill under my hood. Did this for both sides. My driver side flipped in when traveling at interstate speeds, so I put a second bungee on it. Fixed the problem. Allen bolts at top of clamp are rusting after 2nd use. All in all though, I am very pleased with this product and it is well worth the money spent. It is the only product I could find to properly fit my 2011 Toyota Tacoma, because it clamps on the mirror frame and does not rest on my truck mirrors. Great Product!

The good: inexpensive; decent quality materials The bad: doesn't hold it position very well during extensive or high speed travel - you have to readjust at nearly every stop for gas on a trip. Conclusion: It is worth the money due to its fair price.
Purchased a pair for our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee towing a nuCamp 400 from FL to AK and back. Three months and around 16k miles. Pros - other than an adjustment the second day, I never had to adjust the tension straps again. They were easy to mount and did not interfere with our mirrors folding inward. They weathered three months on the road without issue though I was beginning to worry about the straps becoming brittle. I noticed this once I removed them. Had I kept them, I would have used some silicon to rejuvenate the rubber. Cons - the only con is they shake. They shake to the point that sometimes I couldn't distinguish what exactly was behind me. I knew there was a vehicle, but the distortion from the vibration prohibited me from getting a clear view of exactly what was behind us. Impressions - they worked for our trip but I knew I would want something else for our next long trip, so we invested in a Furrion Reviewing Camera.

CIPA Universal Fit Dual-View Towing Mirror - Clip-On
Pros: Very easy to install. Will fit on almost anything. Cons: Bit of a challenge to adjust the in/out tilt on fixed mirror housings. Would like a little more height, but it's OK. This is a good solution for the casual user like me. Installation is painless. If you need more control over height or tilt, this is not for you.
I bought the trailer mirrors for my Jeep Grand Cherokee to pull my pull behind trailer. See pictures. The mirrors attach easily and securely and shake very little when driving. I need them mostly when backing up and I can see where the trailer tires are going. The mirrors do not adjust easily but when you do they stay in place. What I especially like is the size of the mirrors and having two independent mirrors.

So far, so good. I received the CIPA mirrors today and immediately installed them. Installation instructions are straight forward. I took a test drive of about 15 miles; there was no noticeable shake or rattle and the mounts did not loosen. As with factory curbside mirrors, objects are closer than they appear with the CIPA mirrors, too. Our first trip towing is a couple weeks from now. I will update my review after the trip.
The view is excellent. The mirrors do not vibrate. In speeds over 50mph, the tube would turn inside the clamps and the mirrors would turn upward, making them useless. Solution: I cut off a finger from a nitrile rubber glove and pushed it over the tube. Now the mirrors stay put.

The company was fast and gave lots of updates for shipping. Once i received product my concerns were met. The straps are BARELY long enough to connect around my mirror. Once it is straped properly the tension on straps pulls them right out of the retaining clip. I ordered these because i have a 11 silverado just like what was in the product pictures. Save your money and get something else because theres no way these will make it down the highway they will barely stay on just sitting here. Kinda disappointed because i bout these for our first camping trip this weekend but these will not work. Seems like a good company just crappy product.
So-so construction and design. With one modification they're more than acceptable. The arms and straps will slip and loosen if installed on triangular or tapered housings. Mirrors that have backs nearly parallel to the mirror face, and have upper and lower mirror edges that are nearly parallel are not affected. Adding a peel and stick plastic wall hanger to a tapered housing will stop the strap from slipping and loosening. The ball and socket mount is good and tight, but the stud on the ball is loose in the arm. I think most of the jitter and vibration others report is from this sloppy clearance that the stud screw can't tighten enough. I'll be addressing that as well. A nice option for those of us that a) don't tow a majority of the time and don't want full time extended mirrors, and/or b) tow with multiple vehicles and prefer to have adjustability to fit our 'fleet'.

Unable to tighten mirror clamps enough to eliminate mirror from shaking, preventing clear image while driving.
The mirrors were just what I needed and work well on my Toyota highlander.

They are very easy to install and remove when parked for extended periods. Costumer service was very helpful with getting me the correct marrows.
Great product! I use them on all my trailers as well as my travel trailer. This is actually me second set...the first got destroyed by a hit n run and i could not live without them!

K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Flat Mirror - Qty 2
I went right away to try them on my truck. I have a 24 Denali ultimate 1500 Denali and I have a couple of cameras on my side mirrors. The straps are easy to maneuver around the cameras to avoid issues there. Good snug fit I have not taken it out yet to test these in real road conditions but so far so good.
Worked well and as expected. Still can't see as far behind the camper as I would like on the passenger side. Strap them on tight. They shook very litte but some, not enough to be bothersome. Later,I did find them less expensive elsewhere, oh well. Straping them on is tricky to not cover the cameras underneath the truck mirrors. Truthfully I use the camera on the back of the camper along with these mirrors and get additional views from the Chevy cameras as well. I'm not a truck driver and only pull the camper on occasion so I need all the "eyes" I can get especially driving through Nashville and Atlanta.

K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors - Snap On - Driver and Passenger Side
Love these mirrors. they are a snap to install, haven't seen any damage to the truck mirror frames. They do a great job of extending my view around the trailer. Lastly, they look like they were installed by Ford.
I emailed a question about this mirror fitting my 2013 F150 STX 4x4. The response was NO but when I googled custom mirrors another etrailer link came up with a response that it would fit and several STX customers were happy with this model. I'm towing a 24' camping trailer and got to use these mirrors just last week. I can really see much more with the addition of the towing mirrors, especially cars and trucks behind me. Drove local roads and highways. For the money this is one extra safety feature for towing! And when I got home I easily removed the mirrors and placed them in a split bag for storage. Pictures are of my 2013 F150 STX 4x4 mirrors and then with the tow mirrors installed.

CIPA Custom Towing Mirror - Slip On - Passenger Side
Mirrors worked as intended and advertised. They move with the wind or bumps. Could use more straps or something else to hold in place better.
I already had the driver side mirror and needed the one for the passenger side. I have tried several extension mirrors but the CIPA is far better and stays put better than any add-ons. I really like the CIPA towing mirrors and the price is right also.

CIPA Custom Towing Mirror - Slip On - Driver Side
The mirrors help me tow our Lance trailer safely. The adjustable mirrors benefited with a touch of dry lubricant on the joint inside the housing. Emily at etrailer was very helpful!
First set had a factory defect. The hole for the tension knob was not threaded. Replacement sent was also a defect, the mirror panel swivel was un-adjustable. Spend the extra money and get the correct OEM ones for your vehicle.

they did not fit on my 1994 voyager as advertised they seemed like a nice quality part but unfortunately it did not work for my application
I haven't had them on the road yet, but the fit looks fair at best. I just hope I have some warning should they decide to try to fall off.

CIPA Custom Towing Mirror - Slip On - Driver Side
This product came very quick. I like the way it slips on and locks in so easily. I will be towing a camper trailer to hopefully somewhat secluded camp sites. These extended mirrors are perfect for my needs. Looking around at what kind of extended mirrors work best, these are consistently rated very high. I would not have any problem ordering from these guys again
These trailering mirror extensions were purchased as a gift, however they fit perfectly on my dad's Ford F-350. Much cheaper than factory mirror extensions and perfect for his application.

CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors - Slip On - Driver Side and Passenger Side
I would like it to be extendable a bit further on the passenger side. The driver's side is fine though. The passenger side does not let one see far enough away from the side of the trailer. All in all, I like it better than drilling holes into the doors of my pickup to install huge mirrors. These look way better and are sufficient.
Proper fit, I have not trouble putting the mirrors on or off

Excellent Product…Easy to Install and the instructions were very easy to understand… These Mirrors fit perfectly on my 2016 Ram 2500 SuperCrew 4x4 Truck
So far this might do the trick . A bit concerned on stability after long trip .. we shall see in time !! The passenger side is not as tight as drivers .. again time will tell .

Rob: Rob here at etrailer.com, and today you're going to be taking a look at the K-Source dual view clip on towing mirror on our 2015 Ford Explorer. Now what I really like about this mirror is the fact that it does give you those two mirrors. The larger mirror is going to give you a really accurate depiction of what's behind you, where the smaller mirror is going to act like a spot mirror. Now having that extra field of view is really nice, especially when you're towing a trailer. You can keep an eye on the tires in the back or if we need to change lanes we can make sure that we know what's going on.So here I am at the back of my trailer, and you can clearly see me in the factory mirror but if I we're to step away, you're going to lose track of me. Just like if we needed to change lanes on the highway, or we're passing somebody or potentially backing our trailer up at the camp grounds, either way our mirror is going to give us an accurate depiction, we'll get a wider field of view, and we can confidently get down the road knowing that everyone around us and ourselves are going to be safe.

Now if I take a few steps in towards my trailer, as you can see, there's no blind spot by the way we have it set up, but this a view you'd get with just your factory mirror. The mirror itself can be rotated 360 degrees so if you like that side view, you have the option to do so. It can also be adjusted to most angles. We've got our up and down, diagonal and side to side. By loosening up the large nut up top here, we can extend the bar out to further suit our towing needs.
2013 Ford Explorer CIPA Universal Fit Dual-View Towing Mirror: Complete Installation
Today on our 2013 Ford Explorer we're going to be taking a look at the CIPA Dual View Clip-On Towing Mirror, part number 11953. So here I am at the back of my trailer and you can clearly see me in the factory mirror, but if I step away you lose track of me in the factory mirror but you can see me in our towing mirror. Now these are going to help out whether we're driving down the highway and we need to change lanes, or even pulling up to the camp ground, or backing our trailer up. Now this is a dual view mirror. The large mirror here is going to be a flat mirror, giving us an accurate depiction of what's directly behind us, whereas the smaller mirror here is going to be a convex shape, and it's going to be more of a built-in spot mirror. Now we're going to have full adjustment on both of the mirrors, being able to adjust them up and down, left and right, and even diagonally to make sure that we can get that perfect angle so we can see what's behind us, making sure that we're being safe. Now even though our mirror's going to mount in between the glass and the housing we're still going to be able to have full control and full access to our adjustments on our factory mirror, being able to go up and down, left and right, and adjust it to any angle we need. Now we're not going to be able to fully fold our mirror in because the bottom here is going to make contact with our door.

Now, that's going to be the benefit whether we're driving down the highway and we need to change lanes, or if we're backing our trailer up or even pulling up to the campgrounds. Now, we're going to be able to adjust the angle and the view we get in our towing mirror. We're going to be able to adjust it to the left, to the right, up and down and diagonally. Now, if we remove the set screw from the back here, we can actually remove our mirror and rotate it so we can get a wider angle.
Step-By-Step Installation Tutorial for the CIPA Universal Fit Towing Mirror on a 2013 Ford Explorer
Today on our 2013 Ford Explorer, we're going to be taking a look at the Cipa universal clamp on towing mirror, part number CM11980. Now here I am at the back of my trailer, and you can clearly see me in the factory mirror, but if I move away, you lose track of me. That's where our tow mirror's going to come into play, whether you're driving down the highway and we need to change lanes, or even backing up coming to a campground. Our towing mirror's going to have full adjustability, we're going to be able to adjust it up and down, left and right, and even turn it for a wide angle view. Now, if we come to the top here, and we loosen this knob up, we can actually extend our mirror out for an even wider view, that way we can know what's behind us, and be safe at all times. Then if we come to the back here, and we loosen this knob up, we can actually adjust how tall our mirror's going to sit, we can slide it down for a lower view, or we can slide it up for a little bit of a higher angle. Now, we're not going to lose any function of our factory mirror, we're still going to be able to adjust it to the left and to the right, up and down, and any angle that we may need, and we're still able to even fold in our mirror. Now, since we're not going to have anything obstructing our mirror on the back here, we're still going to be able to utilize our factory turn signal built into our mirror. Another great thing about these mirrors is, they are universal, so if you have several vehicles in your family, that you tow with, these might fit those as well.
Installation: CIPA Universal Towing Mirror on a 2013 Ford Explorer
Speaker 2: Today on our 2013 Ford Explorer we're going to be taking a look at the CIPA Clip-On Towing Mirror, part number 7070. So here I am at the back of my trailer, and you can clearly see in my factory mirror, but if I step away you're going to lose track of me in the factory mirror, but you can clearly see me in our towing mirror. Now that's what the benefit of these are whether we're driving down the highway and we need to change lanes, or even parking our trailer, or pulling up to the camp grounds. Now our towing mirror's going to be fully adjustable. We're going to be able to go left, right, up and down, as well as turning it to the side for more of a wide angle view. Now even though our mirror is going to mount in between our glass and our housing we're still going to have full function of our power mirrors, being able to adjust it left, right, up, and down, and we are going to be able to fold our mirror in partially, but we're not going to be able to fold it in all the way. Right here is about the max we're going to be able before our towing mirror is going to make contact with our door.
