It looks like replacement parts aren't available for the 6z002 winch but you could still try reaching out to the parent company, Grainger, to see if they have a replacement option. If not, then you can swap out the winch for a new one like the Bulldog Winch Utility Winch - 2,000lbs # BDW15008, which will come with a remote.
