Will the SportRack mounting U-bolts fit my 2022 Toyota Highlander factory cross-bars that are app. 2.75 inches wide and 28 inches apart between interior sides?

@StephenB Based on the crossbar spread that you mentioned for the factory rack on your 2022 Highlander, I do think that the SportRack Vista XL # SR7018 is going to be a good fit. This box is designed to fit a handful of different spreads, the largest being 29-7/8 inches measured from the center of the front bar to the center of the back bar. From what you've shared, your roof rack crossbar spread, center to center, is going to be around 30-3/4 inches. Because the U-bolts that connect the carrier to the crossbars are 4 inches wide, there will be some wiggle room there to still allow the box to fit your slightly larger crossbar spread. We have not had the chance to test fit the box on a 2022 Highlander to confirm, but based on the measurements you provided I do think it will fit.
