Log Splitter Tire Recommendation that Would Help Prevent Flats

Is it possible to find a flat free tire on a 634-0188 3.75x8 rim?

We have tires that would fit your 8 inch rim that is 3-3/4 inches in width like the Kenda Bias Ply Trailer tire part # AM10013, but as far as making it flat-free you would need to look into installing a tube in the tire and then using a product like Slime to fill the tire and prevent flats.
