WeatherTech Mud Flaps - Easy-Install, No-Drill, Digital Fit - Front and Rear Set

WeatherTech Mud Flaps - Easy-Install, No-Drill, Digital Fit - Front and Rear Set
The Weathertech mud flaps arrived quickly and my wife installed them so they're very easy to install with zero problems. It's the second set I ordered because after a week I put flares on my Colorado so had to order mud flaps for flares. Both sets looked great and should help stop chips in my paint on a new truck.

RoadMaster RoadWing Removable, Expandable Mud Flap System for RVs, Buses and Dual-Tire Trucks
The flap itself is excellent, having a receiver mounted one very convenient. The issue I had was the single bolt used to snug up the entire setup. The previous units had two one one each side. To Roadmaster’s credit they were willing to accept my hitch mount and replaced with a two bolt version which solved the issue completely.
Okay there are only a couple small things that I have to grump about. First is that the mud flaps come rolled up and it is very hard to get them to lay flat now as you can see in the picture. Second there is no center flap included for total protection from debris flying from under the vehicle. Last thing is there should be a bar included for the bottom of the flaps to keep them laying flat all the time. On the other hand...Etrailer.com really rocks!!! This is the first time that I have every used them and I will be using them again for sure. You are always being updated on the progress of your order. You order ships out right away and I had my order in a couple days. The price of this product from Etrailer.com was the best on the net that I could find. Oh yeah, and the fact that I got this item with free shipping is a total plus to me. Again I would recommend this site to anyone because they are good.

WeatherTech Mud Flaps - Easy-Install, No-Drill, Digital Fit - Front and Rear Set
I installed a complete set of flaps on my 2013 Suburban. The flpas were fairly easy to install, but for my SUV they do not use the clips that many pictures illustrate. The factory hardware will hold it in place, but I strongly suggest that you drill the additional hole for the inside edge of the flap and secure it with the additional bolts provided. With 17" wheels the clearance is tight and that additional bolt will assure that when you turn the wheels lock-to-lock it will not pull the flap out from the liner to which it is attached on the inside.
Well first of all Weather Tech is a popular brand a little pricey my belief in life is you want something to last pay a little more. Recieved mine today beautiful. Have not had a chance to put. them on rainy hard.

WeatherTech Mud Flaps - Easy-Install, No-Drill, Digital Fit - Front and Rear Set
These mud flaps are a perfect fit for on my 2024 Ram 2500 Power Wagon and Rebel Trucks and look fantastic. No-Drilling or modification needed, just remove the factory screws and install the mud flaps using the 3 removed screws.
Did not fit well on the 2022 Dodge Ram 3500. The rear flaps did not quite fit the OEM fender flares on the vehicle. Too tight - not enough clearance to sit nicely against the flares. There was also no hole for the trim fastener so had to drill a 1/4" hole for little plastic fastener - not a big deal. Hoping the front ones fit better, but they were worse. Same story - the "digital fit" flaps did not fit the OEM fender flares. Tried a heat gun to hopefully warm the flap and maybe get them to fit together better, but couldn't quite get it. I'll need to get some longer fasteners, otherwise one bolt and the little plastic tab are all thats holding it on. Maybe if the weather warms a bit...? Def not as advertised.

Rock Tamers Heavy-Duty, Adjustable Mud Flap System for 2" Hitches - Matte Black
Easy to install and remove.
I recently added a 6-inch lift and larger tires to my truck. The tires stick out approximately one inch outside of the wheel well. This immediately increased the amount of rocks I was slinging every time I pulled out of my 400-yard-long gravel driveway. We bought a travel trailer and the last thing I wanted to do was sling rocks at it non-stop or take the chance of busting a window. We all know how high the RV tech labor rates are. I opted for this product to prevent a more expensive issue down the road. The pros: They work as you'd expect them to. They are adjustable, both in height and width. You can shorten the actual flaps by cutting them and a hole punch is provided to create new bolt holes. They are easily removed when not in use. The cons: Whoever wrote the directions may have been half asleep. In one step they'd say do something one way, then the next step another way. Super confusing but most of us can figure out how to install them. The flaps are not attractive to the eye but they get the job done. They are overpriced but I convinced myself to purchase them by knowing if it saves one puncture to the front hull of my camper or one busted window, they've paid for themselves. I'd buy them again, even though I'd still mumble under my breath how much they are overpriced.

WeatherTech Mud Flaps - Easy-Install, No-Drill, Digital Fit - Front and Rear Set
I am very disappointed with the Weather Tech mudflaps, not because it took forever for them to be delivered (though it did -I was not told by e-trailer that they weren't in stock the day I ordered them), but by the fact when they were finally delivered, they were missing instructions (front mudflaps) and parts (rear mudflap was missing the center screw to the lock; the lock was found loose in the bag. I had to go to home depot to try and find the errant screw - i was not about to send them back and wait some more). I have a lot of weather tech products on all 4 of our cars as well as full front and rear mats in the truck, and have never had a problem like this before. Both irritating, disappointing and requiring an additional cost of money and time to rectify). The etrailer packing was excellent, and once i collected all the necessary parts / instructions and figured out how to re-assemble the loose lock, the installation proceeded in an orderly manner though taking longer than anticipated based upon the etrailer video. The quality of the actual flaps looks to be excellent and they look good on the truck. If there had been some visible quality control initially upon opening the packages, I would have given them 5 stars. Unfortunately that is not how it played out.
Went on easy no permanent mods to the truck. Well designed. Have goodyear duratrack tires on my 2018 duramax. Keeps a good amount of mud off the truck compared to none. Very satisfied.

Rock Tamers Heavy-Duty, Adjustable Mud Flap System for 2-1/2" Hitches - Matte Black
Simple to put together. Arrived quickly. They have accessories that you can add. Bought them to use on our Alaska trip.
These, Rock Tamers perform as advertised! We were looking for some type of defectors when on dirt roads and when hauling our Fifth-wheel. The installation is easy and allows us to change the angle and length as needed. Great purchase and owning them a year has shown how much additional piece of mind having them, has been.

WeatherTech Mud Flaps - Easy-Install, No-Drill, Digital Fit - Front and Rear Set
For all their claim for a laser guided mold that these were supposed to come out of I would not consider them a superduper perfect fit. I’m still not 100% sure of what it is that the piece of film is supposed to protect. The weather tech website for directions is horrible. etrailer did a superb job of helping me understand what I was supposed to do with that piece of film. But I still don’t comprehend why it’s there
Received flaps today, only took 15 min. to install the set, front and rear. Looks good and they extend out from finders to catch water from the tires that extend out from the fenders also. Looking good. Glad that I got them.

Rock Tamers Heavy-Duty, Adjustable Mud Flap System for 3" Hitches - Matte Black
Works great, best to have a way to keep your reducer or you stable is best Does not give you torque spec on the mount to hitch but make sure that is tight, had it come loose and scratch my bumper but that’s installers fault
We bought these in preparation for our four-month long trip to Alaska in 2024. Wish I had bought these when we bought our Airstream, since it got beat up a bit prior to using the Rock Tamers. Highly recommend these!

WeatherTech Mud Flaps - Easy-Install, No-Drill, Digital Fit - Front and Rear Set
I was apprehensive about buying these as the weather tech company said they would not fit. My vehicle has power running boards and 22” wheels..I researched forums and took a chance. They fit…no problem. See attached photos and video. Thanks
With stock tires was having rubbing issues on driver side front. Ended up drilling more holes and installing more plastic tabs to hold it tighter to fender. Works better now but still have a little rub in certain situations.
Beginner’s Guide to Installing the WeatherTech Mud Flaps on a 2020 Chevrolet Colorado
Rob: Hey everybody, it's Rob here at etrailer.com. And today we're going to be taking a look at the WeatherTech No-Drill Mud Flaps. Now they are going to be available for the rear as well as the front or the whole set. So if you just need protection for the rear wheels, you can get the rear, for the front for the front, or if you want all the protection for the underneath of your Colorado, you can get the whole set. But that is one of the nicest things I like about them is the fact that they are a No-Drill Mud Flap. So we're not going to have to drill into our Colorado to get them in place.
Step-By-Step Installation Tutorial for the WeatherTech Mud Flaps on a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado
Hey everybody, Rob here at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the WeatherTech No-Drill Mud Flaps. Now, these are available for the rear, as well as the front separately, or you can get the whole set so you can make sure you have that protection for your Colorado. Now, one of the things I like most about these mud flaps is how seamless they look on the back. They just have a really clean look, because they're going to follow that body line perfectly and they're not going to be a universal type of design where you just have a big flap and it doesn't really follow the body lines. You can see it follows perfectly and almost looks like it was from the factory like this. And the front mud flap's no different. In fact, it even matches the plastic we have already at the bottom of the wheel well area here on our Colorado, and it just has a really clean factory appearance to it.The big benefit to having mud flaps on your truck is that it's going to keep all the debris off of your truck, whether it be rocks, mud, snow, water, anything like that.
