Best 2020 Ford F-150 Raptor 5th Wheel Hitches

Didn’t realize it was 13k thought it as the 18 k I wanted….

Love it works great

I have not towed with it yet but the build quality is excellent. The finish is perfect. The slider function is very smooth. It was very easy to get in the truck, but not sure that is unique to any modern puck system. The cotter pin on the castle bolts on the puck locking handles were a bit finicky. It is heavy, but not as heavy as I thought. I think I have a few more years in me for moving it myself!

my companion 5th wheel hitch(rvk3370) hitch was delivered on 3/11, I installed it in a couple hours on 3/12. It was a piece of cake, the delivery was made with a lift gate truck that I back my truck up to and had the driver lower the lift gate down onto my tailgate, I unpackaged the hitch and was able to Maneuver it by myself into the puck system on my truck, I have the slider hitch so much heavier than the standard one, but still very easy for my 65 year old body to handle, the B t W was the only hitch I considered because of the ruggedness and quality of their products my truck is a 2023 Ford F 350

Hitch works great, can now hook up to trailer without having to stop & put up tailgate, then finish backing up. Tailgate would hit front of trailer when hooking up. The two things I didn’t like as well as others, the box with the base unit was tore up, but unit was fine , and the cotter pins for puck latches need to include extras, or make holes bigger for keeper pins. Also added small chains to hairpins that hold look pins for top so they don’t get lost.

Love how this comes apart making it EASY to remove from truck bed and re-install. Easy to assemble with standard hand tools and torque wrench. When the snow clears here in Montana I will THEN hookup the 5th wheel to the hitch. By the end of camping season 2025 I will return to provide an update. Photos show one box (hitch head) that UPS delivered promptly without damage. The other box (hitch base) UPS took on a tour of the east coast and as a result was loaded and off-loaded from many many more trucks. The boxes aren't designed for that. Result was a torn-up box that UPS tried to keep together with tape. Fortunately, the contents were 'contained' within the box, and nothing was damaged as a result. That issue is not a B&W nor an eTrailer fault in my opinion.

Etrailer quick delivery 3 days to Cali. Hitch is Very stout construction excellent welding, very easy to assemble! My only negative response is that the packaging. Hitch had a couple scratches due to it bouncing around while in transit. B&W should improve their packaging.

ETrailer is absolutely the best. They repeatedly overdrive on their commitments. I am always impressed either the quality of their customer service, the speed of their shipping, and their prices. Now the hitch, B&W is top notch. The products are always high quality down to the smallest components. This hitch, like the slider that's on my other truck, is seriously heavy duty and I cannot imagine it failing in any situation. I am confident that no matter the circumstance the hitch will not be if concern.

Just installed my 5th wheel. (mechanically inclined) 30 minutes and done. Whoever thought of the puck system in the newer trucks is a genius! BW made this bad boy heavy duty. Was all I could do to lift frame in place. Put in place loosened all bolts and it fit in place like a glove. Torqued bolts and cannot wait to get my new toyhauler hitched up!!

WOW.....I consider myself pretty handy but between the instructions and youtube...this installation was simple. Very solid....so very impressed.....I have a rubber mat in my bed and it took longer to cut holes put than installing the 5th wheel....I just can't say enough good things about this hitch. Thank YOU B&W for building such quality products.

LOVE, the B&W Hitch, the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the slider doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to with my specific trailer set up. The king pin assembly on my trailer will go into my tailgate if I slide the hitch back for maneuvering/jackkifing. So I paid more for the slider hitch and can’t use it the way it’s designed. I have a Chevy crew cab with standard bed, I thought I would need the slider hitch to slide it back away from my cab. If I would’ve known it wouldn’t work, I would have just bought the fixed position hitch, turn out though that I didn’t need to slide mine anyway to miss the cab of my truck because my trailer doesn’t come out over my kingpin as much as some trailers. I just wished I didn’t spend the extra money for the slider hitch.

Overall I like the hitch. It doesn't want to slide with a load on it like it suppose to though. I called B&W and got little help from their customer support team. It slides fine when there isn't a load on it. I read somewhere you should have the truck & RV on level ground to adjust the position. However, that isn't always possible. If I had to buy again, I would purchase an auto slider.

They advertise you can be within 3” of hitch and still connect I found that you need to be almost perfect. And to latch and unlatch there can’t be any pressure going up or weight going down, you have about a 1/4” to play with. I found it to be rougher when pulling than a normal fifth wheel hitch. It is very light though.

We have the Anderson Hitch installed on our 2017 Ford SuperDuty and pull a Reflection 337RLS. We have traveled over 4,000 miles and have been extremely satisfied. The hitch allows plenty of clearance between 5th wheel, bed, and the truck cab. Hook-up and disconnect has always been easy, even with RV lots that were uneven dirt lots. I use Curt thin rubber sound dampeners (item 16900) and this provides a quiet, tight fit between the rails and hitch. Of course the light weight makes it easy to remove when not towing and less weight when you are towing. A great product for the right truck, trailer combination.

This hitch works extremely well. The slide is nice if you get into any tight cornering situations. The hitch top and base separate making it a bit easier to mount and unmount.The lock washer used with the mounting bolt that draws up against the gooseneck pin broke on the 2nd use. I had 2 different torque wrenches set to 79 lbs that I tested the bolt with. Unsure why it broke. But overall we love this hitch and we pull a 38f 5ver without issue. Very smooth ride.

There is a slapping noise or a bumping coming from the fifth wheel can't seem to find it and I don't know if something is wearing out been finding metal shaving in the bed not big one's but enough to concern me though maybe you might have some insight about this? This starting happening about 6 months of Use.

This is my first 5th wheel hitch. Great looks, build quality, and component is easy to operate correctly for a confident hitching experience. Highly recommended. As a plus, the modularity of the assembly easily facilitates upgrade to a higher capacity hitch or component repair if needed. Easy to keep clean and maintain.

I like the Reese hitch for my Ford F350, it pulls great and has no signs of wear on the hitch after pulling for over 5320 miles.

So far everything has worked out great. The hitch was received quickly and the assembly was very easy, with directions very clear. The hitch installed into the existing rails as the person who helped me said thy would. I have not yet hooked up to my 5th wheel because it is in storage for the winter but as easy as it works I have no doubt it will work great.

I traded my Curt 16k slider hitch for this new crosswing It definitely moved my trailer back 5 inches and I do not see the need for the slide hitch I rarely used. It is lightweight and easy to manage by yourself ( my old one was just too heavy ) The new hitch has nearly eliminated all of the chucking and bucking.

Putting the hitch together was easy following the instructions, it seems to be was built...time will tell. I only used the hitch one time for only a 60 mile tow...hitching and unhitching was a breeze
