The Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel # AM20514 can be used on a passenger vehicle, assuming that the hubs on your Land Cruiser have 6 lugs on a 5-1/2 inch bolt circle and the studs are 1/2 inch in diameter. The wheel has a pilot diameter of 3.65 inches.
The wheel has a zero offset, which means that the mounting pad that rests against the hub is centered on the width of the wheel. A positive offset wheel moves the tire closer to the vehicle, while a negative offset moves the tire further away.
