Best 2016 Honda Civic Roof Racks

Amazing!

Great sturdy rack. I put it together myself and have already started using it. I was concerned that it would cause leaks in the door the way it has to mount..but its Florida and its rainfall in the past few days and no leak! The weak link would be the end caps..two do not lock on and im concerned the will fly off at some point.

Looks great, fits great. Only complaint is Thule's instructions. Took some time to figure it out, but once you figure it out it starts to make sense. Also watching a YouTube video of the product helped tremendously.

Everything went together without a hitch and really looks good installed. * We plan on carrying our 12 1/2' SUP's on the roof rack when we head out to the lakes. * It saves us time as our SUP's are inflatable, however it takes a bit of time to pump them up once we get there. Now it's just loosen them up and we're ready to go. Great job etrailer, I would definitely buy more products from your organization!!

Purchased full Rhino Vortex 2500 roof rack kit for both a 2012 & 2014 Honda Civic (kit fits both sedan years). Tried a Sportrack but feet fit on car roof was terrible. Rhino kit is far superior (pay for quality). Assembly was easy, as was installation. Appears to be a very secure fit. I will send pictures soon. etrailer has been very good to deal with. Barry

Free delivery that showed up in 3 days!!! Can't beat it. The crossbars with the Control Towers and LandingPad 9 fit perfectly on my Honda Element. Had them installed in about 30 mins. Don't have my cargo box yet and wanted to test strength, so I had my 110lb wife standing on them with no issues (yes, the car was parked). Plan to take a long camping trip next week with a cargo box on top...wife will be in the vehicle:-)

Easy to assemble and, solidly built. Very easy/fast to mount/remove after assembly. The instructions are not all that clear for assembly of the combined sr1003 sr1116. I hope this photo will help. Note that the rubber feet remain on the back bar that crosses the car, but the hook that goes under the door frame is transferred to the sr1116 front to back extender bar.

Overall good quality product. Installed super easy and self explainatory on my 1994 Honda Civic DX coupe 2dr. One thing though, the websites description about which vehicles this fits is misleading. Part #SR1003 is ONLY for 4dr vehicles. The only way it works with 2dr vehicles is if you have the SR1116 adapter. I almost made the mistake of ordering only the SR1003. Both of my civics are 2dr and if you order the SR1003 alone there is no way for the back bar to mount up far enough away from the front bar for you to carry anything. Glad I did extensive research before ordering. Will be using to carry kayaks.

Pretty solid and sturdy feeling roof rack. Stylish too. Instructions can take a while to understand due to the many pieces involved but the installation is straight forward with patience and understanding of what parts are what and where they go.

This kit fits the grooves on my 2017 Civic perfectly. You have to work with the alignment a bit, as I found the placement guide measurements are not quite right to keep things level. I was worried about the brackets damaging the doorwell, but the rubber coating is very durable and protects the paint.

I struggled to find a good cost effective roof rack for our Honda Hybrid, for hauling kayaks. etrailer by far had the easiest web site for ordering, with quick feedback on delivery. Instructions from Rhino were not the best, but had it complete in an hour. Fits great, and is secure! Thanks. Have ordered many products from etrailer, they are the first place to go for items. I have a 90 Honda Civic Hatch and the Yakima rack system is great(Q Towers, clips, bars and fairing. No problems so far.

These fit sufficiently. We're not talking a need for precision, so I think I can use this on my 2019 Honda Insight as well as my 2018 Honda Civic. My only complaint is that the threads on the hinge nut needed to be retapped. I needed to buy an M8x1.25 tap from the local auto parts store to make a clean thread for the bolt. The clamps to the door frame should be flush against the car. If not, you might not have your bolt threaded all the way through.

works great, looks great. Tested them carrying two kayaks on 7 hour road trip in my civic hatchback. They held up extremely well, and one year after install they’re still secure and sturdy. 12/10 would get again

Not the easiest to put on, but they feel completely secure. I'm confident that these will not abruptly come off of my Honda Civic 2013.

Package arrived quick one problem thou blue box inside big brown box which held the roof rack bars was damaged and when i opened it up the rubber end caps are missing is it possible u can send them to me i would appreciate it Thank you
