Great tire at a great price. Shipping was extremely fast and these arrived in perfect condition. A no-brainer!

I’ve had great experiences in the past but this time wasn’t the case. I ordered these tires for my raft trailer. I ordered these on Sunday evening because they would arrive on Wednesday as I was leaving on a week long vacation on Friday. Well the tires didn’t show till Friday and then they weren’t the right size!! Very disappointed. I called customer service to explain my concern and was not impressed. Customer service is not what it once was. Yes I was offered to make the order correct but after this huge inconvenience and having to buy an additional set of tires from a local shop I’m stuck with two sets of tires and a feeling like I am just another victim of a crappy online shopping experience.

Ordered 3 wheels last week, ordered 1 of same wheels this week, same item number, received a different wheel design than the previous 3. Not happy

Tires arrived on time. Rims have a fairly rough finish to them with some marks from machining. However, I guess for the price point they’re not terrible. First time I took the boat out of the garage with the new tires on, I had a problem. On the way back home on the freeway I had a blow out with one of these tires. I put the spare on, and it seems fine, along with the tire that didn’t blow out. I guess things happen, but that’s not the reason for my low rating. When tire shopping, I saw lots of talk about great customer service from etrailer. When my tires were delivered, I received a welcome email. However, when I emailed them using the address they provided asking them if there was any kind of road hazard warranty on their tires as these were brand new, no response. If the answer is no, it’s no. Or if there’s some type of discount when replacing a new tire in these situations that they offer, but to receive no response, that’s simply not anything but 1 star customer service.

These tires and wheels fit good, and have worked fine the past year.

I just finished installing the complete set of 4 wheels and tires and everything worked out great. They make the 40 year old boat trailer look brand new.

I chose to purchase my trailer tires and wheels from e-trailer because I consider them the leader in the field. I shopped hard, and the price was good. When my galvanized 4-lug, 6-ply, 12" wheels arrived they were even better than I hoped.

Very unhappy with the quality of these tires. Date codes shipped were 2323 so pretty new. Installed on trailer, took for a test drive. Significant vibration coming from the trailer particularly at around 35 MPH. Brought wheels to local mechanic who balanced on a Snap-On computerized balancer. Tech stated that tires were significantly out of round. Balancing made vibrations seem even more pronounced. Using a runout gauge, I found that one tire is .09" out of round, the other around .07" out of round. Made a warranty claim to Kenda, who, to their credit, immediately processed a warranty replacement of the tires and rims. Received the new tires (date code 0724) and rims, installed, and found that one of the tires was around .03" out of round while the other is at least .09" out of round. Bottom line is that if you intend to tow "around town" at slow speeds, these are "fine" but if you want to take them out on the highway, be prepared for early failure on wheel bearings and significant vibration.

I ordered trailer rims and realized that I ordered them in camouflaged finish. I sent an email and William answered me back immediately and said "give me a call" I couldn't believe my eyes! Could it be an actual, real life person, providing personal customer service??? YES, it was! Not only did William cancel my mistakenly placed order but he placed the correct one over the phone for me and the rims were delivered within a few days. There will be no other company I will ever use in the future when ordering trailer equipment for our Navy crafts. Thanks William, you ROCK!
