Easy to install did not have to drill at all for my 2013 Hyundai Elantra sedan. Definitely recommend 2 people,only struggle was installing alone
The Swagman XTC-2 bike rack is awesome! The center post with the ratcheting hooks can be swiveled down and out of the way to set the first bike in the rack. Then swiveled back up and latched down on the bar of the inside bike. It is very well built and rides well behind my 2014 Hyundai Elantra. I would highly recommend this bike rack.

Swagman XC2 Bike Rack for 2 bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
This is a well designed rack. Adding and removing bikes is quick & easy. Just set the bike on & slide the padded hook down onto the bike frame to secure it; no straps required. If only one bike is transported, it does not interfere with opening the trunk on our Tesla Model 3. With 2 bicycles the trunk cannot be opened. For 2 bikes the Swagman model that can tilt might be worth the extra 22 bucks. This rack uses a bolt in the receiver hitch instead of a pin. This locks it securely preventing it from moving in the hitch & rattling. It also requires a wrench to remove it, good for theft prevention but one more thing to keep track of. For storage on the vehicle the top bar folds down. For storage in the garage, the left & right bars fold up & you can hang it using one of the hooks.
So far so good. The rack wiggles a bit, but that is expected. I have it on my 2007 Corolla and I have hit 65+ on the highway with it and have not had a problem. I would recommend getting a locking pin. The one included is threaded, which aside from security, makes it harder to take the rack on and off. I would also look into a DIY way to secure the wheels better. I am using some bungee straps which do the job no problem. The two bikes I carry are at the racks capacity.

Thule Passage 3 Bike Carrier - Trunk Mount
Way too light duty for what is advertised. It seemed to be made out of 1/2 inch electrical conduit. I would never put three bikes on that rack. I only had two bikes on the rack. While on trip through Idaho the wind was so strong that one of the bikes partially blew off the rack. We traveled 1,800 miles and upon arriving home I actually sawed the bike rack up and threw it away so that no one else would use it and cause an accident. I've already found a different brand that is HEAVY DUTY and I will stick with that brand.
This is definitely more of a 2 bike carrier vs 3 bikes. I had to take the front wheels off two bikes to get three bikes on this carrier. Also, it rubbed the paint off on the trunk of my Subaru legacy.

Swagman Chinook Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Arrived very quickly - much faster than what I expected! Easy to assemble, solid rack. This is replacing my Swagman XTC2 that finally rusted out after 7 years of continual use. A much better quality product. This will work well on both my car (2012 Hyundai Elantra) and on my RV (37 foot Class A).
Works for my fat tire bike. Once it's set up, it's easy to install and remove. I had to cut out some of the plastic cladding on the underside of my bumper on my 2014 Subaru Outback. Good value. I've had no issues.

Swagman Trailhead Bike Rack for 3 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting
My previous bike rack was a hitch mounted Yakima. It was sturdy but not well suited for my low Subaru Impreza. It stuck out too far and hung too low so that I had to inch my way down the driveway or over speed bumps for fear of it bottoming out. A roof rack or a rear window mounted rack was not suitable since I wanted to be able to also carry two kayaks. First, I tried to modify my rack by shortening the part that sticks out of the hitch. I tried to saw off about 6 inches so it wouldn't stick out so far but the steel was much too hard. I ended up ruining several metal-cutting blades on my power saw before I gave up. I looked for other rack options. There weren't many out there. But eventually, I found something that met my needs. I purchased the "Swagman Trailhead 3 Bike Fold Down Bicycle Hitch Rack" in 2013 from eTrailer.com. The part that enters the hitch curves up to increase clearance from the ground. It is sturdy and sticks out far enough so I can still open my trunk hatch without having to lower the main vertical bar on the hitch (though I could if I wanted to). It isn't often I am really excited about a piece of gear but this hitch rack has made me worry-free when I transport my bicycle(s) via car. The only thing I don't like is that it is advertised as being a 3 bike carrier but it only fits 2 hybrid bikes. Maybe it will fit 3 skinny racing bikes but for the average rider, don't expect to fit on more than 2. But my experience is that is the case for all bicycle racks.
Nice heavy duty rack. Putting it together is quite simple if you read the instructions. I like the ability to use both a 2" or 1 1/4" receiver. etrailer is very easy to deal with.

Malone Runway Trunk Bike Rack for 3 Bikes - Adjustable Arms
I have a sedan and was able to mount two bikes on it. To my surprise there wasnt much or if any movement once I tightened everything. I did put few extra bungee cords and a towel in sone places to prevent from rubbing other than that its a solid product, solid construction and everything is simple yet effective. If I would improve anything that would be to add some foam protection in some areas where it would possibly Could hit ot touch bur thats it. I do like what I paid money for and my bikes are about 25 lbs each so according to capacity i could fit another one onto the rack but I feel like it would be too tight even though its meant for 3 bikes, I feel Like i definitely would need to wrap sone some in towels. But it would probably work. Anyway, looks like the products of this company are legit, If you need a bike rack Im sure you will be able to find what you looking for here.

Thule Roof Bike Racks Review - 2013 Hyundai Elantra
Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra, we're doing a test fit of the Thule Circuit XT Roof Mounted Bike Rack, that part number is TH526XT. We already have our bike secured down, first we're going to show you we do that, and then we'll go over some features of the rack itself. Let's start here in the back. We have a ratcheting strap that's going to hold our tire in place, and then we'll have that bushing there. It's just going to protect that tire and prevent any scratches or abrasions near our spokes. Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra, we are doing a test fit of the Inno Multi-Fork Roof Mounted Bike Rack That part number is INA392. We already have our bike secured down. First we're going to show you how we do that and then we'll go over some features. We'll first take a look at our back wheel cradle here. This is adjustable along the length of your bike rack, so you can accommodate different style bikes that you may have. We also have our ratcheting strap that is going to fit between our spokes there. Up at the front we have our locking cover. We'll just remove that. We have our anti-theft and tampering device, just move that out of the way and we have our skewer back here.

Saris Bike Porter Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2013 Hyundai Elantra
Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra we're going to be doing a test fit on the Saris Bike Porter. This is a folding and tilting 4-bike rack. It's been designed for use with 1-1/4" or 2" hitches. Part number on it is SA404B. Now we're using it in a class one hitch today so you will be limited to a 2-bike capacity when using it. We do offer this in just a 2-bike; that part number is SA402B. Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra we're going to be doing a test fit on the Rhino Rack Mountain Trail. This is a roof-mounted fork-clamp-style bike rack. The part number on it is RBC035. Now to begin our test fit we're going to place the Mountain Trailer right up onto our Rhino Rack roof rack system that we've already got installed on the vehicle. As we do this we push down on the two black rubber-coated metal straps. We want to allow those to come around the underside of that bar.
Thule Raceway Trunk Bike Rack Review - 2013 Hyundai Elantra
Today, on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra, well be test fitting the Thule Raceway, Two-Bike Carrier, Part Number TH9001. Before we begin our test fit, we need to refer to the instructions or to the Thule fit guide. We need to find out what our dial needs to be set on. In this case, it needs to be set on dial seven.Once we have our dial set, we can then go ahead and place the carrier on to our trunk. The bottom of our carrier needs to sit on the upper tier of our bumper. Now, we can go ahead and place the top hooks on the top part of the trunk.
Installation: Yakima FrontLoader Wheel Mount Bike Carrier on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra
Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra well be test fitting the Yakima Frontloader roof-mounted bike carrier, part number y02103. Now with a roof rack system already on our vehicle, well begin our test fit by placing the carrier onto the vehicles crossbars. Well set the front head of the carrier onto the front crossbar, and then bring the black back bracket around the underside of the rear crossbar. Well then turn the black t-handle at the front of the carrier to tighten down the front bracket against the front crossbar. Once thats tightened down we can then move to the rear of the carrier where we will insert the silver t-bolt into the bottom of the bracket and turn the black wing nut to tighten it down to secure the carrier to the rear crossbar. Once the carrier is secured, were ready to load up our bike.
Setting up the Yakima ForkLift Roof Mounted Bike Carrier on your 2013 Hyundai Elantra
Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra, we'll be test fitting the Yakima Forklift roof-mounted bike carrier, part number Y02098. With the roof rack system already assembled and onto our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing the carrier onto the vehicle's cross bars. We'll first loosen up the skewer to allow us to remove the black plastic safety cap, and access the black wing nut. We'll insert the silver T-bolt into the bottom part of the bracket to pinch the brackets up against the front cross bar. We'll then tighten down the black wing nut to secure the front of the carrier to the front cross bar. We'll then slide in the black plastic bracket and replace our skewer.

Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra, we'll be test fitting the Thule Passage 2-bike carrier, part number TH910XT. Before we begin the test fit, we need to check the instructions or the Thule fit guide to determine where our fit dial should be set at. For this vehicle we have the dial set at dial number 7. We'll go ahead and set the carrier onto the trunk, and put the top hooks to the top of the trunk. We want to make sure that the lower part of our bike rack is sitting on the upper tier of our bumper. We'll then set the side hooks to the side of the trunk below the tail lights, and the bottom hooks to the bottom of the trunk.
Thule Domestique Roof Bike Rack Review - 2013 Hyundai Elantra
Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra well be test fitting the Thule Domestique Fork Mounted Bike Carrier, part number th513. To begin our test fit I went ahead and removed the skewer and loosened up the bolts to free up our front clamp. Well go ahead and take our carrier and place it on top of our load bars. We want to make sure that the front clamp fits around our front load bar and that our rear clamp fits around our rear load bar. Well go ahead and secure the front part of our carrier by tightening down each of the bolts to secure our clamp. Now we can move to the rear and use an Allen key to tighten down the bolts and secure the rear of our carrier.
DIY 2013 Hyundai Elantra Installation for the Swagman Fork Down Roof Mounted Bike Carrier
Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra were going to be test fitting the Swagman Fork Style Roof Mounted Bike Carrier, part number s64710. To begin our test fit we already have a roof rack system installed on our vehicle so were going to begin by placing our carrier on top of our load bars. At the front, well go ahead and fit the u-bolts around our load bars and use the wing nuts to secure the front of the bike rack. At the rear, well take a u-bolt and fit it through the top of the carrier. Well go ahead and run the bolt through our clamp and then secure by tightening down the wing nuts. With that done, our bike rack is secured to our vehicle and were ready to load up our bike.
RockyMounts TieRod Stretch Roof Bike Rack Review - 2013 Hyundai Elantra
Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra, we'll be test fitting the RockyMounts TieRod stretch roof-mounted bike carrier, part number RKY1011. With the roof rack system already assembled onto the vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing the carrier onto the vehicle's load bars. We'll go ahead and remove the black plastic cap to bring the rubber-coated steel straps around the front load bar and hook them into position. Once we have these into position, we can then go ahead and use an Allen key to tighten them down. We'll go ahead and replace the black plastic cap, and then move to the rear, where we'll undo the Allen bolts and swing around our clamp to fit our load bar. Once we have the clamp into position, we can then tighten down the Allen bolts with the Allen key, and secure it to our carrier.
Hollywood Racks Baja 2 Trunk Bike Rack Review - 2013 Hyundai Elantra
Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra well be test fitting the Hollywood Racks Baja 2-Bike Carrier, part number hrb2. To begin our test fit well go ahead and fit the carrier onto our vehicle. We want to make sure that the bottom part of the carrier is resting on the upper tier of the bumper. At this point, we can judge where our arms need to be. They need to be level or slightly inclined. We can use the levers on the side of the bike rack to adjust as necessary.
Hollywood Racks Expedition Trunk Bike Rack Review - 2013 Hyundai Elantra
Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra well be test fitting the Hollywood Racks Expedition 2-Bike Carrier, part number hrf6-2. To begin our test fit well place the carrier onto the trunk of our vehicle. We want to make sure that the lower part of our carrier is on the upper tier of our bumper. At the top of the carrier, the bike has a high pitch which is ideal for being able to go over a spoiler. Once we have that set, we can go ahead and set our hooks in place. Well set the top hooks at the top part of the trunk, the side hooks at the sides just below the taillights, and the bottom hooks at the base of the trunk.
Installation Guide for the Swagman Titan Bike Rack for 4 Bikes on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra
Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra we'll be test fitting the Swagman Titan Four Bike Carrier, part number s63410. Now to begin our test fit we'll slide the shank of the carrier into the opening of the hitch, line up our pin holes, thread our anti-rattle bolt through the pin holes and tighten with a wrench. Now with our Swagman tightened secured to our Hyundai Elantra we'll go over a few clearance measurements to see how they fit together.From the rear of the carrier we have about 14 inches ground clearance. Closest part of the carrier to the closest part of the vehicle here at the bumper is about seven inches. With the cradle arms folded down we've added about 18 inches to the overall length of the vehicle. We can now pull the black lever at the top of the mast to swing the cradle arms out and for the vehicle's rear bumper to the end of the cradle arms we've added an additional 36 inches to the overall length of the vehicle.Now with this bike carrier you can access the trunk of the vehicle with the mast in its upright position or you can pull the black lever at the base of carrier to tilt the mast down to be able to load larger cargo easier.
Thule Vertex 4 Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2013 Hyundai Elantra
Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra, we'll be test fitting the Thule Vertex 4 Bike Carrier, part number TH9029. Now, we've already gone ahead and removed our 2-inch adapter from the bike rack shank so we're ready to fit it to the vehicle. We'll slide our shank into the hitch, line up the hitch pin hole and install and tighten down our anti-rattle bolt. Now that our bolt is tight, our bike rack is secured to the vehicle. We'll now go ahead and give you a few measurements. Our ground clearance at the bike rack is 9-1/2 inches and from the closest point of the bike rack to the back of the vehicle is 4 inches.

Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra, we'll be test fitting part number TH934XTR. This is the Thule Hitching Post Pro 4 Bike Hitch Mounted Bike Rack for both 1-1/4-inch and 2-inch hitches. Now to begin our test fit, we'll remove the 2-inch adapter from the bike rack shank. We can then slide the shank into the hitch, line up the hitch pin hole, and install and tighten down our anti-rattle bolt. With our anti-rattle bolt tight, our bike rack is secured to the vehicle. Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra, we'll be test fitting part number A30901. This is the SportRack 2 Bike Hitch Mounted Bike Rack for both 1-1/4-inch and 2-inch hitches. Now with our 2-inch adapter already removed, we'll simply slide our bike rack shank into the hitch, line up the hitch pin hole, and install and tighten down our anti-rattle bolt. Now that our bolt is tight, our bike rack is secured to the vehicle. We'll now go ahead and give you a few measurements. Our ground clearance at the bike rack is 14-1/2 inches and from the closest point of the bike rack to the back of the vehicle is 7 inches.
Pro Series Q-Slot Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2013 Hyundai Elantra
Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra, we'll be test fitting the Pro Series Q-Slot Platform Style 2 Bike Carrier, part number PS63134. Now to begin our test fit, we'll go ahead and remove the 2-inch adapter from our bike rack shank. We can then slide the shank into the hitch, line up the hitch pin hole, and install our hitch pin. We'll put the safety clip on the other side of the pin which will secure our bike rack to the vehicle. We'll now go ahead and give you a few measurements. Our ground clearance at the bike rack is 13-1/2 inches and from the closest point of the bike rack to the back of the vehicle is 8 inches.
Kuat Sherpa Hitch Bike Rack Review - 2013 Hyundai Elantra
Today on our 2013 Hyundai Elantra, we'll be test fitting the Kuat Sherpa Aluminum Hitch Mounted 2 Bike Rack, part number S102. Now, we've already gone ahead and removed our 2-inch adapter from the bike shank, so we'll slide the shank into the hitch, line up the hitch pin hole, and install our hitch pin. We'll then move to the back of the shank where we'll tighten the knob down, securing our bike rack to the vehicle. We'll now go ahead and give you a few measurements. Our ground clearance at the bike rack is 9-1/2 inches and from the closest point of the bike rack to the back of the vehicle is 1 inch. We'll now go ahead and unfold the bike rack platform and open our trunk.
