This product was delivered in a timely manner and in my opinion is a great value for the money. I purchased the two hitch ball mount for three reasons, 1) price, 2) versatility, and 3) the storage pouch that allows me to keep all pieces in one space without moving around in the truck. I had one problem, one of the balls as originally provided was the wrong capacity because it had been mislabeled. However, a phone call to etrailer quickly resolved this issue and the correct ball was shipped.

To be honest, I use it upside down. I needed a hitch with rise, but none were available at time of purchase, and yours, inverted, works perfectly! The welds are regularly checked and remain all secure. It's a good hitch.

Working in the sand and grass of my driveway my wife and I installed our new etrailer receiver hitch. Great fit and finish! Went right on as described in the online guide. Hitch required a spacer washer on top back bolt attachment point. Taped it on so it would not move while lifting in place and it stayed right there! Used a car jack to raise up and hold the hitch into the underside of the trunk tighten the bolts and reattached the tail pipe done. Now we can pull our Sunfish Sailboat any where the car will go.

The Extra Long Ball Mount proved useful immediately upon receipt. Delivery was prompt, and the updates from etrailer.com helped plan transport of several bicycles, simultaneously with a camper trailer. The extended length facilitated use with a Swagman bicycle rack, also purchased via etrailer.com. The product arrived in excellent condition, with correct capacity rating, and works perfectly, and in conjunction with the bicycle rack. I recommend purchases from etrailer.

This was the right set up for my 2018 4Runner. Works great. As a footnote, I now have a second vehicle for towing (2019 Tundra 4X4). Using the measuring process provided by etrailer folks, I found the same ball works great on the Tundra. Thanks!

I needed an extra long shank to fit on my goldwing with 2010 champion trike kit Could not find anything local so found this on on your site and bought it got it in and it was a perfect fit only wish I had bought that ball and pain for it also

WOW! What can I say? Easiest install ever! I called ahead of time and spoke with Katie about what I needed. She confirmed what I wanted would work with my van. I'm in the shipping business. The bar arrived in mint condition in a double wall box with the accessories boxed separately. After removing the hardware, reading the instructions and watching their video online, I went to work. The whole thing took less than 20 mins and I did not have to remove the exhaust. I actually used it to help hold the bar up. It took longer to remove the mud guard and rear body molding than to install. It is heavy, weighing in at about 65lbs but I did not even have to use a jack on the van. I'm very happy with my purchase and can now put bikes on the back of the van rather than in the van. I can tow our Cub Scout trailer and hall my sons football teams gear with the optional rear carrying racks. I also love the fact that the bar hides about 6" behind the bumper preventing injuries to the shins. The price was cheap and the install a breeze.

Love these. This is my third one. Wouldnt pull a trailer with anything else. Trannys are expensive.

As a full-time RVer, e-shopping is very important for us. etrailer was the right place to shop. Right product, delivered on-time for a great price. Great purchase experience. eTrailer has this convenient package of ball and hitch already torqued together, AND includes a locking pin in addition to the normal cotter pin! Website is clear on details of package, contents, and dimensions of each component. Shipping was fast and packaged well.
